 Morning and hello!

It's the last day of November 2023 and it's time for yet another Christmas card made for friends and families this year. It's so much fun to make these cards all year long. 

This card is made with a hÄnglar and Wings image that is a bit older. It's called hÄngla med lykta. It's retired but still a lovely image, that I really enjoyed coloring and I have used mainly promarkers for this one. I have paired the lovely hÄngla together with designer papers from Maja Design. The papers are from the paper pad called Christmas Wonderland. 

I made a few flowers that is typical for Christmas here in Sweden. I have them only as fake ones as they are poisonous for cats, and besides that do they not like the heating system here. Too much moving air! A white ribbon and a few die cut trees made with a Magnolia die and then some pearls to that. A good match for this Christmas card!

Christmas Cheers 17-23

Morning and hello!

Time for a bit of a cozy Christmas. We are soon there, only around 2 more months left now. Wasn't it Christmas the other week? This year have passed by so totally crazy fast. I guess it's best to hold on and follow the flow. 

 I have played with an image from hÄnglar and Wings again. This little cutie is found in the set called Tomtenissar. It has two lovely images and, two sentiments and two different berries and Leafs. It's one of my favorite Christmas stamp sets. Supersweet! And fun to color.

I have dug into my stash of Echo Park paper pads. These papers are from the paper pad called Lumber Jack Christmas. Lovely. It might be a mix of papers as well as I can't find one of them in the pack. Oh well, it became a card of it, and I love how it become and I have also used a bit of well paper and some cheese cloth. I have also used some pearls for decorations as well.

Morning and hello!

I am back again. I couldn't help myself, so I have made a new Christmas card again. Another one with hÄnglar and Wing's image. This one is from the set called Grantomtar. The set is now retired but it is a lovely one. I have used it quite often the last few Christmases. This time have I colored with grey shades. 

Tried to make it work together with my designer papers from Simple Stories. I have used many layers of papers and that have made it possible to get a lot of details without any decorations. . A ribbon in white and gold and some clear Nuvo drops is the only decorations except my paper layers.

Christmas Cheers 15-23

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back with a new creation. This time is it a Christmas card that will bring you (hopefully) some inspiration to create a card or two of your own. I have once again used a hÄnglar and Wing image from my stash. This image is from the set called Ful jultröja/ ugly Sweater.

I have used some old designer papers from different brands. They are all leftovers and means that I have managed to finish a few paper pads this year. It feels so good to be able to do that. Finish something is just what you need to get some space for new stash. :) I am drowning in paper pads, and I should probably not buy more in a few years or so. Will not happen, but the thought is really good and I should follow my own advice.

I have used a ribbon and some Nuvo drops to decorate my card. It's simple with many layers. I have also used a punch for one of my panels.

X-mas Cheers 14-23

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back again, this time with a Christmas card that I hope you will find some inspiration from. I have used an hÄnglar and Wings-image called Klädd för Vinter (Dressed for winter). It's a lovely set with stamps, a boy and a girl with a few sentiments. 

I have once again used designer papers from Simple Stories, this time the pad called Winter Cottage. Lovely colors that are a bit different from the classic green, red, white, grey colors. It is a charming pad. I have even started to use up a really old paper pad with lots of glitter and shimmer on them. Nice to be able to use some old stuff together with the newer stash. 

 I have used a part of a cake doily and some die cut letters from my stash. they are really lovely, the small letters, but I wish I had put them closer together on my card. That would have been a bit better design wise. I have used one white letter and a black one under the white one. 

Time for you to do something creative and fun for you! Some me-time is a good thing!

 Morning and hello!

Hi! How are you doing today? I hope that you have a good day and week. And I really hope that you take some time to do something just for you. 

Today do I have a Christmas card to show you all. This is a card made with an image from Magnolia. Sorry but I don't remember what it's called. I bought it last Christmas, but are not sure if it is from 2022 or 2021. Anyway, I love this little combo of two stamps. They are fun to color and I love using them together. 

My designer papers are from Simple Stories and have a bit different color scheme than other Christmas papers. I had fun coloring this image combo. Yet again have I used a die from Lawn Fawn or maybe spellbinders, and the lace looking die cut is from Magnolia as well.

Morning and hello!

Time for another Christmas card. This is probably my last one with these cute penguins. I need to find some new inspiration to make some new Christmas cards for my pen pals. It's a mission every year to make enough cards for my dear pen pals around the world. 

 The stamps are from Lawn Fawn and the background is made with distress Oxide inks and with acrylic ink from my stash.  I have also used some dies to make the ground for the cute birdies. A few enamel dots from my stash are used to finish this one off.

Morning and hello!

It's time for another Christmas card from me. I have used another oldie but goodie from Sugar Nellie. This is a favorite image of mine., it makes me smile every time. Wonder how many cards I can make with this stamp without getting bored?

I have had fun with my Maja Design papers for this card. I don't know from which paper pad these are but one of the newer ones. I have used a snowflake die to make some snowflakes with and fence die from Magnolia. And that is all I have used for this card together with many layers of card stock.

Here comes yet another one of all my penguin Christmas cards. The image are from Lawn Fawn and the sentiment is either PY Hobby or Gummiapan. I use it often and a lot. 

I have colored with my Promarkers and the designer paper is from Lawn Fawn as well. The hills are made with a die from Lawn Fawn as well.

Christmas Cheers 8-23

 Morning and hello!

I keep working on my Christmas creations. This one is made with a bunch of left overs that I have had in my stash for a really long time. I have used left overs from a December Daily project that I did some years ago.

I don't do them anymore as I am very traditional when it comes to this. So they are pretty much the same all my Decembers. It makes it less fun to do that project. So I dug out some of the leftovers and made this card that will be perfect for one of my pen friends. I have many X.mas cards to make as I want to send them together with my letters. Very little extra weight is the way to go. This will be one of them for the coming year.

Christmas Cheers 7-23

Morning and hello!

It's time for a new Christmas card here in my blog. Number 7 for this year. I have once again been playing with an image from hÄnglar and Wings. It is so miuch fun and these Snowmen are so adorable! Mega cute, don't you think?

I have coloured with copics this time and paired the little cutie up with a paper pad from Maja Design. At this point can I not remember which one it is from. I have used some dies from Crealies and PY Hobby if I am not totally off in my mind. The pretty snow flake in metal is also from PY Hobby. A great decoration that I wish that I had millions off. But I don't so I save them for special creations. A little ribbon tied to a bow and some dots from my stash is also used to decorate the card. You see that I have made a little snow ball light? Next to the snow sign. There is some glitter on the little balls. A perfect match to this card.

Christmas Cheers 6-23

Morning and hello!

It is Christmas time here on my blog again. Second time this month. It is so much fun to create for Christmas and now do I have another card for you to share with me.

This image is really old and I love it. It is an image that I have had since 2009 or 2010 and it is kind of my start of stamping more regular than I used to. I am not really sure what brand it is but it could be Sugar Nellie or something like that that. Anyway I am glad that I dug it out from my stash again. I should use the oldies more often. I have a huge stash with images that is never used and it is terrible. What a waist. I have to do something about that shouldn't I?

  Well then, I have coloured with my promarkers and used the fabby paper pad from Crafters companion Northern Winter or something like that. I have used up some of my gemstones and used them in the center of my snow flakes that is cut of different dies. I have also used a glittery lace cut with a die from Magnolia I believe. (I really should write down what I have used on my cards shouldn't I? ) The heart is also a die cut layered up 5 or 6 times so it is like a chip board piece.

Christmas Cheers 5-23

Morning and hello!

It's already mid May and time for me to show my fist Christmas card of the month. This time have I been playing with my beloved snow men set called Snögubbar from hÄnglar and Wings. I love these sweet images. They are adorable! 

 I have used a crafters companion paper pad for this card. It's filled with white, grey, dark blue and silver. It's a fabby paper pad. I have decorated with a few of my enamel dots and some of my metallic snow flakes that I love. My stash is getting low of these and I can't find anymore. So I plan carefully when I use them. Do you have any favourite decorations that it's almost painful to use up?
I have decorated my cards inside this time and even remembered to take a picture of it. It's very simple and I will probably use a sentiment stamp on the inside as well. 

I hope I have managed to send some inspiration over to you and that you take some time to start your Christmas card collection.

Christmas Cheers 4-23

 Morning and hello!

Welcome back to my blog. It's already the end of April and time for the second X-mas cheers of the months. 

This time am I showing a card were I have used stamps from to sets from hÄnglar and Wings. Granna Granar which is retired and the sweet image called Tomtenissar. As always part of stamp set. 

I have done a bunch of fussy cutting of the images witch was a fairly easy project. I had a few die cuts pre cut and wanted to make the some kind of scenery. I have used glitter glue around the edges of the snow walls on the ground. The designer paper is from Lawn Fawn. I fond a bunch of silver snow flakes that I added to the sky. Glitter glue is also used on the trees. 

I am sorry about the bad photo. One day will I learn how to deal with the camera and to take better photos!

Morning and hello!

Here comes a new Christmas card for you to find inspiration from.. Once again have I used and image from hÄnglar and Wings. The set is called Tomtar med ljusslinga. 

I am sorry about the bad photo. It's a bit harsh. I have used designer papers from my stash. For an extra sparkling Christmas have I used glitter cardstock, golden gemstones and a ribbon with gold in them. It looks stunning when it's not in a bad photo. 

 I have used a sparkling pen on the lights for yet an extra sparkle details. I love X-mas and look forward to make more of these cards to use during Christmas for families and friends.

Moring and hello!

I am back with a second Christmas card for March. As I told before am I a bit behind when it comes to posting my X.-mas cards so I thought that I would catch up a bit if I can. 

This image have I used more than once before and this time have I made it in blue and yellow. My designer papers are from Crafter Companion and have a lot of silver details that are amazing IRL. I have also used a some die cut stars match it all up. 

I have also used a sentiment die cut from Gummiapan. I have also added some details with Nuvo drops. A silver thread have I used to hang the bulb from. Some silver gemstones in the corners finish it all up. 

I hope you find some inspiration from this creation and start up your collection of Christmas cards for this year.

Christmas Cheers 1 - 2023

Morning and hello!

Here comes my first Christmas card for 2023. I am a bit behind when it comes to posting my cards for this yearly challenge of mine. I have a bunch of cards made that is waiting to be shown but we start with this one. 

This is a Magnolia stamp and I think it is from last year's collection. I had fun colouring this one and I am making this card in pink and teal. A fun colour combo for Christmas. I have also used a Magnolia designer paper (the one with the music notes). The white panel which looks plain white is also from Crafters companion like the teal/pink papers and it is embossed with a lovely snow flake pattern. However I failed to catch that in my photo. 

I have also used some glitter die cut stars together with some pearl stars that matches the rest of the colours in the card. I have had those stars in my stash for a long time. It's nice to use them up. There is a few of them left.  I also added a snow flake in glitter card stock as it was a "dead" area of white around the image. The sentiment is also from Magnolia, it's a part of the stamp set. 

Well then! I am glad that I managed to post a second post here on my blog this week. But now is it time for me to rest. I'm low in energy and very tired.
