Hip to be square over at PFM

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at PFM. Our theme this week is "hip to be square". A nice and easy theme for you all to follow.

Our sponsor this week is Rachellle Anne Miller and she offers one lucky winner a gift voucher to use in her store. It's worth $10.
Thank you so much for that!

And my card then. I have used two of the images from the Candy store digi stamp set. I have used the boy and the girl. And I have coloured with my promarkers this time. I have dug around in my stash and dug up an old paper pad from the beginning of my paper crafting era. The light pastel colours make me think of candy.

I have also used four squares to follow the theme. One base square and four smaller ones. I added a bow with a dotted ribbon and then added some lovely pearls to finish it all off. It was a long time since I really enjoyed making a card. My finger joints isn't playing along with me and neither is my neck and head. I didn't have to recolour the image 100 times and that was great.

Anyway, I hope that you will come and join our fun challenge. We look forward to see your wonderful creations!

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs
Marie

Add a sentiment over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
Hope everything is fine with you and that you had a good start of the week. It have a been a long time since I posted here. My joints have not been at their best lately. Lots of pain and shaking that have been driving me nuts. I could finally create a card again and I am so glad that I managed to colour again.

The theme of the week over at Passion for Markers is "Add a sentiment" and it is set by none other than me!

Our sponsor this week is Color of Love. They are offering one lucky winner 3 digis of winner's choice. Thank you!

My card then... I have used a sponsor image called Rory, time to paint the world. I have cropped the image and used a part of the image. I have paired the image with designer paper from Carta Bella or Echo Park. I love the colours that this paper pad have. They are so much summer to me. The corals reminding me of watermelon that I love.

I have kept the card pretty simple and have just used a few enamel dots as details together with the sentiment die from my stash.

I look forward to see all your creations during this week and I hope that you will come and play with us over at Passion for Markers.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs
Marie
