Embellish it! over at Pasion for Markers

Morning and hello!

Hi! It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers again. And this time is our theme "Embellish it!" Such a fun theme!

For this project have I used the image called Mailbox Gnome. It's so cute! I loved coloring this even if it was a bit detailed for my wobbly hands, but I used the copicmarkers this time and they are little bit easier to handle than my promarkers when I'm going a match ´with my hands. Anyway, I managed to color it and it made me happy. 

I have used designer papers from Echo Park and the pad is called Lumberjack Christmas or something like that. I have been looking throw my stash of ribbons and used one white and one green, red and golden in layers. I also used a Christmas tree charm and some die cuts with snowflakes and some green twigs with a bit of snow on them. Some silver gemstons on the snowflakes finish my card of.

Christmas Cheers 11-23

Morning and hello!

It's time for another Christmas card from me. I have used another oldie but goodie from Sugar Nellie. This is a favorite image of mine., it makes me smile every time. Wonder how many cards I can make with this stamp without getting bored?

I have had fun with my Maja Design papers for this card. I don't know from which paper pad these are but one of the newer ones. I have used a snowflake die to make some snowflakes with and fence die from Magnolia. And that is all I have used for this card together with many layers of card stock.

Dies and or punches over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!

It´s a new week and we have a new challenge up for you all over at PFM today. This is my challenge and I have chosen the easy theme of "Dies and/or Punches", which should be nice and easy for everyone.

For my card today have I used the image called Poppies. They are my favorite flowers together with tulips and pelargoniums. When i fond this image was it an easy choice for me to use this image. I have colored with my promarkers this week and I have used up some leftovers from a paper pad that only have black, white, and red designer papers in it. Wish I had more designer papers in that style. Not much left of that pad now. 

As I set the theme to "Dies and/or punches" have I die cut all my card stock pieces except the biggest panels. I skipped the punches for this one, but it is still ok! :) I wanted to make a fairly strict card this week and that's why I have used only straight lines on this one. The round elements are in the patterns of the papers.

Just for Fun 52-21

Morning and hello!

Time for a new card from my little crafting studio. This time have I be

en playing with a new stamp from hÄnglar and Wings. It's called Solrosor and also come with a flower without the stem. It's a really lovely set of stamps. Just love them!

For this card have I chosen to make a CAS card. Playing with my homemade circle stencil, just cut out the shape with a die in thick card stock or acetate and use as you do with a bought one. Works great for simple designs. I used some distress oxide ink but can't remember what colour it is. Have been using quite a few last weeks. I really should write down what I do, shouldn't I? ;)

Anyway, some fussy cutting of the image and raised the flower part with foam dots and glued the stem straight on the card. Cut a golden frame for the image and die cut the sentiment saying "Kram" (= hugs) about two times one in golden cardstock and one in foam from my stash. A bit hard to glue together with the thin end of the sentiment but it worked out OK. Some watered down gesso is used for some white splatter.

It's the first time in a very long time I am happy with a CAS creation and I hope you like it too.

Just for fun 40-21

Morning and hello!

Hello there I am back with a Paper Shelter card today. It was a long time since I use these lovely images. It was such joy to be able to play with this image today. It is called Little Flower Lady.

I coloured the image with my Promarkers and paired the little lady up with designer papers from Carta Bella or Echo Park. I am a bit lost when it comes to my designer papers. :) I cut some of the "project life" cards out and painted a black border around them and added them as a decoration on the card. Some flowers from my stash has also come to use with some leaves. Some butterflies made with a die from Marianne is also used together with some Nuvo drops in grey and black.

Wings and or leaves over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!

It's Tuesday again and time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme is set to Wings and/or leaves by Lisa M. It should be a fun theme to play around with as there is plenty of options for this theme. Use one or the other or both.

I have used one of my newly bought stamps called Större Humla. And of course it is from #hÄnglar and Wings. I have been in love with these stamps for quite some time now. They give me a great pleasure to colour and create with.

This time have I paired the image up with some designer papers from Carta Bella called Summer. A great paper pad with lots of happy colours. I needed that as my back ground made with distress oxide became quite dark. It helped a little at least. And yes, I still need to practise my photographic skills. 

I dug out a bunch of old paper flower and added some leaves made with a die from Joy Crafts I believe. Some pearls are added as center of the flowers and to tie the card together. 

I hope that you feel inspired to play along with us over at Passion for Markers as we are now open to all kind of markers.
