It's Christmas time again!

 Morning and hello!

I am back again, and this time a Christmas card! It is July and I have made 6 Christmas cards this month. Totally crazy but they are my fave to make. Using snow and winter images were tried to make me feel cooler during the heat waves that have been on visits lately. 

I don't feel very well in the heat and high temperatures. Me and my Maine coon Hilde have been living in the basement where it is cooler. During the warmest days have we been without any cooling system as we have bought new heating and cooling pumps but they were not installed during the first heat wave. It was horrible!

For this card have I used an image from hÄnglar and Wings. I don't remember what it's called but it is cute, right? There is so many happy and sweet images for winter and Christmas in the hÄnglar and Wing shop. I have paired the image up with designer papers from Maja Design. Found some mushrooms in my stash and put them into my flower cluster. A wood weener, some pearls, lace and a charm finish the whole thing off. Hope you like what you see!

Three of something over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!

It is a new week and we have a new challenge up for you over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme is set to

Three of something

A lovely and fun challenge, a little to think about, but not too much. 

Our lovely sponsor this week is

For my card have I used a sponsor image called As sweet as a melon. A lovely image that gave me both trouble and joy when colouring it.. Took me a while to get the melon colour right, got there in the end, at least fairly good. This time did I use a mix of copic and promarkers to colour my image. 

I picked the image with a special paper pad in mind as I remembered it having a water melon paper in it. Was nice to being able to use some of that paper pad. I also got to remember why I find it hard to use. The papers are more like cardstock and the print have some shine in it. Don't like that at all. 

Anyhow, I used three designer papers for my card and I also used three different embellishments on my card: Ribbon/bow, nuvo drops (on the panel with the image, got lost in my photo) and black pearls to that.

It's mini Monday again!

Morning and hello!

Last Monday of July, wasn't it just Christmas? The time passes by so quickly. I have many mini cards to show off, but only one today. :) 

This card have I made many versions off, and I still have images left to play with. The images are from Lawn Fawn. I have totally fallen in love with their penguins and mices. I buy them every now and then and add them to my collection. :) The designer papers are from Dovecraft I think. I only have small pieces left of these papers as well. Glad and happy for everything that I can use up!

Morning and hello!

After a little break  am I now back with a little card to brighten your day. I have been playing with my promarkers and a lovely image from Di's digistamps. I am sorry but I don't remember the name of the image, but it is sweet.

 I have paired my image with some designer paper from a bunch of Echo park. There is only a little left of these paper pads and I have mixed them up to get some more project out of the expensive papers. It might not be a combo I normally would have made but it feels good to use up as much as possible of the designer papers. 

Anyway, take some time and do something just for you. Play with your markers and images, create something just for the fun of being creative!

For my card have I used an image from my stash from different brands. I am not a CAS girl but i have done the best for my card. I couldn't help myself and added a few little snowflakes to my creation.
