Christmas Cheers 1-25

 Morning and hello!
Hi there! I have a new Christmas card to show you today. Yes I know, it's mid January and tons of time before Christmas is here again. if you have followed me for a while do you also know that I totally adore making Christmas Cards. It's my favourite cards to create. Just can't get enough of making them.

For this card have I used one of my favourite images from hÄnglar and Wings. The stamp set is called Snögubbar, but I think this is the smaller version that I can't find in their store right now. hÄnglar and wings have a fantastic collection of these lovely snow people, so head over to their store and have a look. You will have a great time there!

I have used a paper pad from Maja Design once again, but I can't remember which one it is, may be Woodland  Christmas.  Some circular dies have I also used to make the image a bit bigger and to add some more contrast. I love the die with the small holes in the the scallops. Gives an extra dimension to the card. I have also used a border die from Lawn Fawn, There is so many lovely dies out there. And for me is it the clean ones without too much details that I enjoy the most. I have also been digging in my old stash and used up some heart shaped gem stones and a snowflake charm and some ribbon from my stash together with some paper roses.

Hope you like what you see and you find a little inspiration from it.
Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs
Marie

For the girls over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
Finally getting this post up. You are all invited to join us over at PFM and our weekly challenge "FOR THE GIRLS", a nice and fun challenge that is easy to create. Time to hurry up and start creating!

our sponsor for this challenge is The Paper Shelter. They offer one lucky winner three digis of winner's choice. Thank you for that Pedro!

For my card then, have I used an image called Vintage Amy. You find here in the Paper Shelter store, ´just search the store. She is a sweet and lovely image, filled with personality. She is fun to colour and make a great image for a female card. I have coloured her with a mix of copics and spectrum Noir markers. I'm struggling with finding a good skin tone mix of markers, but one day will I get it right.

Anyway, I have used a paper pad from Maja Design, it's called Mums garden and is filled with pinks and greens. It's a lovely collection. It's very pretty. I have used a green ribbon and some paper flowers, as well as some pearls to decorate my card. Sorry about the strange photo, it became a bit harsh. Anyway, I hope that you can find some inspiration from it and come joining us for this challenge.

All the best and don't forget to come visit us over at Passion for Markers

Love n hugs

Mega Challenge over at Passion for Markers, part two

Morning and hello!
Time to show off my card for the mega challenge over at Passion for Markers. I have used an image that I believe I have gotten from Power Poppy. They have the most amazing floral images. They are just amazing!

I have combined the image with designer papers from Maja Designs paper pack Mum's garden. A lovely mix of green and pinks in all shades you can find. Well worth buying! Going back to my old card style a bit, I have used paper flowers, ribbons and some sparkly numbers to that. Hope you like my last creation for the Passions for Promarkers challenge blog for this year!

Love n hugs

Good morning dear crafters, we hope you all had a fantastic week last week. The DT really enjoyed visiting your blogs and seeing your fabulous creations for our 'presents' challenge.  Don't forget to check back later to find out who the lucky winner of the 3 digi images courtesy of The Paper Shelter will be and also to see who Sue has chosen as her top 5 Passionista.

This week we are launching our very special 'Mega Christmas challenge' which runs for a whole month and ends on 7th January 2025!  I’m sure you’ll agree that both design teams have worked extremely hard once again this year and they deserve a little break to catch up on their last minute gifts and cards.  However to make up for the lack of challenges we have some fantastic prizes up for grabs!

Our theme for the Mega Christmas challenge is 'anything goes'.  We don't mind what you create for this challenge, as long as you colour with your markers!  You are welcome to make Christmas creations but as the challenge will still be running after the ‘BIG’ day you can of course make any type of creation.  As time is precious for our DT at this time of year we are limiting the number of entries you can make to just 3 for this month long challenge.  Please remember to be eligible for our prizes you must include a hand-coloured image using your markers such as Promarkers, Copics, Spectrum Noir, Karin, Zig Clean Color etc.

So now for the exciting bit – the prizes!

Presents over at PFM

 Morning and Hello!
Well, it's afternoon and I am a bit late with posting this. I had no energy to write yesterday after my doctors appointment and today was it another one with one of my sons. I am really tired but now is it two weeks until I have my next appointment, and then is it time for the dentist. Lucky I have a good one!

Anyway, I am here and posting now while I am waiting for the biathlon to start. First game this week. I love my winter sports. I have company of three of my four cats which is really nice. My new boys are really settling in here now. Love that!

Our sponsor this week is the Paper Shelter. They offer one lucky winner 3 digis of winner's choice. Thank you for that!
And I will treasure my TPS images forever! RIP Veronica, you are missed.

For my card have I used a TPS image called Merry Christmas My Dear. It's a nice and lovely image that is fun to create with. I have coloured with my pro markers for this one. I have also removed Mrs Claus as I didn't had room for her on my card. At first had I planned to have her on the inside of my card, but I ran out of energy for that idea.

I have decorated my card with golden snowflakes, some paper roses, and a ribbon with snowflakes on it. There is some glitter golden nuvo drops as well to finish off my card. The designer papers are from Simple Stories.

I hope that you enjoy our new challenge and will play along with us. We look forward to visit you all. The challenge is open for all kind of creations with hand coloured images on them, and it doesn't need to be presents for Christmas, birthday and other celebrations is also totally ok, as long as there is at least of present on your creation.

Love n hugs
Marie
