Spots and or stripes over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!

it's Tuesday again and it's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week do we have a theme set by Lisa M. and she have chosen the theme of "Spots and or strips". It should be a nice and easy theme to play with. Can't wait to see what you will create for this challenge.

For my card this week have I used an image from hÄnglar and Wings. The image is from the stamp set called Fågelskrämmor/ Scarecrows. It's a super sweet image that goes in the same style as the lovely Snowmen / Snögubbar. 

It was so fun to color and create this card with this lovely image. I'm looking forward to use the boy version of the stamp set as well. It's a lovely set with a bunch of pumpkins and sentiment stamps as well. I have colored with promarkers for this card. And I used a paper pad from Kaiser Kraft. I have used some recycled some ribbed paper as a layer under the image. I also made some paper roses and die cut some leaves to that. Butterfly shaped gemstones is used to add some bling and a few pearls/stones in black is also give a little dimension to the theme of spots. A white gel pen is also used for some small details.

X-mas Cheers 14-23

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back again, this time with a Christmas card that I hope you will find some inspiration from. I have used an hÄnglar and Wings-image called Klädd för Vinter (Dressed for winter). It's a lovely set with stamps, a boy and a girl with a few sentiments. 

I have once again used designer papers from Simple Stories, this time the pad called Winter Cottage. Lovely colors that are a bit different from the classic green, red, white, grey colors. It is a charming pad. I have even started to use up a really old paper pad with lots of glitter and shimmer on them. Nice to be able to use some old stuff together with the newer stash. 

 I have used a part of a cake doily and some die cut letters from my stash. they are really lovely, the small letters, but I wish I had put them closer together on my card. That would have been a bit better design wise. I have used one white letter and a black one under the white one. 

Time for you to do something creative and fun for you! Some me-time is a good thing!

Just for fun 38-23

Morning and hello!

I am back with a little card again, this time have I used an image from... aahhh, I can't remember the name at this point. Typical of me! The brand is almost always doing images with different kind of plants and flowers and all of them are amazing!

 I have had a little fun with coloring the image as I have colored my tiny apples in lilac and the flowers are truer colored, sometimes is it fun to break out of the box. I have matched the image with designer papers from Crea Time the brand is. And if I am wrong about that, is it something close to that. I have also used a couple of ribbons, one lace and one sheer ribbon. To top my card off have I also use a butterfly charm. Some gemstones that I try to use up is also put on this card. 

Hope I have given you some inspiration to create something of your own.

Morning and hello!

Hello! From Christmas to spring/summer in two cards. Another Magnolia card with a sweet Tilda-image. This one did I buy during spring this year and love it! It's fun to color and a charming image. Isn't she cute?

Once again have I used designer papers from Simple stories. I have really started to love them. They are great! Both for card making and scrapbooking, Actually, I have started to like them more than my beloved Maja design papers. The cleaner colors that Simple Stories uses are fabby in my mind. To give my card some details have I used a daisy ribbon from my stash, and I have placed it over a sheer ribbon. A die cut butterfly and some clouds finish my card off. Hope you have found some inspiration from my little creation!

Colors of autumn over at Passion for Markers

 Hi and hello!

It's time for a new challenge over at PASSION FOR MARKERS again and our lovely theme this week is "Colors of Autumn". It's a lovely theme and just look at how the nature looks at this point of the year. It's vibrating with colors and crisp air. Well at least from day to day.

For my card today have I used an image called Bee Yourself, and you find it here. This little cutie was a joy to color, and it was actually the first time in a long time that I enjoyed coloring. I have been a bit low lately, so this was a great surprise to get such a good feeling. I have used my promarkers to color this time and paired my image with designer papers from Echo Park, the pad is called Fall Fever. A lovely cheerful paper pad with lovely, muted colors. It's a happy paper pad! 

I have used my papers as decorations but have also added some golden pearls and a few paper roses and leaves to give some dimension. A glitter pen from Tonic have I also used for a little sparkle.

Christmas Cheers 13-23

 Morning and hello!

Hi! How are you doing today? I hope that you have a good day and week. And I really hope that you take some time to do something just for you. 

Today do I have a Christmas card to show you all. This is a card made with an image from Magnolia. Sorry but I don't remember what it's called. I bought it last Christmas, but are not sure if it is from 2022 or 2021. Anyway, I love this little combo of two stamps. They are fun to color and I love using them together. 

My designer papers are from Simple Stories and have a bit different color scheme than other Christmas papers. I had fun coloring this image combo. Yet again have I used a die from Lawn Fawn or maybe spellbinders, and the lace looking die cut is from Magnolia as well.

Morning and hello!

Hello and welcome back to my little corner of the blogging world. I hope that You are having a good day and have had time to do something that makes you happy.

Today am I showing you a card with an image from Bildmålarna. I have colored this one with distress inks. It doesn't happen very often but every now and then do I take them out and use a brush and water to color with them. 

 The sentiment that says Thank you in Swedish and the letters are from hÄnglar and Wings, and the designer papers are from Maja Design and the paper pad Evey day life. A lovely paper pack with lovely colors. Some great letter stamps, I have collected many of them, and have them in my stash. Probably more of them than I need, but as a scrap booker you can't have enough of anything, right?

Morning and hello!

Hi there! I am back again and have been creating just to have some relaxing time. This image, however, is it years since I colored. It has been waiting for the right designer papers and for my inspiration to use it. It happened to be the other day when some happy designer papers and they were a good match to my image. The image is colored with my promarkers.

 I believe the image is from Mo Manning, and the designer papers from Echo Park. I have used a die from Lawn Fawn for my border, some black pearls from my stash and some wooden stars to top it off. The photo is a bit strange in the colors, but they are happy and bright, but not this bright. Sorry about that!

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back again a just for fun card, 34th this year. For this one has I used a Magnolia stamp that I bought earlier this year. I think that I already have shown a card with this image. But here comes another one! I am always trying to use my stamps more than once, however some become extra fun to use, and others are still in their original package in my scrap studio waiting to be used. Hope they will stay their so I can use them when I feel like using them.

 Well then, I have paired the image with some lovely designer papers from either Echo Park or Carta Bella. Or both... They are lovely together those brands. The sentiment is from PY hobby.

Christmas in September over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!

It is that time again when it's time for a new fun challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme is set to "Christmas in September". How fun isn't that? We all know how we will need those Christmas cards in December.

Our sponsor this week is Color of Love. They are offering one lucky winner a lovely prize of three digital images from their store. 

As it has been a bit of a rough time for my body with all moist and changing weather the last couple of weeks, have not used a sponsor image this time. I have used an old favorite from Bugaboo this week. Well, I had the card ready as I know that it will come times when I need to have something ready for my challenge cards. 

This image is colored with my promarkers and I have paired my image with some great designer papers from Simple Stories. Sorry I don't remember what paper pad I have used this time. 

I have used a paper punch from my stash for the left panel, a simple look, but a great detail. A fairly broad ribbon that I have tied to bow, and some black gemstones in two different sizes that matches the black cardstock panels. They work so good together with the broad lines that Bugaboo had when they made their charming images. I miss them!

Well, I hope that you will find some inspiration from my card and take some time to create a card or two for our fun challenge this week.

Christmas Cheers 12-23

Morning and hello!

Time for another Christmas card. This is probably my last one with these cute penguins. I need to find some new inspiration to make some new Christmas cards for my pen pals. It's a mission every year to make enough cards for my dear pen pals around the world. 

 The stamps are from Lawn Fawn and the background is made with distress Oxide inks and with acrylic ink from my stash.  I have also used some dies to make the ground for the cute birdies. A few enamel dots from my stash are used to finish this one off.

Just for fun 33-23

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back again with a new creation, or well there was many cards made with the pretty much the same image. 

We have been celebrating our big birthdays here a few weeks ago and I made invitations for our guests. I die cut a lot of balloons from dies I had in my stash for a very long time. And let me say, it took me a while to do this with my Big Shot. I used some distress inks for the background and used a stencil from Lawn Fawn to make the sky. I have then made some balloon clusters for all the cards and then stamped my sentiment with letter stamps from hÄnglar and Wings. I have made around fifteen cards with different colored balloons. I was a labor of love to make them. And yes, the party was a success!

Morning and hello!

Hi! It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers again. And this time is our theme "Embellish it!" Such a fun theme!

For this project have I used the image called Mailbox Gnome. It's so cute! I loved coloring this even if it was a bit detailed for my wobbly hands, but I used the copicmarkers this time and they are little bit easier to handle than my promarkers when I'm going a match ´with my hands. Anyway, I managed to color it and it made me happy. 

I have used designer papers from Echo Park and the pad is called Lumberjack Christmas or something like that. I have been looking throw my stash of ribbons and used one white and one green, red and golden in layers. I also used a Christmas tree charm and some die cuts with snowflakes and some green twigs with a bit of snow on them. Some silver gemstons on the snowflakes finish my card of.

I have on this card also drawn some birdies for extra details. Now I need to figure out what more I can use these fun images for. Any ideas?

It's time for another Christmas card from me. I have used another oldie but goodie from Sugar Nellie. This is a favorite image of mine., it makes me smile every time. Wonder how many cards I can make with this stamp without getting bored?

I have had fun with my Maja Design papers for this card. I don't know from which paper pad these are but one of the newer ones. I have used a snowflake die to make some snowflakes with and fence die from Magnolia. And that is all I have used for this card together with many layers of card stock.

 Morning and hello!

Hi! Marie here again. It's Tuesday and we have a new challenge up for you over at Passion for markers. This time is it team 2´s turn to inspire you. Head on over to the blog to see what we are up to this week.

I am here on the other hand to share a little card I made the other day, just to enjoy the relaxation that being creative brings me. For this card have I used images from a stamp set that I got from a pen pal. I am guessing that it is from Temu or Shien. Anyway, I just had to make a few cards with these very charming sea gulls. They make me smile!

 

I have used designer papers from Scrap Boys I believe the brand is... The paper pad is filled with fabby sea and tropical scenery designer papers. They are a perfect match for these images. I have made a slit in the main designer papers and tuck in a designer paper that have motive that shows sand. I made them look like small island where I could place the lighthouse. I draw some birdies as well. Needed some extra details on the card.

 Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back today with a little creation I have made to keep me busy. I believe this image is from LOTV. I have had it colored for years to be honest and have not known what to do with it or how to use it. Even if you love your image can it sometimes be hard to get it on to a card, or another fun project.

I have paired this image up with designer papers from both Echo Park and Carta Bella. It has become a cheerful card with happy colors and a perfect card for one of my nephews. I have used a ribbon from Shien or Temu. I found this ribbon to be a charmig addition to my card making stash. I have also used some nuvo drops in white. 

My die cut letters are made with a lovely set of dies from Magnolia, Sweden. A decent price for these dies, around 140:- SKR. They will be very useful in the future. I bought three different letter die cut sets from Magnolia. Perfect size for cards and planners. I just love them!

 Morning and hello!

It´s a new week and we have a new challenge up for you all over at PFM today. This is my challenge and I have chosen the easy theme of "Dies and/or Punches", which should be nice and easy for everyone.

For my card today have I used the image called Poppies. They are my favorite flowers together with tulips and pelargoniums. When i fond this image was it an easy choice for me to use this image. I have colored with my promarkers this week and I have used up some leftovers from a paper pad that only have black, white, and red designer papers in it. Wish I had more designer papers in that style. Not much left of that pad now. 

As I set the theme to "Dies and/or punches" have I die cut all my card stock pieces except the biggest panels. I skipped the punches for this one, but it is still ok! :) I wanted to make a fairly strict card this week and that's why I have used only straight lines on this one. The round elements are in the patterns of the papers.

Morning and hello!

Hi! Friday again and I am back with a new card that I made the other day. This time have I made a card with a super cute cow image. It's a very charming image, that I at this point can't remember the brand of. Sorry about that.

I have colored with my promarkers and paired my image with designer papers from Simple Stories. The paper pad is called So happy together! Lots of lovely designer papers in wonderful colors. Just love it! I have used a piece ribbon to decorate together with some pearls, wood Weeners that is star shaped. This card was fun to make, and the result makes me smile. It ended up way better than I had imaged. Oh, I have used a punch for the horisontal border piece.

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back again with a new creation that have made me relax and having a good time. That also ment that I had a little break from writing my beloved letters. Got many written last week and it was such a good feeling! But now was it time to spend some time with my dear images and patterned papers.

This card is made with one of my favorite images from the Paper Shelter. I don't remember the name of it but you will find it over at the paper shelter store. I have colored with my promarkers and paired it with some designer papers from Maja Design. I think that I have used the paper pad called Everyday life. 

Some flowers from my stash are used, and a die cut butterfly. pearls from my stash and a glitter pen for details on the flowers and butterfly and the sentiment from Marianne Design I think.

I have colored with my Promarkers and the designer paper is from Lawn Fawn as well. The hills are made with a die from Lawn Fawn as well.

Morning and hello!

hi there! Here is a new card from me. I had fun with this image, colored with my promarkers. The image is a Margreth Sherry image. I love these cute images! They are superfun to cross stitch them as well. Have made a few of them.

 The papers are probably from one of all the paper pads from Echo Park in my stash. Bright and colorful!! This will be a perfect card for a birthday niece or nephew. We'll see who the lucky person will be in the future. A good part is that I got to use up a few of all my enamel dots. It's a huge collection and I need to reduce a bit.

Summer in full bloom over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!

It's time for a new challenge over at PFM and this week's theme is set to "Summer in full bloom". Nice and fun, isn´t it?

I have used the image called hello Summer. It's a fabby image that I will use again and again. A.S. have some fantastic flower images that I really adore. Fabby!

I did manage to do some coloring with my promarkers this time and even if it's little and I didn't have so many details to color in for this image. I have used designer papers that I don't know what brand they are. The pack have no front page at all, and never have had. They are bright and colorful and make me happy!

I have used some gemstone from my stash in two sizes and some flower ribbon from my stash, they were a good match to my image.

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back again with a new creation of mine. This time is it a stamped image from hÄnglar and Wings. The set is called Brevskrivare. I have colored with my Promarkers this time and paired it upp with designer papers from Maja Design. 

To cheer the card up a bit have I used some golden and white roses from I am Roses. I have also used some star shaped gemstones together with some die cut stars. Many layers on this one. 

I have had fun creating this one and hopefully will it give you get some inspiration from this as well. Take good care and do take some time to do something for yourself!

Here comes a new creation made by me. This image is from Lili of the Valley, a favorite of mine from that brand, I have paired my image with some really lovely and old papers from Bildmålarna. They are no longer in business, and I still miss them like crazy. They had fantastic images in their stamp range.

Anyway, this is a summer card for me. I have also used a punch from my stash. Some old gem stones shaped as butterflies, some clouds and to that some Nuvo drops with golden glitter.

Morning and hello!

Here comes another card that I made for Äldrekontakt a few months back. I have used images from hÄnglar and Wings, however, do I not remember from which of all the lovely sets they come from. 

I had fun playing with this, making something different from what I normally do. This one is a good example of that. It's an A6 card and no designer papers at all.
