Having fun with markers and paper

Morning and hello!

When searching through etsy did I found a new creator that have made this lovely flower design. I can't remember what she is called at this moment. I will try to remember... I had fun colouring the image in great colours that makes me happy. 

The designer papers are from Echo Park or Simple stories. I love how the dark blue designer paper brings everything together. The charms of butterflies ads details as do the little ladybug. I totally adore the card, probably the one I love the most of all the cards I have made this year. A pale yellow ribbon as the finishing touch to this card. Wonder who will get this card?

For a child over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello

Time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. We have the theme set to 

For a child

and I decided to go for a Christmas theme this time.

I have use a sponsor image that I have fussy cut and put on my go to lay out for my cards.  The image is called Snowglobe something something. Sorry I can't remember the name at this point.

I have been colouring with my promarkers and have paired the image with a paper pad from Echo Park. Tons of  snowflakes are added to the card and some glitter glue have been used for some extra sparkle. I have used a ribbon in classic christmas colours as well. And a border die for the lowest panel.

Monday morning and a new little card

Morning and hello!

H there! Here I am with yet another little card. This one have been made with scraps from other cards that I have made with Maja Design papers. The topper is from them as well. Feels good to be able to use those piece that I normally don't use very often.

I have added some small wood weener stars and golden paper ribbons and a die cut Christmas sentiment saying Merry Christmas in Swedish.

A little Christmas cheers

Morning and hello!

Hi there! Now are we in the middle of September and we just have a couple of months left of 2026. My favourite time of the year is coming up, Christmas! While I am waiting for the Holiday do I keep busy making Christmas cards. :)

The image is from Lili of the Valley and I totally adore this image. It's the cutest one in a long time. I had fun colouring with my promarkers and pair the image up with some Maja Design papers. 

An old punch from Martha Stewart is used on the lower panel and some die cut snowflakes decorate the card with some Nuvo drops. Love how that turned out, also the ones in the corners. A ribbon and some tiny images from Maja design finish up the details on the card. Love how it turned out. Maybe a bit too much red? Oh, well too late to fix that now.

Mini Monday is here

Morning and hello!

Here I am again! How many mini cards have I made? Hmm, not many enough I think. This one ended up a little busy but it kept me busy and I had fun making it. 

The images are all no named ones mixed with some Lawn Fawn images. It's always fun to play with these smaller images that are around.

A card just for the love of creating

 Morning and hello!

Hi there! I have been playing with paper and markers again. The image is from Lili of the Valley. Love these supercut gals! They are fun to colour and play with. I managed to wash out the colours of the card for some reason. It is much more sparkly IRL. 

The designer papers are from Simple stories but I can't remember what the paper pad is called. It's a very colourful paper pad at least. The old punch from Martha Stewart have been working again. I have a big butterfly in sparkly colours and some fabric flowers is also added as details for the card. Some gemstones finish the whole thing off. Hope you like what you see and maybe get some inspiration to create something as well.

 Morning and hello!

Marie in the house again. We have a new challenge for you over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme?

Layers

A lovely one to play with. I always have tons of layers on my creations, I should try having less of them some time, but not today.

For my card have I use a hÄnglar and wing image from my stash. I believe it's from one of my images from last years last images. I have coloured with my promarkers for this one. I have used a paper pad from Echo Park called Fall Fever.

Sorry about the wash out colours. Me and my eye are not friends at the moment. I am having a bad period with my fibromyalgia and it goes on both hearing and sight. Very annoying. At least I got a card together. I have used golden pearls to decorate with and as well a ribbon and a bow. A little extra here and there. 

Now time for me to get back to bed and hope that I will feel better tomorrow.

It's mini Monday

 Morning and hello!

Hello again! I have been in my little bin with my collection for making mini cards for my penpals. I try to use up what I have coloured and die cut as I don't  like the die cutting part. So yet another one with a kind of look a like look. I will soon have to colour up some new images. 

It's nice to have them made and I look forward to prep some new images up for new cards. Take care and do something that makes you happy!
