Hearts or anything goes over at Creatalicious Challenges

Morning and hello!
Or rather good after noon! It's time for a new challenge over at Creatalicious Challenges again and this time we have the theme of Hearts or anything goes. Nice and easy themes both of them, right?

We're sponsored by Di's Digis which is offering one lucky winner XXX
(to be added)

For my card have I used an image from Tiddly Inks called Spring Wryn. A real sweet heart and lots of fun to colour as well.  For that have I used my promarkers and I paired the image up with a paper pad from Pink Fresh Studio if I am not totally off here. I really should write down what I use, shouldn't I? I never remember when it's time to write my posts.

I have used a few decorations on this card: some blue ribbon with white polka dots, a tiny heart charm, two pearl hearts and some regular pearls in a wonderful blue green colour that is smashing in real life. There is also dubble layers of card stock in white and a lovely dark blue colour that I find relaxing, but in this case it makes the whole card pop. Love the great effect it had on the designer papers. There is also a few pink pearls in the center of some of the flowers.

Well, sweet and short once again. Trying to get my body to relax and don't spend too much time by the screen which is easier said than done.

Take care and do what makes you happy!

Digital image over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
Time for a little post once again. Today is it time for a new fun challenge over at the Paper Shelter. This week's theme is set to "Digital image". That means that you can't do IRL stamping this challenge, the image has to be digital this week.

As I am still struggling with my back I will try to keep it short today as well. So let's see what I have been up too. I have used a part of an image called Charmingly Hippie. I have just used the head part for this one. I have done that once before and loved it so much that I thought I would do it again. I love this cute face and expression of it.

She is coloured with my promarkers on really thick Neenah cardstock. I have bought another pack with a lighter weight. Let's see if there is any difference. Anyhow do I probably have colouring cardstock to last me a life time. It's enormous packs of paper/cardstock. The paper pad used is from Pink Fresh studio once again.

I have used three pieces of ribbon in two different colours: white and turquoise. A bow under the image and a whole bunch of flowers. And for a little different look have I followed a pattern of a designer paper and shape cut it. Maybe not the greatest idea, but it was fun when I made the card.

You can play along with our challenge up to three times, and one of these do you have to use a Paper Shelter image. However, you always have the chance to win over at our challenge. Playing with another brand gives you the chance to win three digis of your choise. Playing with our challenge gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

For a child or children image over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello!
It has already been two weeks or so since I posted. Has been quite hard as in tummy flu in the house. I just got a tiny bit but the kids was worse. Since I have tons of pain in my back, I make this sweet and short for todays post.

We have a new fun theme over at PFP this week. A card for a child or an image with a child/children in it. Should be an easy one, right?

Ingen fotobeskrivning tillgänglig.
We are sponsored by All Dressed Up which is offering one lucky winner a lovely prize of 2 digital images. How lovely isn't that? There is plenty to choose from!

For my card have I used Autumn Wreath and coloured with my promarkers. You need to use yours as well to have a chance of winning the prize. The designer papers are from Carta Bella Botanical Garden. Some stunning papers in that pad. You really should check it out! It might not be a paper pad for the youngest children, but I have a some lovely nieces that turns 16 during the spring. It will be fitting for one of them, I have yet another one to make. Twin girls!

Some flowers from my stash as it was a long time since I used any of them. Some ribbon, a bow, a few pearls, a butterfly die cut. There is also some foliage die cuts used as well as my new favourite die even if it shows very little here. A tiny border from Lawn Fawn. I think the set is called tiny borders actually... The sentiment says Congratulations.

Well this is all from me for today. I hope you dig out your promarkers and come and join us. We love to see what you come up to with this theme.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Something sweet over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
I am back for a busy week here at my blog, a second post already and it's only Wednesday. :) This time is it time for a new challenge over at the Paper Shelter. We have set the theme to "Something sweet" and how you interpret this is totally up to you. It can be a really sweet image or something that is great to eat or drink or taste sweet.

I have used the smashing image of Pixie Caramel Macchiato. She is coloured with my promarkers and paired up with some Pink Fresh Studio designer papers in rich colours and some golden details. I have used som polka dotted pink ribbon and one of my million charms for this card as well as the one I showed yesterday.

I managed to print the image really large so there isn't much room for anything else on this card. Anyway, I hope you like it and that you play along with us in our first B-team challenge of the year over at the Paper Shelter.

Animals over at Passion For Promarkers

Morning and hello!
I am back after a long silence and bad health. We have a new fun challenge for you all over at Passion for Promarkers. This week our theme is set to "Animals". It should be an easy and fun one to play along with.

Ingen fotobeskrivning tillgänglig.

We are sponsored by the lovely people over at Cowling and Wilcox. They offer a set of promarkers, Midtones for one lucky winner. Thank you for that!

For this card have I dug into my never ending stash of Magnolias, Sweden. I have for once, done some masking of two of their stamps. They are really old, but really cute. It was fun and nice to colour this one. I really should use more of these stamps, or maybe I should stamp more at least. Any stamps would probably be fine as they hardly get used anymore.

Well then, coloured with promarkers of course as our challenge is all about our special markers. Then I paired the image up with some designer papers from a pad called Tea Time or something like that. At least I have managed to cover up everything that has to do with tea as I don't elephants drink it.

To decorate have I used some pink polka ribbon and a tiny heart charm. I hope to use up some more of these during the year as I have an so many of them. And for some reason I keep buying more of them. I should stop that part. A border punch is also used to add some interest to the card.

Ok, it's time to end this post. Do play along with us and don't forget to use your promarkers so you have then chance to win the fabby prize. I look forward to see your creations and so does my teamies!

Little friends over at Winter Wonderland

Morning and hello!
And all the best for the year of 2020. Hope it will be a good one! Well, I start the year almost as I left the old one, with a blog post. I am feeling a bit crappy at the moment, probably due to adjusting to the new meds, once again...

Anyway, I have made a card and that's a fun thing which I love to spend time doing and that keep my mind off things most of the time. Just as writing my letters do. Gosh! I did leave 2019 with a bang when it comes to writing letters. I wrote 5 the other two days and all hand written. Felt so good and it was a really long time since it was such a joy to do it.

But now, back to my card creating. We have a sponsor called Wink Wink Ink and the prize up for grabs is a voucher worth $15 to spend in the store.

I have used the image called Buck Deer and Mouse with Snowman Friend. I didn't really know what to do with this image or how to colour it as I find it really hard to colour animals well with my markers so I used printer and went with the precoloured version and put them together. The little mouse image and the buck is to separate images but really easy to merge together. I kind of should have made some back ground but my mind wasn't working so it is what it is.

I paired the lovely image together with a paper pad called Winter land or something like that. Used white and kraft cardstock for some contrast on the card. For decorations have I used a die cut lace and snow flakes. To finish it all of have I used a few pearls in cream that went great with the colour combo.

So this is my first card of the year, at least what is shown here. There will be more to follow when I am ready to post and write again. A huge work load is coming my way the coming two weeks so I don't think there will be tons of happenings here. Just a few to begin with if I don't get things going right away.

Take good care and do something that you enjoy!

Love n hugs
Marie
