Three of something over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It is a new week and we have a new challenge up for you over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme is set to

Three of something

A lovely and fun challenge, a little to think about, but not too much.

Our lovely sponsor this week is
All dressed up which offer one lucky winner two digital images of winners choice. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used a sponsor image called As sweet as a melon. A lovely image that gave me both trouble and joy when colouring it.. Took me a while to get the melon colour right, got there in the end, at least fairly good. This time did I use a mix of copic and promarkers to colour my image.

I picked the image with a special paper pad in mind as I remembered it having a water melon paper in it. Was nice to being able to use some of that paper pad. I also got to remember why I find it hard to use. The papers are more like cardstock and the print have some shine in it. Don't like that at all.

Anyhow, I used three designer papers for my card and I also used three different embellishments on my card: Ribbon/bow, nuvo drops (on the panel with the image, got lost in my photo) and black pearls to that.

Now is it your turn to be creative. I look forward to come and visit you and see what you have come up with for this challenge!

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Make it bloom over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
Time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and this week's theme is set to

Make it Bloom

Our sponsor is the lovely All dressed up which offers one lucky winner two digital images of winners' choice. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used an image called Jam Jars and it's a lovely image to colour and play for. It is also easy to split the three jars and only use one part of the image. I decided to use all three of them for this card. I had fun colouring the flowers. I have used my promarkers for this image.

I have used designer papers from a bag filled with designer papers that is left from a couple of paper pads that have spring as a theme. The papers left has a lot of pattern on them which make them hard to use for me. At least I got this card together with the leftovers. This will be the last spring I use them, what is left when spring is over will be thrown away. Can't save it all, but God it's hard to throw them out. Do you find it hard to throw out stuff that you know it will be hard to use and you still can't throw them out?

I have used some gemstones and pearls to decorate the card. Some in the flower centers and in the corners of the card. A ribbon and a bow is also added together with a charm and some paper flowers.

It have been fun to make the card and I hope that you will join us over at Passion for Markers and play along with us. Looking forward to see your creations.

Halloween over at passion for markers

Morning and hello!
Time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and this weeks' theme is set to

HALLOWEEN
and our fabby sponsor this week is

All dressed up which offers one lucky winner two digis of winners choice.
Thank you!

For my card have I used one of ADU's images called Magical day. I had some trouble with this image, but not because of the image, my printer had decided it was time for vacation and I am no happy person when tech is acting up. It has continued like that today as well. Those days...

I have coloured the little witch with my promarkers even if I should have changed to copic with their thinner nibs. Easier to colour with them as I didn't manage to get the printer and laptop to work together.

My designer papers are from Simple Stories and are called Spooky Things. A fabby paper pad with wonderful colourful designer papers, the classic colours and mixed up with some pastels as well. Really lovely!

A nice chunky ribbon in black and gold together with two different kind of stars and off course a spider to that finish of this card. Hope you like it!

All the best!

Easter over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's Tuesday and time for a new fun challenge over at Passion for Markers. This time are we in middle of March and soon is it Easter. And therefore is our challenge theme very fitting, "Easter". So all your lovely Easter creations is what we want to see this week. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Our sponsor this week is All dressed up and they offer our lucky winner 2 digis of winners choice.
Thank you so much for that!

The image is called Butterfly Bunny and you find it in the store of All dressed up. Hmm, while writing this I can't find the image in the shop, but it might come back. It's such a sweet and delicate image that I loved to colour and create with. My designer papers are from Echo Park, or maybe Carta Bella, but I think they are Echo Park. Anyway, I went for a little darker designer papers for this card, normally would I have picked something more bright but as I went with a white rabbit was these papers perfect and there is a spring feeling there anyway, or is it just me? LoL

Anyway, I have used the classic to decorate my card: flowers, lace, pearls and gem stones. Can't be any better than that, can it?

Well then, now is it your turn to start creating and don't forget to link up to Passion for Markers. You know that any alco markers are ok now days? Looking forward to visit you all!

Embellish it! over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
Hi! It's that time in the week again, it's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week is it my turn to host the challenge and I have chosen the theme of "Embellish it". I hope that you will enjoy the challenge and will come and play with us. I look forward to visiting your blogs. As it is an embellish it challenge will it not do with a button, or a die cut only, a little more than that is required. :)

Our sponsor this week is All Dressed Up and they offer one lucky winner will get 2 (two) digis of winner's choice.

For my card, this week have I been using the image called Santa from our sponsor. It's a lovely classic Santa image. It's a good match to some designer papers from Simple Stories, but I didn't use them for this card. I went with Maja Design Christmas paper pad called Christmas Wonderland.

I have had fun playing with this image, at least after I finally managed to get my printer to print the image. It took me over four hours to get to work. So boring! Anyway, when I finally got the image did, I color with a mix of assorted brands of markers. Then there was time for my decorations. I used a bunch of die cuts, snowflakes, circles of different kind. I used a bunch of pearls both ordinary ones and some on a string. I pulled out some flowers from my little stash that I had close by. A piece of lace is also used together with a charm shaped like a lovely Christmas tree. I hope you like my little creation.

Time for me to hand over the craft stash to you. I look forward to seeing what you will create for this challenge.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Feminine over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's Passion for Markers day again. I hope you are ready at your craft table to start create for our new challenge which is set to "Feminine" and our sponsor this week is the lovely people over at All dressed up.

They offer one lucky winner two digis of winners choice. A nice and lovely prize! Thank you for sponsoring us!

For my card have I used the fabby image called Beret Girl. A sweet and lovely image to work with and it happened to be perfect for two birthday cards. They are made for my twin nieces. These cards are also my first real slim line cards. I find them really hard to make and since I have trouble with both eyes and shaking arms was it perfect to make the images really big to use for their cards. I have mirrored one of the images for some different look on the cards and I have also made grey the main colour for one card and pink for the other one. Same same but different.

For some details have I die cut "grattis" (congratulations / Happy Birthday) four times for each card and glued them together for a bit of texture. I have also covered them in some glitter with a marker. I have used it for some details around the card, on the skirts and the berets. There is also few Nuvo drops in pink and black on the cards. To finish it all of have I used a small paper rose on the berets, just for a nice touch on the cards.

Well then, this is all from me for today. I end my post here and hope that you will come and join our fun challenge. It's nice and fun and are also open for all kinds of markers.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs
