Mini Monday 10-24

Morning and hello!
Hi again! Yes I know, third Monday in a row. Here is yet another one of my small stitched cards that I have made during dull days. Once again have I gone for the blue and silver colour shades. It is such wonderful combo that makes me happy to work with.

This time have I used a blue card base for my darker bulb with blue and silver. Some more of my old silver stickers with small snowflakes. Lovely glittery card for the big Christmas season!

Just for fun 12-24

Morning and hello!
I am back again with a card made with my old stash. I have dug out a Kenny K image that I have had in my stash for ever and still love to bits. It's a great image that is different from many other cute stamps that is so popular.

I have also used some old designer papers. Earlier this year I had finished it off, but I had forgotten that I had one more. I love this black and white paper pad with red details so I am very happy that I had one more. I have used some red card stock instead of white for this card. It was fun to use that for a change. I have used some nuvo drops for some small details. Hope you like my little creation! Do take some time and use your old stash! It's fun to rediscover your old stash, if will feel as new! LoL

Christmas Cheers 10-24

Morning and hello!
I am back again with a Christmas card! It was a while since I managed to make anything at all. Have just spent time with my kumi Himo disks and plates lately. It was been a good way to spend restless time and easy to break from when the pain hits hard which it has the last month. I just don't like moist weather and my joints enjoy it even less than I do. Hopefully will the weather be a bit more stable for a while now and I can get some rest from my hard pain. It's 10 times worst when the weather is moist and change from warm to cold or the other way around.

For my card today have I used a hÄnglar and Wings image from a few years back. I have also used a piece of another stamp from the same company, the sentiment is also from hÄnglar and Wings. Some ribbon is used to break up all the bright colours and some paper roses, a charm, some buttons and a few die cuts together with some nuvo glitter drops. It was fun to make this card and I hope that I  will be able to make a few more Christmas cards during the summer. I have a bunch more to make, that I need to fill up my stash for this coming Christmas.

Hope you have the time to make something that makes you happy!

Flower Friday 7-24

Morning and hello!
I am here again with a flower card that I made recently. I had fun with this lovely tulip image. I love to colour this image and it's a blast every time. of course do I not remember it is who have made it. It's an old one as well as the designer papers.

The designer papers are from Me to You if I am not totally wrong. It is a good match to the bright pink that I used for my tulips. A border made with a punch from my stash is used to add some details. I have also used some silver lined nuvo drops to add some extra details. I also have used a sentiment from hÄnglar and Wings. It looks great together, even managed to make it double matted this time. I hope you like my creation and find some inspiration to make a card or two with your old stash. It's like having new stash after a few years! LoL

Mini Monday 9-24

Morning and hello!
Here is finally a new card for my Mini-Monday series. This one is a cross stitched one with a fave colour combo that I love: blue and silver. The best ever. I had a period during the winter when I cross stitched some small images for Christmas cards to my pen pals. It was such a relaxing time. Now do I have a few ones with flowers on the go. I have also started to discover kumihimo braiding. Lots of fun so far even if I feel stupid when I don't get the basics. Slowly getting there and I have a whole bunch of beads that I hope to use some day.

Back to the card. I have some more to show that is from my Christmas creations. But for today is it all done. Hope you like my little creation where I also have used some silver stickers for a tone on tone look.

Use a die over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is set to "Use a die". Nice and easy for you all to play along with. I have used three of them for my card.

Our fabby sponsor this week is Dies to Die for. They offer one lucky winner a £15 gift voucher. Thank you for that.

And here is my card for this weeks challenge. I have used an old stamp from my stash. It's a stamp from one of my favourite stamp brands called Bildmålarna. They are out of business since many years. I still miss them and the other day did I decide to dig into my stash that still have some unused stamps. This is one of them.

I have paired the image together with designer papers from Bo Bunny. My photo got a bit strange colour wise but hopefully you can see a little how it looks. I have kept the design simple with just the two unregular rectangles that I have used for the image. I have also used a die for the border panel, a wavy one from Spellbinders. I love the clean look of these dies, the border one I mean. Some black pearls give an extra punch to the card and a little magnolia butterfly from my stash that I want to use up. I have coloured it with my markers as it was pretty dull all in white.

I wish you a great day and look forward to see your creations over at our challenge blog!

Summer over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
It is a new day and a new challenge over at Passion for Markers starting today. This week's very fitting theme is set to "Summer". How fun isn't that for a challenge?

Our sponsor this week is ADU offering a lucky winner two digital images of winner's choice. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used a sponsor image called Beach Time. A bit silly image but very charming! I decided to go really, really bold colours for this image. I found a fantastic paper pad in my stash that is pretty bright and happy. A real summer paper pad!

I had fun adding a few clouds and a piece of twine for a little detail. I printed the image pretty large as I have trouble with all weather changes at the moment and there is trouble colouring. But it turned out happy and bright anyway, let's be happy about that at least.
Wish you a great day filled with sunshine and happy moments!

Add a sentiment over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
Welcome back to my little corner of the world and to a new challenge over at Passion for Markers.Passion for Markers. This week are we going for the theme of "Add a sentiment".  Nice and easy to follow.

Our lovely sponsor this week is Polkadoodles that offers a lucky winner three digital images of winners choice. Thank you so much for that!

For my card this week have I used the lovely image called Ballon days from our sponsor. It was nice and fun to colour this image with both bold parts with little details as well as more tricky parts. I am not able to colour a lot of details at the moment as my joints are fairly stiff from the heat we have at this time.

I have used really old paper pad from my stash, I believe that it's a Me to You paper pad, but I am not totally sure. I have another one looking pretty much the same.

I have played with old stuff from my stash for this card: flowers, butterfly from Magnolia, ribbon, charm, pins, gemstones etc. The sentiment is from hÄnglar and Wings. The background paper behind the image is an old piece of scraps from something that I bought. It was a nice mix of a colors on it, and matched the designer papers perfectly with it's yellow, pink and blue colours.

Now is it up to you to find some inspiration and come joining us over at Passion for Markers. Passion for Markers. Take care and have a lovely week!

Christmas Cheers 9-24

Morning and hello!
The end of May is here and I am back with a new Christmas creation. Need to build my stash with more than just mini cards for Christmas. Today have I also gotten back in my digital stamp stash and found this shining star in my collection. I think I have bought it from Sugar Nellie but are not totally sure. It was a while since I coloured and printed this image.

The designer papers are from Simple Stories and I think I have mixed two different paper pads for this one. They are fair busy, but so are Christmas. I have used lots of bling like gemstones, glitter paper for my snowflakes, a charn in the shape of a snowflake and to that a sheer ribbon with silver snowflakes on it.

Hope you have found some inspiration to make a Christmas card or two! You know you will thank yourself when December arrives! ;)

Have a good day and do something that makes you happy!

Mini Monday 8-24

Morning and hello!
Here comes a little Christmas card in mini size! I cross stitched a bit while I had a hard time sleeping.

This is one of them that I made. It looks a bit dull here, but the bulb is bright pinkish and the card base is pale pink. It looks lovely with a modern twist of colours.

Dig out your stash and start to stitch away, it's really relaxing!

Flower Friday 6-24

Morning and hello!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend and hope that you will have a great time and enjoy the good weather.

I have just replanted my pelargoniums and can't wait for them to grow big and start to bloom with all their wonderful colours. I have since a few years started to grow them from seeds and it makes such a difference in how strong they grow. At the moment is our house filled with young plants that soon will move out on our terrass and at our front door. I can't wait for that!

So while I wait for my own plants to bloom have I made a card with one of my favourite flowers. The image is from Power Poppy which have amazing digital flower images. They are amazing!

The paper pad I have used is from PinkFresh Studio. It's fairly old paper pad that have got stuck in my stash. Find the designs a bit hard to use for cards but from time to time do I find a fairly good design that works with them. Here is it in my mind a perfect match.

The sentiment die is in three layers and comes from Gummiapan here in Sweden. The flowers are from my stash. Believe these are from Temu. The dotty things in the corners are glittery Nuvo drops.

Have a good time and do something that makes you happy!

I have coloured with my copic markers and added die cut numbers as the card was for my mum's 75th birthday the other week.

The only decoration on this card is some glitter on my flowers and glittery cardstock for my numbers. The background is busy and therefore I have kept it clean from decorations.

I hope that you will come and join us when we celebrate our big week. Lots of prizes to be won! And both our teams have created for this challenge.

Mini Monday 7-24

Morning and hello!
Monday and I have another little mini card to show off today. I have once again used one of the toppers from Maja Design and used it together with leftovers from another projects I have made.

It's a fun way to use up little pieces and feels so good. And even the tiny toppers from the 6*6 paper pads get used. At least one set of them., there is three in each 6 * 6 paper pads from Maja Design. They are perfect to send together with letters or to put in a bouquet of flowers.

Enjoy your day!

Flower Friday 5-24

Morning and hello!
I am back once again this lovely spring week. It have been around 20 degrees Celsius they whole week. And it's wonderful. I hope it will stay this way for a while now. Fine with rain during the nights but sun during the day would be perfect in my mind!

I have used one of the toppers from a Maja Design Paper pad together with some designer papers from the same collection to put this card together. Good with a nice and easy creativity every now and then. I also want to use the toppers from time to time and sunflowers are just lovely are they not?

Some gemstones that looks a bit wired on the photo is used for decoration together with a paper doily and a die cut border to give the card some fun details. It was great tun to make this card.

Do dig out your toppers and use them from time to time. It's a nice and easy way to get your creativity going! Give it a try!

Christmas Cheers 8-24

Morning and hello!
It is Mid month again, and already middle of May. How fast is this time flying by? For real? When is it time to slow down for a while?

Anyway, I have created a little winter or Christmas card that I will use it for. It is one of my beloved hÄnglar and Wings images that have been put to use once again.

I have paired him up with patterned papers from Echo Park and one of their wonderful winter pads. As usually I don't remember which one.

The little guy is coloured with my promarkers and then some decorations from my stash. Some Nuvo drops, two metal snowflakes as well as a ribbon bow. A border die from Lawn Fawn is also used.

Hope you like what you see. I am sorry about the strange colours that the photo have gotten, the corrugated cardboard makes it hard to get correct colours in the photo. And no, I still have not learned how to fix it in Photoshop! LoL

Have a good day and take some time to do something you love!

Let it bloom over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's Tuesday again and time for Team one to give you a new challenge and inspiration for it. This week's theme have been picked by me and I have chosen the theme of "Let it bloom". That means a lot of flowers on your creation. They can be everywhere of any kind but it has to be more than one. Not much of blooming with only one little flowers. :)

This week are we sponsored by Hetty Claire who offer one lucky winner two digis of winner's choice. Thank you so much for that!

For this card have I used an image from our sponsor called Cat Flower Pot. I have coloured with a bunch of different markers on this image. Took what worked the best and what my fingers allowed me to use. I hate weather changes or at least do my fingers do it.

Anyway, I have paired my image with designer papers from Flower Garden by Carta Bella. The colours in this pad is wonderful, but I wish there would have been a few more less busy patterns in the collection. It gets very busy with too many patterns of the same small size. I love the black paper with the white flowers and  I adore the butterfly paper. Yummy!

I have decorated with a few paper flowers and a lovely border from my stash. I have also used die cut letters made with one of Magnolia's lovely alphabet dies. Just love them!

Thanks for looking and I hope that you will play along with us over at Passion for Markers this week.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Just 4 fun 11/24

Morning and hello!
Here comes another one just for the fun of it. I have used one of the cuties from hÄnglar and wings. I believe it is called Ballerina or something like that.

I have paired her up with designer papers from Poland, don't remember the name of the paper pad. But it was a good match to the colours of the ballerina. The sentiment is mounted on a die cut from Crealies that I cut apart and mounted together again in a fitting size. Looks pretty ok in my mind.

Have a good day and do something you enjoy!

Hi! Here comes another minicard from. I have so many that I probably should post them two and two or three and three. :) This card is made with pieces from Maja Design, but I don't remember from which paper pad.

I have decorated it very little. Just a winter ribbon with snowflakes and some nuvo drops in a dark red colour that I love dearly.

Hope you like it and that you find some inspiration to use up your scraps!

Take care and have a good week!

Christmas Cheers 6/24

Morning and hello!
Hi there! I am back with a new Christmas card. I know that it is May today, but you know me, Christmas cards is my jam! This time have I used an image from Lili of the Valley. I have paired the wonderful image with a paper pad from Poland if I am correct.

'

As the print on these papers are pretty bold have I not used as many layers as I normally do. But I have used a piece of corrugated cardboard as a backdrop to the image. A few paper flowers and leaves together with a bow and a charm is my decorations for the card. Hope you like it!

Take care and do something that make you happy!

Feminine over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers, and our theme this week is Feminine. I hope that it is a theme you will enjoy. We are sponsored by the lovely Veronica over at the Paper Shelter.

She offers one lucky winner 3 digis of winner's choice. Thank you so much for that!

I have used the sponsor image for this card and dug out an old paper pad from my stash. Sorry, my memory isn't what it used to be. It doesn't get better from me being in the middle of an medication change for the 1008 time the last four years. I did also find some paper butterflies in my stash that is made by Magnolia, Sweden. It might be time to start using up some stash again. There is so much laying around just waiting to be used. Too bad that inspiration comes with buying new stash! LoL

Hope you come and play with us the coming week. My teamies have made a smashing collection of cards as well, so please drop by Passion for Markers!

Just 4 fun 10/24

Morning and hello!
Hi, I am back with a card made with one of my latest Magnolia stamps. That doesn't mean that it's new, but I don't buy so many stamps anymore. Anyway, this one is a few years old, if I remember correctly.

I have coloured with my promarkers and I have used an old paper pad from my stash, it's a kind of BuJo paper pad that I have adapted to suit my needs. I like the colours that  the paper pad has in it, so I wanted to (finally) put it to use. I have used a scalloped die cut to frame the image, and used some liquid pearls from Nuvo to decorate it as well as the corners of the card. I have also used a couple of heart shaped enamel dots from Amy Tagerine.

Hope that you find some inspiration from this simple creation of mine.

Mini Monday 5/24

Morning and hello!
Here comes another one of my mini cards. Filled with silver snow flakes stickers. This time have I cross stitched  a little Christmas card.

I have had fun stitching a few small Christmas images with left over fabric and floss. I have had so much fun to making these cards. Why not dig out some stitching material and stitch yourself a little piece of cheer?

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Flower Friday 4/24

Morning and hello!
Friday again and time for a new card from me. This time is it a flower card that have focus. I don't remember from where I have gotten this wonderful image. I love tulips as they remind me of my granny. She loved these flowers but her favourites was red ones.

I love the pink ones, but these became a little too pink, but still. It's cheerful and happy. For this card have I used some left overs from a couple of Easter paper pads that I am finishing of. There is really only small pieces left of both the pads, but I can probably make a few more cards from the left overs. We'll see. The white Nuvo drops have collapsed a bit for me, but not the blue green ones are still fine. I love the drops as decorations. Nice and fun to work with.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Check it out over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
Hi! It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. Today is it time for Team 1 to inspire you all and our theme this week is set to "Check it out!" It means that we want to see something check on your creation. Gingham, check pattern etc. That's what we want to see.

Our lovely sponsor this week is the lovely people over at Lili of the Valley. They offer one lucky winner 4 digis of winners choice. Thank you for that!

My card then. I have used the Sweetpea digital stamp that I love. I have coloured with my promarkers and took a dive into my huge stash of Magnolia designer papers and came up with this.

Now my checks isn't that clear as I managed to put my panel with checks on it way too high up on the card. It's the lower panel with lilac. There is also checks on the little bow on my card. I had fun colouring this image and I love how muted the colours are and how they match the designer papers. I hope that you all find some inspiration from my creation and that you will take some time and play along with us over at PFM.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Christmas Cheers 5/24

Morning and hello!
Hi to you all! It's April and the other week did we had a bunch of snow in the South East of Sweden. It's totally crazy and I hope it won't come more of the snow this winter or spring. It was terrible with that snow storm. There was many accidents that day, and the even closed the bridge over to Öland. It was too slippery and two accidents happened on the bridge before they closed it.

Anyway, the snow made me come to something of a Christmas feeling. And this is the result. I played with my sweet winter hippo from hÄnglar and Wings and I paired it up with designer papers from Echo Park. It's not the typical Christmas colours but I like the colour combo in this paper pad. It's great to be able to make Christmas / winter cards in other colours than red, green and gold.

Hope you find a little inspiration form this winter / Christmas card and start your collection that have to be done before December comes around again.

Love n hugs
