Christmas Cheer and Happy New Year!

Morning and hello!

Happy New Year! I wish you all the best for the New Year of 2022. I don't have much energy today, but I still wanted to get this card up.

It says Merry Christmas in Swedish but inside is wishes for a happy New Year as well. I have made a bunch of cards in this style for this years Christmas / New Year cards for my pen friends. They are a bit smaller and  is ok with a normal handwritten letter . It has been a lot of fun to make these cards. I still have a bunch of images left to make more cards in this style.

Anyway, it's time for me to go and take a bath before my parents comes over to have New Year's dinner with us and after that probably some board games. Just as our tradition takes us.

Morning and hello!

This card was supposed to be a non Christmas card but I didn't manage to take a photo of my new card. However this is better than nothing, right?

This card is really tiny, around 7 cm * 5 cm or something like that. Really small and perfect to put in an envelope together with a letter to one of my penfriends. :)

The card is all Lawn Fawn, except for the cardstock. I have mixed a few sets together and used the fabby designer papers with silver details. I just love it but wish I had bought the 6*6 paper pad instead so that the print would have been a bit smaller. But it can't be perfect every time, can it ?

Anyway, I hope you like my mini creation and find some inspiration form it. Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Morning and hello!

I have another card for you this week. This is also made with a hÄnglar and Wings image that I love. I happen to love sunflowers as well, just as my sister in law. So always when I see them I think of her. This image is the boy version of the image, there is a girl in the set as well. And I used her for a card a few weeks back. The set is called Höst i trädgården. Two large images and two sentiments in English.

The designer papers comes from Authentique and is called Accolade. It's a paper pad with brown and creamy colours which is perfect for male cards. There is some images with students finishing school with the typical American hat. Those ones will not come to use here but luckily for me there is a print on both sides so I will find use for all the papers.

I have used some layers for this card both with designer papers as well as brown cardstock (Java from Bazzil). To that have I only added some gemstones from Honey Bee Stamps. They have a whole bunch of different collections with these lovely gemstones. I have used them a lot during this fall.

Morning and hello!

Time for a new card from my little crafting studio. This time have I be

en playing with a new stamp from hÄnglar and Wings. It's called Solrosor and also come with a flower without the stem. It's a really lovely set of stamps. Just love them!

For this card have I chosen to make a CAS card. Playing with my homemade circle stencil, just cut out the shape with a die in thick card stock or acetate and use as you do with a bought one. Works great for simple designs. I used some distress oxide ink but can't remember what colour it is. Have been using quite a few last weeks. I really should write down what I do, shouldn't I? ;)

Anyway, some fussy cutting of the image and raised the flower part with foam dots and glued the stem straight on the card. Cut a golden frame for the image and die cut the sentiment saying "Kram" (= hugs) about two times one in golden cardstock and one in foam from my stash. A bit hard to glue together with the thin end of the sentiment but it worked out OK. Some watered down gesso is used for some white splatter.

It's the first time in a very long time I am happy with a CAS creation and I hope you like it too.

Morning and hello!

I am back on track with my fall cards. I have used a Bugaboo image and paired it up with some Honey Bee Stamps designer paper pad called Summer stems. I have used a some off cuts from other projects and I have made a smaller slim line card. 

I have cut the image in three pieces and used some foam tape to raise the image from the card. I also decided to put the pieces in a wonky way. To tie it all together did I use some golden stickle to draw some golden lines to tie the colours together. Even if the card isn't straight or perfect I love how it turned out. The colours are wonderful together. :)

Morning and hello!

It's another day with a little creation that keeps me busy and helps me relax. I have used a Bugaboo image. I am so sad that the brand is not longer around. I loved to colour these images with their bold lines. Totally different from all other brands. I will miss them. Oh well, at least I had this one to play with. I have used some designer papers from Maja Design, Tropical garden I think the pad is called.

 

I used a off cut from a die to frame one of my layers. It gives a new dimension to the layer. I have also die cut some leaves and flowers in golden card stock and green of course. I used up some of the pearl swirls I have in my stash. Some golden drops from Nuvo is also used to give some fun details to my greeting card. I used another colour for the center of my flowers.

Morning and hello!

I am back again with a Just for fun card. This one is also one I have made of a bunch of left overs from different brands. I am pretty sure that the pink one is from Pink Fresh Studio but that is also the only one I have the name of. I am not sure from where I have got the image. It might be an image from Tiddly ink or something like that. Not really sure and I can't find the image on my computer either. The card is only 12 x 12 cm, so a bit smaller than I normally make my cards. 

As always the last months have I finished the card off with Nuvo Drops and a tied bow in a lovely light blue colour. It always feels good to use up some left overs from my stash.

Morning and hello!

It's time for a new creation from me, just made for the fun of it. Today have I used an image that I believe is from Sassy Sherryl, ages ago. I have saved this image for such a long time, years actually. So better late than never have I now used the image. 

I know that I am totally off when it comes to what kind of card this is. It has summer written all over it, hasn't it? Even the paper pad is named something with summer if I remember correctly. The border is made from Lawn Fawn. And to finish the card of have I used some Nuvo Drops and a white gel pen.

Anyway, it was fun to create something. Take some time to do something that makes you happy!

Morning and hello!

I am back again with a new Halloween card. And once again have I used an image from hÄnglar and Wings. The set is once again from Mummy and Frank.  This is Frank. I didn't go for the greenish colours for this one, but I have used it for some details in the clothes instead.

I have once again used the paper pad from Echo Park, I love Halloween. Hoping that I will be able to use it up, but that will not happen this year I think. I have started to feel a bit bored by the papers but I have put the pad to good use. For decorations have I used a paper punch, some gem stones finish the card up together with a piece of web ribbon.

Morning and hello!

It's Tuesday and have a new little Halloween card to show you today. I fell in love with the new images from hÄnglar and Wings and this is from one of their new sets with masquerade / halloween images. This image is from the set called Mummy and Frank. I have a card made with Frank coming up later this week. I have had lots of fun playing with the fall / halloween images lately. It's kind of funny as I don't celebrate Halloween but I really enjoy making these cards. 

 

 I have used the same paper pad as last time. Echo Parks I love Halloween papers. For this card have I used a few dies to frame my image and tied a bow with some black satin ribbon. I have coloured with a mix of markers. I have finished the card with some Nuvo drops in the corners.

Morning and hello!

It's time for a new card from my craft studio. I have spent a few days playing with some fall/halloween images from hÄnglar and Wings. This image is from the set called Bus eller godis. This is the witch from the set and on 31st of October will I show the second image from the set.

I have coloured with a mix of different markers and used the paper pad from Echo Park called I love Halloween. I have only used a a web ribbon and a satin ribbon for decorations for my creation. The patterns on the papers are quite busy so that is enough.

Morning and hello!

Welcome back to my little corner of the world. Today I have another Magnolia card to share with you all. For once have I not used any markers or distress inks to colour my image. I have made a try with pencils instead. Really hard, but I guess that practise make perfect in the end. Not sure I have the patient for it to be honest.

I have made the design fairly simple and with just a few embellishments. The die to the left is from Magnolia  and the sentiment is cut with an alpha die set that I bought recently. It's perfect in size for adding sentiments to cards. Love that! You can never have too many alphas in your stash. :) Some golden gemstones from Honey Bee Stamps add to the details together with some glitter pen on the alphas and a bow to that as well. The designer papers are from Pebbles and is called Harvest.

Morning and hello!

Another image coloured with my distress inks, just like my last Just for fun card. This image is an old one from Stempelglade if I remember correctly. I have used it a few times before, but it was a long time ago now. It's one of those stamps that can be used over and over again. It looks different each time it's coloured.

I have used designer papers from Honey Bee Stamps called summer stems. It has wonderful colours and I totally adore this pad. Honey Bee stamps has some lovely pads that I really recommend. They have a good quality and the colours are wonderful. 

I used a simple design for this card as the image deserve to be the focal point. I have used a border die from Lawn Fawn, some lace from my stash and some golden Nuvo Drops from my stash.

Morning and hello!

I have been playing with some old coloured images that I have saved from times when I have had colouring mania. It happens from time to time. On this image have I played with distress inks. It's fun to dig out some paint brushes from time to time. 

The image is a House mouse image that I have bought ages ago, just because I love the flower. The mouse is sweet as well and I have a little collection of the images but for some reason have I trouble using them. But finally I have a card made with one of them!

My designer papers are from a Pebbles and is called Harvest. Lovely autumn colours and a perfect match for this image. The card is simple and decorated with some twine, gemstones from Honey Bee Stamps and some Nuvo Drops as always these days.

Hope you find some inspiration from my creation and do take some time to create just for the fun of it!

Morning and hello!

Time for a new creation made just for the fun of it. I believe this is a Tiddly Ink image. I have had it both printed and coloured for quite a while. It was time to get creative with it. :)

 My image is coloured with promarkers and paired up with some designer papers from the paper pad called Coffee and Friends. It has lovely colours and was a great match to the colours I had used for the image. I have used some cut offs for this card. The border is made with a lawn fawn die, small borders I think it's called. I found a enamel heart in blue in my stash and then some Nuvo drops as finishing touch for the card.

Morning and hello!

Hello there I am back with a Paper Shelter card today. It was a long time since I use these lovely images. It was such joy to be able to play with this image today. It is called Little Flower Lady.

I coloured the image with my Promarkers and paired the little lady up with designer papers from Carta Bella or Echo Park. I am a bit lost when it comes to my designer papers. :) I cut some of the "project life" cards out and painted a black border around them and added them as a decoration on the card. Some flowers from my stash has also come to use with some leaves. Some butterflies made with a die from Marianne is also used together with some Nuvo drops in grey and black.

Hi and hello!

Thank you for dropping by today. I have been playing with some images from hÄnglar and Wings again. This time is it the Princess from the set called Prins and Prinsessa from hÄnglar and Wings. 

My designer papers are from Carta Bella and the paper pad Summer. Hmm, I think it is CB, but it can be Echo Park as well. I have used some flowers from my stash as well as a few enamel shapes, die cut butterflies and a punch with waves or what I should call it. And as usual these days have I added some Nuvo Drops to give some extra shine. A glitter pen from Spectrum is also used on the dress and the crown. A royal should glitter and shine, right?

Morning and hello!

How are you? Are you having a good week so far? I hope so. I have been playing a bit with some digital images from LOTV. Don't ask what the image is called because I don't know but I loved to colour this one. It was a joy. 

However I had a bit of trouble finding out what designer papers I should use to match the image up. I ended up with a traveling themed paper pad from Echo Park. The dots could go as wall papers from the'80s right?

The black spots are Nuvo Drops in black. I also used up a piece of black ribbon with stitches on it. A very clean and simple card when it comes to details, but fun to make.

Hi, how are you? Hope everything is fine with you all. I have been playing again with my hÄnglar and Wings stamps. This is one of my favourites of the newer stamps from hÄnglar and Wings. It's smashing amazing and great to colour.

My designer papers are from Honey Bee Stamps. I don't remember what it's called. Probably something with "Bee" in it. The sentiment die is from PY Hobby, a Swedish brand that I love. 

The small dots are Nuvo Drops in the colour Liquid Mercery. I truly love my Nuvo Drops. They doesn't stay totally perfect, but better than other brands I have tried. The colours are really wonderful!

Hi there! Happy Friday to you all. Hope your week have been good and that you have a lovely weekend ahead of you. I have been using up another one of my pre coloured images from when I am able to colour. 

 

My image is from hÄnglar and Wings and is from the stamp set called Prins och Prinsessa. It was as always with this brand a lovely image to colour and this time did I went for my beloved grey markers. I have paired him up with some designer papers from Maja Design. It might be from Autumn vintage Basic. The border die is from Magnolia, Sweden. The stars is made with a die that could be from Gummiapan but I don't have the package left. My flowers are from Prima as well as the golden gemstones.
