Dry embossing over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
Hello there! Hope you had a good start of the week and are ready for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers? This week's theme is set to "Dry Embossing". It was a long time since I dug out my embossing folders, so this is a fun challenge.

Our sponsor this week is Doctor Digis House of Stamps. They offer one lucky winner two digis of winners choice. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used Baking Brian which you find by clicking the link. I had fun colouring this one and have done so with copics and Spectrum noir markers. I had another one of Brian coloured but when I should use it, I had no idea where it has gone. Had to start over again, luckly I have a good day and could colour. Happy every time it works out!

it might be a little hard to see my embossing, but the yellow panel is dry embossed with big dots on it. It shows like shadows on the paper. I have used one of my old happy paper pads from Jillibean Soup, the paper pad is from 2011! Love it when I can use my stash. Maybe I can find some more inspiration to used some more papers from it? It would be nice to use some of the old stuff up, to make room for new stuff1 :)

I have also used a few of my wooden buttons as decoration together with a white ribbon. I have also used a letter set from Magnolia, Sweden. It's a lovely set of letter dies. I don't know the name of it, but I think there is tree different fonts to chose from. I love them all!

Well, this is all from me for today. Hope you find some inspiration from me and my team mates over at Passion for Markers. We look forward to see what you come up with!

Love n hugs

Mini Monday 15-24

Morning and hello!
Hi here comes yet another one of my snowball fight Christmas card for my pen pals. I have used my pre coloured images that I spent time with during the summer. It's the best time to start with winter and Christmas cards.

The lovely snowflake designer paper is from Lawn Fawn as well. Not only the sweet images. I have used some white splatters to add a little snowfall on my card.

Hope you find some inspiration from this mini card!

Christmas Cheers 13-24

Morning and hello!
Hi there! Here comes November's first Christmas card, well not first but mid month Christmas card. Once again have I used an image from hÄnglar and Wings. This image is from the set called Snöskoj. I love snowmen of all kinds, can't get enough of them. I have a bunch of them in my stash that I have not had the time to use yet. But one day!

For this card have I used a paper pad from either Echo Park or Carta Bella, or maybe Simple Stories. But probably from Echo Park. I went back to basic, or from the early times of my card making. I have used my spellbinder oval frame / shapes. I have also used a die cut from Magnolia, Sweden and one from Lawn Fawn. Some pearls, snowflake dies is also used together with paper flowers together with a snowflake charm.

Hope you like it!

Take care and stay happy!

Just for fun 16-24

Morning and hello!
Here comes a little creation from me. I have made another card that isn't Christmas during this time of the year.

This image is from hÄnglar and wings and is from the set Fågelskrämmor. I have coloured with a mix of markers and used a paper pad from Carta Bella.

Some paper flowers and some pearls add some lovely details to this simple card. I have also used a enamel heart on the scarecrow's pocket. I love the green clothes. It was a good combo of shades. I have been looking for a less yellow green. This might be it!

Take care and do take some time to do something that makes you happy!

Mini Monday 14-24

Morning and hello!
Here comes another one of my mini cards. Around 7,5 - 5,0 cm in size. The sweet images are from Lawn Fawn.

To add some snowy feeling have I added some splatter in white over the whole card. Not too much but some little details that doesn't add bulk to the card. After all I will send it somewhere in the world to one of my lovely pen pals.

Have fun creating!
