For a child over at Creatalicious Challenges

Morning and hello!
Or rather good afternoon and hello like it is now. It's time for a new challenge over at Creatalicious Challenges today and our theme is set to "For a Child".

We are sponsored by Polkadoodles which is offering a gift voucher worth £6.75 / US $10 digi voucher for one lucky winner.

I have made a card with a lovely image called Winnie Mermaid from our sponsor. She is coloured woth my fabby promarkers and some white pen and few glitter pens. The papers are also from the store if I remember right.

I have also used a bunch of decorations for the card. You find pearl swirls, dew drops, sequines, a glass bottle and a few pearl stars. You also find a piece of nature net that I cut in half. Anyway, I hope you like my card and that you want to play along with us over at CC challenges. You have two weeks to enter our challenge and you can enter up to three times with your creations. The theme is as always Anything goes or for this time For a child.

For a birthday over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello!
Time for a new challenge over at PFP and this week with the theme of "For a birthday". So anything birthday related and coloured with promarker or their cousins the aquamarkers will be fine.

Our sponsor this week is Di's Digistamps and they offer a gift voucher worth $6 so come on and join us for this fun and easy challenge.

I have used one of Di's digis and it's called Afternoon Bunny. It is so cute so I couldn't resist it. It was great fun to colour as well. I went for bright fun colours for this one as I think it might be for a child's birthday.

I coloured with my letraset markers and then some pencils for definition. It was a long time since I did that kind of colouring. Was a lovely and fun work to deal with this time. The paper pad is an old one and for now is the name lost somewere in my mind.

Anyway, don't forget to use the Promarkers and you have the chance to win our prize this week or maybe even get picked on the top five line. That's pretty fun too!

Sorry about the really short post today. Having trouble with my neck again. So tired of it!

Face it! over at the Paper Shelter

EDITED! Will be even more late due to heavy headaches. :((

Finally a photo of my card. So sorry it has taken so long!

Morning and hello!
I am finally back after a kind of unwanted break due to my sore shoulder and neck. I was supposed to be resting to get it off but work got a way for that. And this week we're attending a BIG expo in Stockholm. I work with the stuff home at the company others are away, but we have all been preparing and working really hard after our vacations. Guess who would like a new vaca?

I have not finished my card for this first challenge of the fall with the Paper Shelter, however, I have prepared some of it and you will see my card with the new image called Eye of nature. A lovely image with a face as main focus which is perfect for this weeks theme that is set to Face it! That means we want to see a face on your card this week, the bigger the better and you know you can always crop the digital images around to get a different look of your image. It's fun to see how different an image look that way. You really should test it out, or you go to the Paper Shelter and find yourself an image with "just" a face on it. There is quite a few.

Anyway, I will try my best to add my card here later on today. In the meanwhile check out the fabby work of my teamies over at the Paper Shelter challenge blog.

As always, we have a gift voucher up worth $30 when you play with the Paper Shelter brand. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning 3 digis of your choice. Nice and easy to play along, right? You can enter our challenges up to three times, but at least one of your creations needs to have a TPS image on it.

Christmas ornaments over at Winter Wonderland

Morning and hello!
This is a really, really late post from me. A few weeks ago did our new challenge start over at Winter Wonderland. We wish to see ornaments on your creations this month. Well, due to my messed up shoulder and neck have I not been able to craft as I normally do. On top of that I had to put a prio to my job as we have an enormous exibition going on next week.

Now I feel a bit better and had a chance to finally take the photo as I have done the card over the weeks, little by little. So better late than never is my ornament card done! Yay!

The paper pad is from Cosmo Cricket and is the same pad I used for my PFP card. Mitten something. Even if I have coloured with classic christmas colours I managed to get these papers going with the image. They are kind of lilac and minty green and beige. I have only used a few pearls for decorations. I have also used a border punch from Martha Stewart. Try to use them a bit more often than I do.

Well, sweet and short today. I hope you will have a good weekend and have some time to play along with us and or fun challenge. You know that it's not than long before Christmas is here again.

Dies and or punches over at PFP

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at PFP today and this week is me, myself and I hosting. Thought I did that last week? Well time do pass by quickly and now we're heading for a new term at school here in Sweden as well. Can't believe it has been 10 weeks of already for the kids. Wish I had that too. But it's kind of good to be back in normal shoes again how to speak. Just a bit more tired than normal but it will hopefully settle soon as well. I just hope that my pain eases a bit as well. Last three weeks has been horrible for my left shoulder and neck, now it coming to the right side. As soon as I get my bike back I hope to get going in the forrest again to forget about the pain.

Well theme of the week: Dies and/or punches! is what we want you to share with us this week. It's nice and easy and should get you going and enter our challenge. Sponsoring is Crafty Sentiments which is offering one lucky winner 3 digis of winners choice.

I have used the cutie called Snowman at the window. A nice and charming image which is easy to colour. I love his cute face. I have used an old paper pad from Cosmo Cricket called Mitten Weather to keep him warm. It's a bit different colour combo and that is probably why I have used the pad very little. Keeping a smaller bunch of pads makes me use up more of them as I change them after a month or two. Have even managed to use up a pad or two during the last year. Too bad I have bought more than I have used up! ;)

I have of couse use a bunch of dies and a punch for my card as well. The sentiment is a freebee from a magazine. Snowflakes are from Lawn Fawn and the border punch is Martha Stewart. My plan was to add a ribbon and a charm as well but it slipped my mind for some reason.

Ok, this is it from me for today. I wish you well and hope that you will come and join our Promarker challenge this week. I want to comment on a lot of entries this week. So do join us for our easy going challenge this week.

Love n hugs

DT for Creatalicious Challenges - Distress it or anything goes

Morning and hello!
This post is a really, really late one as I have had huge trouble with my left arm and shoulder. I have not been able to do much at all the last two, almost three weeks. It's probably an inflammation in the shoulder joint and that means that I don't keep my neck in the right angle and that leads off road how to speak. But here I am again. I start a bit slow and take one challenge at the time and hope to heal as soon as I can.
Prize  -  3 digis of winner's choice

Our sponsor for this challenge is. They have some really cute and lovely images. Some with lots of details and some more clean ones.

For my card have I used the adorable image called  Poppy Sprite. It's an image with quite a few details but it's really charming and the result is lovely. I truly recomend you to give the image a real try. I have croped mine quite a bit but because I had trouble with my arms when colouring. However, I love how this turned out as in my mind it looks like I have taken a picture of the little sweet heart from above. She is coloured with my Winsor and Newton markers. I have paired her up with some designer papers from (I think) Kaiser Kraft. It might be a wedding collection... I have also used a left over piece from another pad which might be from Glitz.

There is a bit of knick knacks on the cards: some card candy in white, a black ribbon, some sweet flower, metal corners, a butterfly charm etc.

Once again I am really sorry that I am so very later with this creation, but better late than never I hope.

Take care and take the chance to play along with our challenge. It's nice and easy and you still have a few days to join us.

Love n hugs
Marie
