Pearls over at the Paper Shelter

Good afternoon! Sorry I am late again, after last evenings soccer practise I had to go and see a doctor today as my knee ended up looking, well like a soccer ball. Got an injection and they drew out some fluids from it and now it feels better but I probably should take it easier. My knee can't handle even a little bit of soccer. LoL Not even fooling around with the kids. Lucky for me that I am not the coach.

Ok then our theme of the week is Pearls over at the Paper Shelter and once again have I used the "Ice cream boy" from Happy Times. I love that image and could do tons of cards with that image. He makes me happy. Coloured with Letraset markers and paired up with happy dp's from Echo Park. Probably my favourite brand together with Simple Stories with their super happy colours.

I have used a punch I don't know from where it is for a little border that I decorated with pearls in yellow and red. Some more pearls on the side and a few stars and I have a happy card for a little boys birthday.

As always is the Paper Shelter offering you a gift voucher worth $30 if you play with a Paper shelter product. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning three digis if you is the lucky winner.

Ok then, time for a visit to the school, Today is open house over at the olders. A few weeks back we went to visit the youngest one in school.

Take care for now.

Make it digital

Morning and hello! Time for a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This week am I the host and I have chosen the theme of "Make it digital". That means that you have to use a digital image on your creation, nice and easy. Don't forget that you have to use promarkers, triamarkers or aquamarkers for your creation.

I have used another headshot of an image from the Paper Shelter. I am back to the bad shakes and can't colour for very long again. But this when quite well. The designer papers are from my left over box, think one is Prima and the other Authentiq. Red cardstock and black... Flowers from WOC and I am roses. Pearls from Bunny Zoe. Punch from Martha Stewart is also used and dies from Spellbinders.

Sponsoring this challenge is 2 cute Ink that is overing 2 (two) images to one lucky winner. Logo will be added...

Well, I am signing off for today. I see you back soon again. I need to try to relax my hands for a while to be able to make a card for an upcoming challenge.

Winter Blossoms

Morning and hello! Sitting here in the sunshine and blogging my Christmas creation for this weeks challenge over at the winter Wonderland, hosted by MI. I have choosen the theme of Winter Blossoms as many of my favourite flowers are around me at that time of the year. Like white tulips, dark red amaryllis and poinsettia. Still it was a bit hard thinking about Christmas the last few days with around 15 degrees Celcius outside. LoL

This time did I decide to do something that I don't do that many times per year and that is altering something. However, late last night did I decide that is what I am going to do this time. I have a little stash with boxes laying around that I have bought when I found them to a good price. This round one is from IKEA. The box is about 10 cms in diameter.

I have used some old stash that have been around for quite some time. Dove craft paper pack, lots of pearl string of different kind, two kinds of lace and the box... Then I put together the poinsetta flower with dies from Spellbinders that I had laying around for ages as well, not having used before. For a first try, the flower got ok. I couldn't find any instructions so it was learning by doing this time. Lots of glitter glue is also added and some cheese cloth as well.

This challenge have two sponsors. Thank you so much for that!

Bugaboo Stamps are giving 7 images from their online store
and The Craft Barn are giving a £10 voucher to spend in store

The Craft Barn

Well this will be all from me for today. I will now spend sometime outside before I start preparing my papers for the soccer meetings on Sunday. Lots of soccer at this point. Hopefully it will soon be a little less stress to it. But for now we eat, sleep and talk soccer all the time.

Flowers everywhere

Morning and hello! I am back once again this week. A little late but at least I am here. Today it's all about the Paper Shelter. Our theme of the week is Flowers everywhere. A nice and easy one. You just need to use a few flowers on your creation and then you're set.

Sorry about missing out on adding my card and info here last week. As so many days have passed do I save that card for another day.

As always is the Paper Shelter offering you a gift voucher worth $30 if you play with a Paper shelter product. Playing with another brand gives you three digis if you is the lucky winner.

Getting headaches again and that means I have to stay still and in the dark to get some rest. It feels a bit better than last week, so I am a bit behind again and it took me a little longer to recover from the trip to Malmö than I thought it would. But all worth it!

Bingo Board

Morning and hello! Time for a new dt-card from me. This time it's a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers (now going under Winsor and Newton brand). I have been away all weekend for some sports fun. There have been a few tournaments going on around the world for the last national teams to qualify for the Olympic Games of Handball and we made it after biting all our fingernails off. It got a little more exciting that we thought from the beginning as the Slovenians beat one of the best teams in the world, Spain with three goals. For our final game we could lose with two goals and still make it to Rio and we did. The feeling of have being there and cheer them on is fantastic. I just love this game!

Ok, to the reason why I am here today. LoL The new challenge over at PFP this week is set by Lisa and we are playing BINGO. Nice, easy and fun. The board look like this

For my card have I used the diagonal row; gems or pearls, image, flowers. I also fullfill the bottom row: flowers, sentiment and die cuts. The image is from Sugar Nellie and I coloured it ages ago. As I am really tired after the trip the shakes came back. Sometimes it good to have a little stash to use but now I am running low. Time to get some time to colour again.

I am not sure from where the dp's are. I found them laying around without any front to the pad. Flowers are a mix from I am Roses and WOC. The leaf punch is from Martha Stewart. Pearls from Bunny Zoes. The sentiment die is from Moa Pyssel. Lace from WOC. The round dies are from Spellbinders and Marianne Design.

Sponsoring this challenge is Digi stamp Boutique, offering a gift voucher worth £10. How great isn't that?

Well time to relax a bit and then at it again. A new creation needs to get done and then enjoy the sunshine as soon will the rain come back again.

Baulbs

Morning and hello! Took a little longer than I thought to get back on the blog. Another cold hit quite badly and I missed out on my last post. Well, I am back again with my dt-card for Winter Wonderland and this week is the theme set to baulbs. Lucky for me I checked on last time about the theme as I was about to make a card for another challenge coming up. But Baulbs it is this week.

I was a bit lazy and didn't take on any colouring today. I used a few of my dies that is in shape of baulbs layered silver and white on to an old dp from Dovecraft. There is some papers that is still really nice and some that isn't that fun, but at least some of the old stash is used up. Some silver tread for hanging detail and then a icicle border that I covered in snow and glitter for an extra detail. Nice and simple.

Sponsoring us this week is

They are offering the lucky winner a choice of
3 digi's from the online store.

Well, time for me to leave for this time. I will spend this week a bit easy as well and the warmer weather have made the allergy get going so now I am sneezing all the time and the eye is running. Maybe I should stay in and do some crafting? There is a weekend or two left before the outdoor soccer season gets going and I am kind of forced to stay out even if I don't want to. LoL
