Christmas Cheer 5-2021

Morning and hello!

It's the end of the month again and I show a Christmas card again. I have a small collection of Magnolia cards made for the lovely winter and Christmas time and I thought that I would show one of them today.

This is from last years Christmas stamps if I remember right. It was a while since I made this card. Anyway, the image is coloured with my Promarkers and paired up with some lovely designer papers from Maja Design. The lovely scarf die is also from Magnolia, so is also the leafs under the flowers. Well, I believe that all the dies are from Magnolia this time. 

The good thing about starting early with the Christmas cards is that more get done, the bad thing is that I don't blogg them right away and forget what I have used. Well, I actually forget almost everything at the moment. My head is not really with me. 

I love the lovely ribbon used on this card and I hope I have enough for this years cards as well. It goes so well with Maja Designs papers. I have also used a few gem stones in the corners.

I hope I can inspire you to make a few Christmas creations before the winter is here. Remember how fun it is to make these cards. :)

Just for fun 20-2021

Morning and hello!

I have created a little card once again. This time have I used one of my beloved hÄnglar and Wing stamps. I don't have the energy to check which one this one is at the moment. She is paired up with a paper pad that I love and it's not from the most famous brands. My mind is a bit drained at the moment so I can't remember which brand it is. 

The little girl is coloured with my Promarkers and I have used a bunch of homemade flowers and some lovely green ribbon for this card. I have even managed to tie two bows for the same card. Maybe a bit of an over load but that should be ok from time to time as well. :)

Just for fun 19-2021

Morning and hello!

Time for a new Just for the fun of it post from me. This time have I used a sweet image from the Paper Shelter to create with. 

I have had a period when I have tested to blend different colours with each other that isn't from the same colour group. Kind of fun and it is great for happy hair/fur. :)

 Since we still have heavy spread of the Virus I thought it was fitting to use this magical creature to spread some hope and a reminder at the same time. It's easy coloured and fun to work with. The designer papers are from the Whimsical collection from Pink Fresh if I remember correctly. Bright and fun papers are mixed with a black and white one from another collection of mine. Some homemade flowers and some die cut leafs finish the card off.

For the boys over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!

Today is a special day, special and sad. This will be my last card as a design team leader for the Paper Shelter. After almost eleven years have I decided to step down from the team to take care of my health. I have struggled with depression for a long time now and I have big trouble keeping my head over the surface at the moment.Together with all pain in both joints and muscles is everything too much. I need to get some space to heal and I hope this will help me out. However I will miss the Shelter badly. Veronica being a super star when it comes to the lovely images and to the whole TPS-family. I will miss you dearly!

I will not stop using my beloved Paper Shelter images. I will probably be back some day, somehow spreading the images over the blogging world!

So for my card then. We have the theme of For the Boys/male this week. I have to favourite kind of cards to make: boy's themed and Christmas. And this week we go for the boys. 

I have dug out a fabby old image, well it is a set of images called Happy Times. They are fairly old but still wonderful to work with and really cool. The kids love to get cards made with these images. As I love ice cream did I go for that image today. I have also used an old paper pad from Echo Park called summer days. It's a nice old pad that is also coming to an end soon. 

To decorate the card have I used a few clouds, a sun and a border die from Lawn Fawn. The sentiment die is from PY Hobby and says Happy Birthday / Congratulations.

Spots and/or strips over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!

It's time for our anniversary challenge over at Passion for Markers. Our theme is set to spots and/or strips. A nice and easy challenge to deal with, right?

For my card have I use a hÄnglar and Wings image and coloured with my promarkers. I have paired the image up with one of Echo Parks summer papers from the past.

Some rolled flowers and die cut leafs and butterflies is also added to the card. For some extra sparkle have I used some stickles and pearls.

Down below follows some details about the challenge from the original post. Sweet and short from me today as I have trouble with my health that doesn't seem to want to ease at all. So tired of it all!

 "Onto this week's challenge and we have a very special one for you this week as it's our 12th Anniversary.
