Autumn colours over at PFM

Morning and hello!
Or maybe I should say happy weekend to you all! I have not been able to write this post until today. A week filled with headache have made me move even slower than normal. Our theme is set to

Autumn Colours

We are sponsored by the lovely people over at Dies to die for. One lucky winner will get a gift voucher to spend in their store. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used a few images from hÄnglar and Wings. These images is from an older set called Flygfän. I have coloured this way back and never got around to create a card with them. Now was it time! And I am grateful that I had it waiting for me. My hands isn't my bff at the moment either.

I have used designer papers from Carta Bella. I have mixed and matched from different paper pads that I got on sale! Love a bargin, don't you? Doesn't matter if they are not the newest collections, after all they are new to me!

I have been digging in my stash again and found some good matching stuff in my stash to decorating the card. I fussy cut some pumpkins and matched them with my flowers. I have also used a bunch of golden gemstones. The small glittering dots gives the card an extra bling bling. The small bats are also fussy cut from the same stamp set as the bats. A boarder punch from crealie is also used for some details.

Hope you have fun creating with this theme!

Summer over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
It is a new day and a new challenge over at Passion for Markers starting today. This week's very fitting theme is set to "Summer". How fun isn't that for a challenge?

Our sponsor this week is ADU offering a lucky winner two digital images of winner's choice. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used a sponsor image called Beach Time. A bit silly image but very charming! I decided to go really, really bold colours for this image. I found a fantastic paper pad in my stash that is pretty bright and happy. A real summer paper pad!

I had fun adding a few clouds and a piece of twine for a little detail. I printed the image pretty large as I have trouble with all weather changes at the moment and there is trouble colouring. But it turned out happy and bright anyway, let's be happy about that at least.
Wish you a great day filled with sunshine and happy moments!

Monochrome over at PFM

 Morning and hello!
Time again for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week do we have a real challenge for you. Our theme is set "Monochrome". That is one colour + white and black in small dozes if the black isn't the main colour of course. We have a great prize up for grabs this week, so it is well worth giving the theme a try!

Our sponsor this week is Dies to Die for and they offer one lucky winner a gift voucher worth £15! It's an amazing prize for one lucky winner!
Thank you!

As I, once again have some trouble with my hands and fingers which gives me trouble colouring did I get really happy when I came to thing of my little stash of coloured poppies. I have them in a few different shades but I was in the mood for blue shades this time.

I dug out my flowers from my stash and my die cutting up a whole panel with a nice grid of geometric shapes. I had planned to use it for left over small pieces of papers from other projects so I don't have to waste so much lovely papers. However, this time did I use card stock as a back drop for my flowers. I am pretty pleased with the result and got to use a butterfly that I had coloured as well. The flowers is a little too big for my liking, but it's totally ok. Oh, the flowers are by the way from Alternew.

Anyway, I hope that you have had a good Easter and that you now feel up to playing along with us over at PFM.

Have a good week and do something that makes you happy!

Just for fun 6-24

Morning and hello!
Hi! It's me again and I have been having fun playing with my papers, digi stamps and rubber stamps again. I have had a few hours of colouring a while back and a few weeks ago did I start to make cards with all my coloured stuff. Now do I have to start to colour again as I only have a few left to make into cards.

This image is a real blast from the past, do you remember Sugar Nellie stamps? This is one of a few of these lovely girl faces that they had in their store. I loved them then and I love them now. They are such sweet images that stands out from the rest around during these days.

I have paired this lovely sunflower girl up with some matching designer papers from Maja Design. Such great match! I love it when my papers can pick up on something from my images. Turned out well this time!

Hope you can take some time and do something that make you feel good today!

Dies and or punches over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's that time again, time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. Our theme this week is set by me and I have chosen "Dies and/or Punches". A favourite of mine but for some reason was this one a bit hard to put together.

Our sponsor this week is Dr Digis House of Stamps. They offer one lucky winner two digis from their store, your choice.
Thank you for that!

I have used the image called  Nitty Nora.  Wish I could knit but I do know how to crochet and find more joy in that yarn hobby. Knitting have never appealed to me the same way as my crochet hook. But the image was fun and I really want to learn how to knit warm socks! I had fun colouring but my photo didn't come out well. I couldn't access my accounts to do what I normally do. Took a while to get it fixed, my brother was my savour. Anyway, I have used designer papers from Maja Design, Denim Girl. And I used a die from my stash for the border which got covered a fair bit with another die cut from my stash and I wanted to add some punched details as well and ended up with butterflies from a punch from Martha Stewart. I couldn't find anything that suited better. Flowers and butterflies you know.

I hope that I have managed to inspire you at least a bit. Come and play with us over at Passion for Markers. Just make sure that you use some die cuts or punches on your creation. Nice and easy!

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Birthdays over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
Hi! Time just flies by doesn't it? It's already time for a new challenge over at PFM and this week's theme is set to "Birthdays" which should be an easy and fun theme to play along with.

This week are we sponsored by the lovely Colour of Love which offers one lucky winner 3 digis of winners choice. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used the image called Evony City Girl from our sponsor. I have coloured with a mix of markers from Promarkers, Spectrum Noir and Copic. I had for once in a long time fun colouring again which made me happy, so happy that I got a small bunch of images coloured so now am I ready to make some new cards again. I have used designer papers from a polish brand, the paper pad is called Moon something and the papers are wonderful dark ones with light one to compliment the darker once. Really lovely!

I have used a few decorations on this project. Glittery Nuvo drops in black with gold, flowers, a charm, some lace and some corrugated cardboard that I reused. I have also used a sparkling marker from Spectrum Noir, it get very bright at some points but I managed to take a photo that wasn't covered in sparkle and shine this time.

I had fun making this card and I hope that you will come and play with us over at Passion for Markers. All you have to do is to follow the theme and colour with markers. I look forward to come and visit you at your blog spot!

Baby it's cold outside over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It is Tuesday again and that means one thing, it's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme is set to "Baby, it's cold outside!" Very fitting for today as the snow is falling. Wonder were this winter will take us as it's only 28th of November. It's early for snow at this part of Sweden.

Ingen fotobeskrivning tillgänglig.

The Paper Shelter sponsors us this week and they offer one lucky winner three digis of winner's choice.

This time have I used the charming image called Winter Walk. It's cute, isn't it? I have colored with a mix of promarkers and copics. My designer papers do I not know the name of. I have not been very careful with my front page of the paper pad, so I don't remember the brand or name of it. But it's filled with lovely pastel colored designer papers in a dull pink and green. Perfect for winter images.

I have used a go to design for my card, as it shows the designer papers really well. Some lace is used on one of the panels and to tie a nice bow. A few snowflakes die cuts is also used to decorate the card together with some gemstones in a clear design. I have also used some pearls in the corners of the card as well as a tree shaped charm.

I hope you like what you see and that you come and play with us over at Passion for markers this week. We are looking forward to seing your creations and visit your blogs!

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Dies and/or punches over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
Hi there! It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers again. This time do we have a classic theme of "Dies and/or Punches". A favorite one, right?

This week are we sponsored by the lovely company SheepSki Designs who offer one lucky winner a lovely prize of 3 digital stamps to one lucky winner. Thank you so much for that!

For my (horrible) card for this week have I used the image called Christmas Candle. It's a lovely image but I have a really bad day with my joints and my coloring is awful. Nothing was working when I created this card, yesterday. Anyway, I got a card done and I used some designer papers from Simple Stories and the paper pad called Jingle all the way. I have used a bunch of die cuts from my stash some from Crealies, Spellbinders and a few others. I made some flowers that I added on top of the images and my coloring needed to be covered and this was a good solution for me. I also used an old Martha Stewart border punch for one of my panels.

Anyway, time for me to hit the bed again and try to forget about my pain. Hopefully a short period of pain this time. I can always wish, right? oh, the sentiment is from hÄnglar and Wings and says Merry Christmas in Swedish.

Take care and do something just for you!

Embellish it! over at Pasion for Markers

Morning and hello!
Hi! It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers again. And this time is our theme "Embellish it!" Such a fun theme!

Our sponsor this week is Conie Fong who offer one lucky winner a lovely prize of three images picked by our winner! Thank you for that!

For this project have I used the image called Mailbox Gnome. It's so cute! I loved coloring this even if it was a bit detailed for my wobbly hands, but I used the copicmarkers this time and they are little bit easier to handle than my promarkers when I'm going a match ´with my hands. Anyway, I managed to color it and it made me happy.

I have used designer papers from Echo Park and the pad is called Lumberjack Christmas or something like that. I have been looking throw my stash of ribbons and used one white and one green, red and golden in layers. I also used a Christmas tree charm and some die cuts with snowflakes and some green twigs with a bit of snow on them. Some silver gemstons on the snowflakes finish my card of.

I hope you find some inspiration from my creation, if you need more pop on over to the Passion for Markers challenge blog and see my teamies fantastic creations!

Have a fabby day and do something that makes you happy!

Dies and or punches over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
It´s a new week and we have a new challenge up for you all over at PFM today. This is my challenge and I have chosen the easy theme of "Dies and/or Punches", which should be nice and easy for everyone.

Our sponsor this week is SheepSki Designs. They offer our lucky winner a prize of three digis of winner´s choice. Thank you for that!

For my card today have I used the image called Poppies. They are my favorite flowers together with tulips and pelargoniums. When i fond this image was it an easy choice for me to use this image. I have colored with my promarkers this week and I have used up some leftovers from a paper pad that only have black, white, and red designer papers in it. Wish I had more designer papers in that style. Not much left of that pad now.

As I set the theme to "Dies and/or punches" have I die cut all my card stock pieces except the biggest panels. I skipped the punches for this one, but it is still ok! :) I wanted to make a fairly strict card this week and that's why I have used only straight lines on this one. The round elements are in the patterns of the papers.

I hope that I will be busy this week with visiting all of you, so please do take part in this week's challenge!

All the best and do something that makes you happy!

Summer in full bloom over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at PFM and this week's theme is set to "Summer in full bloom". Nice and fun, isn´t it?

This week are we sponsored by Alex Syberia and they are offering one lucky winner a £10 voucher to spend in their store. We will have one happy winner this week.

I have used the image called hello Summer. It's a fabby image that I will use again and again. A.S. have some fantastic flower images that I really adore. Fabby!

I did manage to do some coloring with my promarkers this time and even if it's little and I didn't have so many details to color in for this image. I have used designer papers that I don't know what brand they are. The pack have no front page at all, and never have had. They are bright and colorful and make me happy!

I have used some gemstone from my stash in two sizes and some flower ribbon from my stash, they were a good match to my image.

I hope that you will be able to play along with us over at Passion for Markers. I and the rest of the team looks forward to visiting your blogs and leave you some love.

Take care and do take some time to do something that you enjoy!

 Morning and hello!
It's time again for a new challenge over at PFM. This week's theme is set to "Make it Square".

Our sponsor this week is Rachelle Anne MIller who will offer one lucky winner two images of winners choice. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used the image called Be kind. The sweet image is coloured with my promarkers. I have paired the image with papers from Echo Park, two different paper pads. I have used some enamel dots to decorate the card. It's simple card but I am really glad that I managed to make it at all due to all the headaches I have at this point.

Well, I sign off here and hope that you will come and join us in this easy challenge. It's fun and easy. My square is the shape of the card as I didn't have much energy doing this.

Layer it up! over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for markers. This week's theme is set to "Layer it up!" I'm hosting this challenge and I would love to see you use more than three layers on your creation. I am always using many layers of cardstock and patterned papers on my cards, it doesn't have to be more fancy than that. Easy peasy!

This week are we sponsored by the lovely Jan's Digi Stamps who offers one lucky winner a gift voucher worth $6 in the store. You are up for some lovely images there.

For my card have I used the lovely image called Wild Flower Blossom. It's a joy to colour and if you head over to the PFM challenge blog you see more fabby examples from my teamies. I have coloured with my promarkers and used a wonderful paper pad from way back in 2010. It's from Bildmålarna which I loved, both their stamps and their paper pads. I thought it is time to use these fantastic papers up now, after all they are 13 years old. It's time for them to work for me. The sentiment is from hÄnglar and Wings. I have also used a paper punch from Martha Stewart, also a blast from the past.

I have also used a bunch of layers on my card, just as always. This time have I also used a paper doily in one of my layers. I have also used some Nuvo Drops in the corners as well as around the image. A few paper flowers from my stash is also used to give a little extra texture to my card.

I hope that you will enjoy this theme of mine and come and play with us over at Passion for Markers. I look forward to see all of your fabby creations!

Happy Easter! Part 2

Happy Easter to you all!
Hope you're having a good start on your Easter weekend. Here is it time to relax and to do some spring cleaning, but first another Easter card. This one is more pastellish than my first one which was posted yesterday.

This image comes from the stamp set called Äggjakt (Egg hunt). The set comes with two bunny images, a basked filled with eggs, a single egg as well as a few sentiments. A great set just like they all are when they come from hÄnglar and Wings. After a bunch of years with these amazing stamps have I still not gotten tired of them. They give me a lot of joy and I am stamping again, not just using digital images. :)

I have coloured with my promarkers and tried to keep me in the pastel shades for this one. I have built up this card like I normally do when doing scrap book layouts. So to be made of me is it quite a lot of white space, even if the white space is turquoise here.

Some of my paper flower stash is used to decorate together with some die cut leaves, a sticker butterfly that I have put some foam under to raise the wings. I have used a really light coloured lace on the middle panel and some die cut clouds. I have once again used my sparkly glitter pen from Nuvo.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Spring over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
We are back over at Passion for Markers with a new fun challenge and our theme this week is set to "SPRING". Nice and easy, I just hope that the weather would take on that theme as well. It's -4 degrees outside today. I want the temperatures to raise to 10-15 degrees or so, that would be good at this time of the year.

Our sponsor this week is Alex Syberia Designs offers one lucky winner a £10 voucher (digi products only) from their store. Some fantastic designs to choose from.
Have fun lucky winner!

For my card have I used the lovely Tulip close up from our sponsor. I have coloured with my trusty promarkers this time. And I have paired up my image with papers from three different paper pads from Lawn Fawn that I have in my stash for cases like this when I don't want too much pattern but still want to have something. I managed to find some lovely soft papers for my easter yellow tulips. Perfect match!

I dug out some paper flowers from my stash and that is added together with some sequins, two kind of ribbons, some die cut leaves as my main decorations. I have also used some pearls, a very sparkly glitter pen and some die cut clouds to finish the whole thing off. Ooh! The sentiment is also a stack of die cuts made with a die from Gummiapan. Perfect for all birthday cards!

This is all from me for today. I wish you a good week with lots of fun and do take some time to do something for yourself as well.

Love n hugs

Add some flowers over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
Hi! Welcome back to my corner of the blogging world. This week´s challenge over at Passion for Markers is hosted by MI and I have chosen the theme of "Add some flowers". A nice and easy theme I hope?

We are sponsored by Color of Love Digis and this week´s winner will receive 3 digis of winners choice. Thank you so much for that!

As I still struggle with my finger joints have I not been able to use a sponsor image this time. I have used what I already had coloured. So my project might be a bit wintery but I am pretty sure that we will have more cold days here in Kalmar. Besides that is world championships of Biathlon still going on and I love to watch that, so I am still in winter mood.. Anyway, I am glad that I managed to take part in my own challenge and hope you like what you see.

My image is from hÄnglar and Wings and is called Snöskoj. The set have two cute snow people in it and a bucked filled with snow balls and some small stamps. I am so loving snowmen and each time I find a new image I smile. I have coloured with my promarkers and used some die cuts from Spellbinders to frame my image. I have also used some dies to make my flowers for the card, the classic rolled roses. :)

The paper pad I have used do I not remember from what company it is or what it's called. I love the colours and the pink on the snow girl made the petrol pop really well. I used up some of my golden ribbon, a golden star charm, some leaf, some glittery stars, and glitter Nuvo drops in the corners as well as on my snow flakes.

Well then, I hope you like my creation and you should really check out my teamies wonderful creations over at our challenge blog. I also hope that you come and play with us so I have plenty of cards or creations to pick my top 5 from. And don't forget about our prize as well!

Use die cuts over at Passion for Markers

Moring and hello!
It have been a long silence here on my blog this year. Due to pain and struggle with my meds is my posts a bit unregular. When your body says stop you need to listen. Anyway, I have managed to make a card for this week's challenge. Yay for me! It took a while to colour but I am glad that I gave it a go.

Our sponsor this time is for us a new one called Alex Syberia Designs. They offer one lucky winner a gift voucher worth $10. That is what one lucky winner will receive this week! Thank you for that!

The image I have used is called Fabulous Floral. It's a lovely design and fun to colour. I have used parts of the image twice and coloured one of them. I cut the coloured part with a circle die as that is our theme
this week, USE DIE CUTS. Nice and easy theme, don't you think? Anyway, I cut down the other print of the image to fit my card. I then put the coloured circle over the rectangular image. To back it all did I use a part of a Lawn Fawn designer paper. Don't have the paper pad in mind at this point.

After that did I die cut a sentiment from hÄnglar and Wings saying Grattis = (congratulations) a few times and layered them together to build some dimension for the card. On top of the card did I add a few pearls to finish it all off.

I hope you like what you see and that you come and play with us over at Passion for Markers.

Love n hugs

Christmas over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
Another week have passed and it's time for Team 1 to share inspiration for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme is set to "CHRISTMAS". It's not that long before we December here again and by then at least I need to have a huge pile of cards ready. I have never enough of cards for Christmas. :)

This week are we sponsored by the lovely people over at Lili of the Valley. They offer one lucky winner four digis of winner's choice. Thank you so much for that!

For my card then, for once have I used a sponsor image. I need images that is easy to colour at this point and this little birdy one was perfect even if I printed it a little larger than I normally do. I have coloured with my promarkers and coloured very simple. After putting colours to the birds an their cracker did I dig out a very old paper pad from WRMK called silver and gold. The paper pad was a great match to the coloured image.

I have used some ribbons to decorate the card. I used two in the same colour of green and then added a bow under the image. If I feel like it can I put a sentiment over the image later on when I know for who the card will be sent too. I have also used up some of my dots, not enamel or pearls or gems, just dots in a mat colour of red that I love. It was a great match to the paper and image.

I look forward to come and visit your blog and see what you come up with for this challenge. I would love to get some inspiration for my Christmas cards. Take some time and create something!

Love n hugs
Marie
