Just for fun Christmas Cheer 3

Morning and hello!
Back again with yet another Christmas card. They are so many that I have not blogged so far. But here comes another one, even if most of the Christmas holydays are over by now.

For this one have I used a, no it's actually two stamps from Magnolia but I don't know what the set is called. For this one have I coloured with my distress inks from Tim Holtz. I should really do that more often, but as I most of the time colour in  my bed it's not as easy as it is with the alco markers.

This card is really simple in it's design but has tons of layers. I have done a bit of puzzling on this one as I have die cut all the frames for the designer papers with dies from PY Hobby. They are really lovely. I love the stitched frames. A nice touch to the card. I have tied another bow with red ribbon, also from PY Hobby and so is the charming snow flake. Some gemstones in the corners and some red stickles from Rangers is also used for this card. Oh, almost forgot, the designer papers is from another old favourite of mine Bildmålarna. Which is no longer around. I miss them a lot. :(

Well this is all from me for this week. I hope you have had a lovely week and have take lots of walks our spent hours in your craft room. What ever makes you most happy!

Take good care and see you soon again!

Just for fun 50

Morning and hello!
I am back again! I have had tons of cards up here this month and to be honest I still have a bunch of Christmas cards that isn't shown yet. I didn't thought that I would have that many this year but I got some new inspiration when I got myself some new stamps both from hÄnglar and Wings and from Lawn Fawn that I have used here.

I have once again used really small left over pieces to fill the windows partial as a little table or flor to stand on. I have coloured with my promarkers and used some foam dots and some regular glue to make the card. The window die is made with a die from MFT I believe. It's a great die to use up little bits that you couldn't part with for some reason. Like I have, expensive paper and hardly no waste. LoL

Just for fun 49

Morning and hello!
Just one more Christmas card, at least for today. This time have I used the boy from the fabby set called Pepparkakor. I have coloured him with my promarkers and paired him up with the last pieces of My Minds Eye paper pad.

For this one have I only used one of the main images from the set and coloured him in different brown shades, just like our beloved ginger breads. I used some gold stickles on the flowers from my stash and a few wooden snow flakes as well. A piece of lace tied as a bow is also used together with some enamle dots from my stash. I have also used two metall corners for some extra details for my card. Still pretty clean design. I need to find some new designs for my cards. I have become a bit lazy and use the same sketch over and over again. Well, I have a few I go back to but now I think I need to find some new inspiration. Have to check out some scrapbooking films over on You Tube again. Some great inspiration to be found in them, at least from time to time.

Take good care and enjoy the rest of the Holydays.

Just for fun 48

Morning and hello!
Merry Christmas to you all! Today is Christmas Eve and I wish for each and every one of you a joyful and peaceful Christmas for you and your family.

For todays card have I used a hÄnglar and Wings image from last year I think and I have paired her up with some lovely designer papers from Maja Design. Flowers and muchrooms are from my stash and the ribbon is from PY hobby. Some details is coloured with a gel glitter pen. I have also used a few rhinestones and a silver metallic "ribbonish" decoration for this card.

Well then, enjoy your Christmas holidays and don't for get to relax and enjoy the silence.

Just for fun 47

Morning and hello!
Surprise! I am back again! I really have been doing tons of cards just because I love the relaxing time it gives me. Once again have I used an image from hÄnglar and Wings. This one is from the set called Pyntande Tomtar. In the set you find a boy and a girl, a few matching sentiments and a decoration stamp.

I have paired this little guy up with some wonderful Maja Design papers that I really love and have tons of but don't dare to use in my creations. I have both the big sheets 12x12 and the smaller paper pads. But still I can't dare cutting in to them. I have bought a few extra pads to allow myself to cut in to the papers, still I believe they deserve to be on really special cards. It's only we crazy people who adore working with papers which understand the love we put into our craft when I cut into really high quality of papers or what ever we use when we create our crafts. I hate to hear: I could do that myself. I usually, if I hear it said. Please do and then get back to me and say that I over charge for the creations. Others really don't understand how expensive one single sheet of paper can be. Ok, good to get that of my chest.

Time to start with some colouring again. I wonder if it's ok to make a few more Christmas cards while the spirit is still here?

Take care and enjoy your Christmas time what ever you are doing!

And just for the fun of it have I a little card to show today as well. This one is made with the fabby stamp and die set from Lawn Fawn called Not a creature was... something like that. The flor/table the creatures are working on is small left overs from different projects. I think this is a left over from Maja design. The window die is made with a die from MFT I think. Some pop dots gets the card going and give both dimension and interest for the card. Hope you like it!

Just for fun 46

Morning and hello!
Another card in my Christmas Madness our what I should call it. I am glad to say that I have used up tons of old stuff laying around in my different corners of crafting spaces. I wish I could stay at one place but I make a lot of my stuff while I am not able to sleep, and that means I am sitting in my bed crafting. And yes, I have tons of bed linnen that is covered in glue and ink and what ever mess you get at your desk normally. Still, I get some good use of time that would have felt wasted otherwise. On the other hand, I might have feel a sleep a bit faster if I didn't do this.

I have been playing with my distress oxide inks for this cards back drop. I have also used a stencil from, probably Echo Park or the Hip Kit club maybe... Anyway, the stamps are all from Lawn Fawn and a few different sets. I haves also used some loose glitter for the snowy mountains. The colouring is made with my Promarkers. Rhinestones from Dixie Craft bought at Kristinas Scrapbooking here in Sweden. It is fun to play around and mix and match different technics from time to time.
Take care and do something you love. You deserve it!

Just for fun 45

Morning and hello!
Yet another Christmas card from me and once again have I used a fabby image from hÄnglar and Wings. This one is from the set called Pepparkakor. It means Gingerbreads in English. It's a classic cookie for Christmas that we love here in Sweden. Well, some of us do at least. They take forever to bake as the dough is always big and you eat a lot of it just like it is. It doesn't help that it should be in the the refrigerator a day or two as well. A lot of it mysterious disappears...

I have used the old My Minds Eye paper pad for this card as well. I have paired it up with some wooden snow flakes, gem stones and some bakers twine in red and white. After all it's a Christmas card. The goat and the pig is a part of the stamp set as well. The leaf and berry is from one of the other new Pure Happiness kit 5. You find it in the hÄnglar Wing store as well.

Just for fun 44

Morning and hello!
I have a new Christmas card to show off again. This is also an image from hÄnglar and Wings. They have become my favorites lately. Their new Christmas and winter collection is wonderful. You find them here

This little darling is coloured with my Promarkers and the designer papers is from an really old paper pad from My Minds Eye. I have made my last cards with this pad now and the small left overs are thrown away. It was one sheet left and some small off cuts. I have made quite a lot with this pad and not it was time to let go. That and my always growing stash of paper pads that I end up with because they are lovely, cute or cheep. LoL It will take me a life time to use them all up.

Anyway, while I am busy using up my stash I hope that you are enjoying Christmas preparations and that you take some time to rest and enjoy the fun as  well.

Just for fun 43

Morning and hello!
Time for a new creation from my desk. This image is from my beloved hÄnglar and Wings images. This one is from the set called Tomtenissar. You find them over at hÄnglar and Wings store. Just click name of the set and you get there right away. The stamps are lovely to work with.

My designer papers for this time is an old paper pad from My Minds Eye which is finally finished. It was really old and very distressed in their design and that has made me not to used it as it has been hard to find the right images for the designer papers. But this year it was easy to work with. I should probably dig out all my old Prima paper pads hiding in my stash now. I find them a bit hard to work with when it comes to card making as well. Learning by doing I guess. The flowers are from my stash as well as the lace, and dots. I have also use a new Magnolia lace die and some white acrylic paint for a frosty look on the flowers. A few metal corners have I also used.

Take care and take some time to craft. You deserve it!

Just for fun 42

Morning and hello!
Time for a new card from me. This is looking quite a lot like another one or two that is or will be shown here. I have just used up different left overs from different paper pads. I am no fan of the die cutting process, but I love to colour these little cuties and it is easier to die cut them than making scenery with the masking technique.

The left overs used on this card is actually from a Lawn Fawn pad, winter plaid or something like that. It' has a lovely mix of blue and grey colours. The sentiment is from hÄnglar and Wings. I took plenty of inspiration for this card from a designer from Lawn Fawn. I loved the idea with different scens in the window panel.

Anyway, take some time to relax and have fun!

Anything goes over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
It's already time for the final challenge of the year at the Paper Shelter. This time we have the theme of anything goes and both of our teams play along with this one. We are giving our teams a winter break and therefore there will be no comments from us this time. But as soon as our challenges starts over again we are back as normal.

For this card have I used a fabby image, a new one called Santa Leads the Way. It was great fun to colour it and it's a really sweet one. I have used my Promarkers and some SN markers as well to colour this one. The designer papers are from Maja Design. I have used some Joy cutting dies for the snow flakes and the lace border is from Magnolia Sweden. Flowers from my stash. Gemstones from Kristinas here in Sweden.

You can play along with our challenge up to three times, and one of these do you have to use a Paper Shelter image. However, you always have the chance to win over at our challenge. Playing with another brand gives you the chance to win three digis of your choice. Playing with our challenge gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30.

I wish you all a merry Christmas and look forward to see you in the new year!

Take good care and don't forget to relax!

Just for fun Christmas Cheer 2

Morning and hello!
I am back again with a lovely and a bit different Christmas card. I am sorry but I don't remember from where I have gotten this cute image. I have since lost tons of files and have not been able to recover them. So if anyone knew the brand of the image, please let me know. :)

I have coloured with my promarkers for this one as well and I have used tons of blending pen to get it a bit more lively. The paper pad is from my stash but I must have placed it somewhere good as I can't find it with the others. I have used a few stars and gemstones to decorate the card. A tied ribbon together with a star charm in gold from PY hobby. I have also made a Christmas flower to decorate the card.  I have also stamped a greeting inside the card. It comes from hÄnglar and Wings. A simple card with a bit of a different colour combo.

Hope you like it! Take care and do something that makes you relax.

Just for fun Christmas cheer 1

Morning and hello!
I am back again with a card made during the dark hours of the night when my body and mind doesn't want to go to bed. I have been sleeping fairly good for a while but the last few days has been terrible when it comes to sleep. It's a little too late to fall asleep around 4 in the morning. But the good thing is that I get some crafting done.

For this card have I used one of my beloved stamps from hÄnglar and Wings. This little guy is from the set called Klädd för vinter. It's a set with a boy and a girl and a few sentiment stamps. The sentiments are written in English.

I have coloured with my Promarkers and the paper pad is called Blue and Grey from Creotime. They have some lovely wintery designs. And as I love to work with grey scale in my colouring this is perfect fit for this one. I have also used a bunch of shaped gemstones. A silver ribbon, a snowflake charm, a silk ribbon tied to a bow. The snow flake die is from Lawn Fawn. I have also used a sentiment from hÄnglar and Wings in the inside of the card. I realized that many of my cards is a bit heavy for a single stamp sending. So try to keep in under those 50 g that you can send with one stamp. :)

Ok then, as I have a bunch of Christmas cards made I think I'll make a mini series with a few of them. So have a look out for my Christmas Cheer series. :)

Just for fun 41

Morning and hello!
I am back and I have dugg around in my old rubber stamps. This one is from High Hope Stamps and even if I have not used it that much it is a favourite of mine. Probably because it sums up mu first British Shorthair that we had. Well he was all black and not red but that is not as fun to colour this image with. I think that the image is called Catfish but I am not totally sure.

I have kind of covered him totally in glossy accent to make a replica of  the water and splashes from this cutie and one think my Buster loved was to fish in a large bowl I had filled with fishes made of glas. He couldn't  see a vase with flowers without tipping it over. So now flowers in vases as long as he lived. He was a great cat with a strong mind. If he wasn't happy, he showed it. Not a typical Brit at all. The paper pad is some left overs from Echo Park, a summer pad from a long time ago.

Take good care and do something that makes you relax and thanks for looking!

Add a sentiment over at Passion for Promarkers, our mega X-mas challenge

Morning and hello!
Time for our big challenge over at PFP. Each year we finish off with a mega challenge that lasts for about four weeks and then we start creating again. Team one starts the challenge off and then comes team 2 in about two weeks our so with some new fabby inspiration.

As you might have noticed I have used quite many of the lovely hÄnglar and Wings lately. I have a new born love for these stamps. The brand kind of took a break for a few years and are now back in full swing again. And I love these cuties more and more. I especially love the Christmas ones, but of course that might be caused of my love of making Christmas cards. LoL This little one is from a set called Grantomtar. The sentiment on the outside of the card is from the set called God Jul. The inside sentiment to the left is from a set called Tomtenissar. and the sentiment to the left is from the set called God Jul as well.

I have coloured with my promarkers once again. I have kept myself to tons of grey scale tones for this card. I totally love to colour with grey. And the some colourful details to that. I have brought out a bunch of Maja Design paper pads for this one. Holiday in the Alps is the name of these lovely papers. A bunch of die cut snow flakes from Magnolia is used for decoration as well as a lace made with a die from Magnolia as well. Some flowers to that and a ribbon as well. Some gem stones finish my card off.

Here is the inside of the card. I normally don't do much decorations on the inside of my cards but this time I took inspiration from hÄnglar and Wings great design team and used a bunch of die cuts and stamps for the inside as well.

Just for fun 40

Morning and hello!
I am at it again and this time have I used a lovely image from Polka Doodles. I have lost a bunch of files so I don't remember what it's called. It is from the summer of 2019, that is as much as I remember for this lovely kit. I bought it all.

The paper pad is one that I don't have the brand or name of. All I know is that it's with kittens on it and it's themed for cats. I think I have covered that part pretty well have I not? All material for this creation is from my stash that is growing each week as it feels.

Speaking of kittens, one of my cats is here now and wants his daily cuddle. That means hanging of my shoulder while I massage his back and chest.

So do something that you enjoy and take good care!

A special birthday and blog hop over at The Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
It is time to celebrate the Paper Shelter again and this year is really special as we are celebrating our 10th birthday! We still have two members who has been with us from the start, me and Shirley. I never thought that I would be at the Shelter after 10 years, but here I am. A big thank you to Veronica, Shirley and our brilliant team members that always do their best to inspire us all!

Our theme for the challenge this time is "A special celebration!"

I have been looking back as I have tons of images from the Shelter, almost everyone. I have gone back and found one of my favourite ones. It is called Angel and she is gorgeous. I have coloured her with a mix of Spectrum Noir and Promarkers.

I have dug into my stash as well and I have used some of my stunning Maja Design papers. I have used a mix of different papers with main focus on the paper collection called Coffee in the arbour. I have kind of gotten back to my old style as well with tons of paper flowers, white gesso, charms and lace. A modern touch with some sequins. Have have had gesso on a few of my charms as well. Hope you like my creation for this blog hop. The sentiment is from hÄnglar and Wings.

Well then, from here you go back to our main page where you started off. You have the complete list of teamies here if you have missed any one or what to go back. We know that it is a long hop but you can always visit a few each day. The hop will end 15th of December. We have a prize to give away on all the blogs this time, one digi from each blog and it will be your choice. There is an amazing library of images to choose from.

We hope that you had a good time visiting all our fabby team members. Don't forget that you don't have to take part in the blog hop to play along with our challenge. Or the other way around, take part in the blog hop but not the challenge is also totally ok. Our main prize is a voucher for one lucky winner worth a wopping $100!! Yep! That is true! $100!
