Monochrome or Anything goes over at Creatalicious

Morning and hello!
Time for a new fun challenge over at Creatalicious Challenges. This time we have the theme of Monochrome (which should be black and white) or anything goes. I almost made it! I just gave up my colouring when failing to add the whiskars three times on the image that I had coloured. So here is my monochrome + one.

The image is called Forest Mouse and is found over at Fabrica Fantasy which is this challenge's sponsor. They are offering one lucky winner a lovely prize of 3 images! Thank you for that!

So as said, I almost made the theme, and as I love black and white and my favourite colours to colour with is the warm greys I choose to work with this sweet heart. However after messing it up way too many times I went with the pre coloured version. One of my favourite black and white paper pads is from Authentic and it's a wedding collection. The only downside to this pad is that it's not totally white, more cream, but it will do for this one.

It's an easy card with not much off added details. A panel that is layered with punched panel. Punch from Martha Stewart. Some black and white ribbon from my stash as well as some card candy that I am trying to use up. All the layers makes the card look really fancy, but nice and easy made.

So it's time for you to start creating and I can't wait to see what you will do for this theme. Take a plunch and try the real monochrome in black and white. You will love the classy look of it!

Take care and do something you love!

Love n hugs

Colour it over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
It's time again for a brand new challenge over at the Paper Shelter. We are doing a really simple theme this week as we are going to "colour it". That means you have to have do some colouring on your own on your image this week. No just sentiment images or pre coloured ones.

For my card have I used the lovely image called Beauty Session. Doesn't it look like she's having a good time? I for sure could use some me-time and let some cucumber calm me down. I have coloured with my promarkers for this card (and almost all the others too). And I have paired up with a Pink Paislee Indigo and Ivy Paper pad once again. I kind of have two pads of them so there is a chance you will see alot of them in the coming, well years. :)

I had some off cuts like the butterflies from either Maja Design or Pion design. They where stashed away and showed up on the desk. Together with some pearls, a silver ribbon and some dies does it become my card for this weeks card.

You can play along with our challenge up to three times, and one of these do you have to use a Paper Shelter image. However, you always have the chance to win over at our challenge. Playing with another brand gives you the chance to win three digis of your choise. Playing with our challenge gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Dies and / or Punches over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello!
New challenge week over at Passion for Promarkers and this week have I set the theme to "Dies and/or Punches". It should be a nice and easy one for everyone to play along with.

Ingen fotobeskrivning tillgänglig.

Our sponsor this weeks is Crafty sentiment Designs which is offering one lucky winner three digis of your choise. Lucky you!

For my card have I used the lovely image called Lola Let's see. A fun and charming image to colour and work with. She is of corse coloured with my promarkers. And if you want to have a chance of this weeks prize you have to use your promarkers too, or their lovely cousins from Letraset.

The paper pad is once again from Carta Bella and blooming garden (or something like that). And to follow the theme of the week have I used a punch with the note pad edge on top of the image and some die cut hearts from my stash. Sorry I can't remember the brand of it as I normally make a bunch of die cuts at once when I have scraps. There is also some die cut leaves in the flower cluster. Some pearly string around the edges of the image and a silver heart charm in the bow and I was done with this one.

Anyway, I hope you will come and join our challenge and take the chance of winning some images. And getting a comment or two from the fabby team of PFP.

Take care and do something you enjoy!

With a sentiment over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
It's Wednesday again and we have a new fun challenge up for you over at the Paper Shelter. Our theme is set to "With a sentiment".

For my card have I used the fabby image Kitty Acrobatics and coloured with my promarkers. I think I start with appologizing for my poor colouring lately. I take some meds that goes on my eyes and I don't see details very well as long as I take them. I always try to fix it when I have a good day but I don't always see that it's wonky and a bit hand made. :) At least I know it will be better when I stop take the pills when the sun starts to shine more regular. Then it's break time with the meds until fall comes around.

I have paired my image with some designer papers from the collection Whimsical from Pink Paislee. It's a fabby collection with both dark and light coloured papers. I love that and the fabby touch of gold on some of the papers.

As we have the theme with a sentiment this week; have I stamped with a stamp set made mostly for Project Life and some lovely hearts from Lawn Fawn. Just to make it look a bit extra special and show how I feel for my feline friends.

Inspirational Photo over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello!
A new week and a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This weeks theme is set to "Inspirational Photo". And here is the photo.

Ingen fotobeskrivning tillgänglig.

We are sponsored by the lovely people over at Di's Digi Stamps which is offering a gift voucher worth $6 for one lucky winner. A lovely prize. Someone is going to be a happy crafter.

I have used an old image from Power Poppy called Everything is rosy. It is one of my favourite images and I use it quite often. It's a good image to make grown up cards with and have as stock when needed.

Of course it's coloured with my Promarkers, which you also have to do if you want to have a chance of winning this weeks prize. I have paired the image with some old papers from First Edition, Owl something...I used the paper pad as card stock as well this time. Some papers is just for using up even if you're not too fond of them. This is a pad like that. It is too much glitter in the papers. It doesn't show as well here but the center panel is with glitter and shine. Glitter and shine has the gold paper as well and it makes the whole thing a nightmare to photograph.

I finished the card off with some enamel hearts and a sentiment from Hanglar & Stanglar. I love their stamps, especially their sentiment stamps as they come in many sizes and versions. Really great ones!

OK then, time to finish this one off. Take good care and do something that makes you happy. Don't forget to play along with us. Take some inspiration from the colour combo, the flowers, the hearts etc. We are looking forward to see what you can come up with.

Love n hugs
Marie

Anything Christmas over at Winter Wonderland

Morning and hello!
Time for a new DT-creation from me to you. It's the first Friday of February and it's time for a new fun challenge over at the Winter Wonderland. Our theme this time is a tribute to Eileen who used to run this challenge blog, but sadly passed away a few years ago.

Our theme is set to Anything Goes Christmas.

Our sponsor this month

Living in Leeds, Yorkshire in the UK, working full time as a Management Accountant, currently working on 2 design teams and an obsessive crafter and creator of cards. I have no actual style as yet but do love the unusual and quirky. I may be known for producing cards in soft pastel colours. I love anything arty. I've always drawn stuff, for as long as I can remember. In my younger days I sold a few watercolour paintings. I recently found mixed media which is a joy and love creating canvases with flowers. I had a battle with digital drawing for about a year and finally found some software I could gel with.

In January 2016 a challenge team I worked on was short of a designer's images to create with so to the crafting world, to the lovely ladies who have supported me on my journey. I've a Facebook group SheepSki Designs where I hold challenges, some for fun to win digis as well as my monthly card challenge. I've a SheepSki Designs challenge blog as well. Things are growing slowly (thankfully) so I still manage to spend at least a little time with my hubby.
Welcome to my world Andrea xx

And the prize on offer for the winner is - 3 images of their choice

For my creation this time have I used the image called 'Rudolf's Selfie'. He is coloured with my promarkers and paired up with an old paper pad from Basic Grey I think. It was a while since I did the card and my memory isn't that good at this point.

I have actually used a double print of the image as I found it a bit skinny so to old fashion film strips of Rudolf but only one coloured. And as it is Rudolf I added some snow flakes and lovely pearls as decorations for the feeling of snow.

Anyway, I hope you come and join us this month and play along to honor Eileen. She was a fabby person with lots of humor.

Take care and do something that you enjoy.

Love n hugs
Marie
