Morning and hello!
After a little break  am I now back with a little card to brighten your day. I have been playing with my promarkers and a lovely image from Di's digistamps. I am sorry but I don't remember the name of the image, but it is sweet.

I have paired my image with some designer paper from a bunch of Echo park. There is only a little left of these paper pads and I have mixed them up to get some more project out of the expensive papers. It might not be a combo I normally would have made but it feels good to use up as much as possible of the designer papers.

Anyway, take some time and do something just for you. Play with your markers and images, create something just for the fun of being creative!

Christmas time again!

Morning and hello!
Hi, hello! We have the last day of April and that means another Christmas card from me. This time is the card made with a super cute image from Di's Digital stamps. I love this little sweetie!

I have been able to use a couple of old designer papers that I have tons of from Dove Craft if I am not totally lost in my mind. A big die cut sentiment wishing Merry Christmas, a die cut frame from the image, a ribbon bow and some nuvo drops decorate the corners of the card. Loved making this and it was perfect for the newest family member.

Wish you all the best and do take some time to do something that makes you happy!

Embellish it over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and this week am I hosting the challenge. I have chosen the theme of "Embellish it!" It should be nice and easy for you to play along with.

Our sponsor this week is Di's Digi stamp which offers one lucky winner  a voucher worth £6. How nice isn't that?

When Di is sponsoring us are we allowed to use other brands of stamps and that have I done this week. I had planned to use one of Di's images but my fingers isn't working, again. Instead did I had to use a card that I already had made for the fun of it. Sometimes does things work out with a bit of luck!

I have used a stamp set from hÄnglar and Wings, called Anemoner. It's a lovely set that you can play around with for different looks.

I have coloured with my Promarkers and was in the mood for blue today. It's a dull day with lots of fog. And I have tons of pain both in my legs, neck and fingers and hands From -8 degrees to +8 degrees during two days gives pain from h--l.

I have used a charming die from my stash. I have used it as a back drop to my fussy cut flowers. To embellish the card have I used some gem stones and butterflies for added texture and interests to the card.

Hope you like it and that you find some inspiration from it. I look forward to visit you all during the week!

More halloween / birthday card

Good evening to you all! After a long and strange weekend with lots of parties: three ones for my youngest and one for my olderst, his own. LoL Discovered that we had a water leak in the kitchen. Something connected to the refrigerator. Hopefully it's not too bad, but we can't see how far under the floor the water has gone. It seems to be a "sneaking up on" water leak that has been going on for a while. Drop by drop how to speak. When we finally got the kitchen to work again and a heat fan going there, then the big waterconduit breaks and 8000 house holds, schools, daycare etc is out of water. Jippi! Sometimes life is fun. In the middle of this we had a party for Willy who turns 7 tomorrow, only the washing-up after around 20 people to do, without water. I was really thinking of bringing it all outside and let the rain soak everything. However after about 24 hours without water it's now back but we will have to boil all water before we use it. Oh well, one of those weeks. I hope Mats doesn't have anything he needs washed as he will be going to Istanbul, Turkey in the end of week with his work. No washing allowed if we don't do it on high temp and it's not many clothes that want to be boiled. LoL

Well after this long messy story I thought I share the card Philip gave his friend and next door neighbour for her big day. I used the sweetest whitch around from the Paper Shelter and this is also one of the cards that I had to remake because of the pawprints from my crafting cat. As the birthdays is around this time of the year they all are Halloween parties. So even if I don't like Halloween or making cards for it, I "need" to make a few each year. Not the scariest ones but still, Halloween. :)

I coloured her with my Letraset family and some pens as I do from time to time. Willy didn't like the purple I put around the image but it symbolizes the night for me. Was in no mood to colour it all in and make it too dark. LoL I have once again used a few digital designer papers from  Echo park to make my card. I love the little softer Halloween colours to this set. Soft and nice. The dp under the image is actually covered with spiders as well, but I managed (without wanting too) to cover them all up. The inside is covered with this paper and some sentiment and a greeting that is between Ebba and Philip. I used some black stickles on the punched flowers and picked fence glitter on the roses. A piece of lace, pearls and punched branches with a MS punch is used to decorate the whole thing. Nice and simple. It doesn't have to be more when it is for a five year old I hope. :)

A good morning to all of you!

It's Wendsday again and it's time for a new challenge over at For Fun. This week we are putting the spotlight on the fall / autumn and it's beautiful leafs. So that is what we want to see from you this week; fall leafs in all their glory.

This week we are sponsored by the lovely people over at Di's Digi Downloads. The prize offered is a wooping 5 digis of the winner's choise. How great isn't that?

For my card I have used the little cutie Don't feed the bear crow, isn't he adorable? I made the leafs with a punch and coloured them with copics and then added some copper stickles for some lovely shimmer. The webb is from "Skaparlusten" and the papers has been in my stash forever.

It would be lovely to see you over at For Fun challenge this week.

It's Wendsday again

Morning to you all! It's double posting day again, in other words Wendsday. This little creation is made for the For Fun Challenges which this week is to create something

EASTER

Should not be too hard even if it might be in last minute. But you can always hand the card over to someone you visit or something. This week we are sponsored once again which it looks like we are going to be for the rest of the year, so another little prize up for you. This time from Di's Digis. Be sure to check out all the cuties just by clicking the picture.
We got a lovely selection of images to chose from in the team and I have used this little sweet heart for my card. It was such great image to colour. Lots of fun. I could easaly have made a few more cards with those lovely images. To bad it's only 24 hours in a day. :) The little sweetie is coloured with promarkers. The sentiment is from Cardwork crafts.

The half pearls are from Bunny Zoe. DP as usually from Donna's Bearly Mine Design. (Be sure to pop by the store as a sale is going on there at this moment!) It's the newest kit Daffodills used here. I totally adore the green paper. It's so sweet. :) All edges are distressed with walnut stain from Rangers, just to give some more edging to the card and make it pop a tiny bit.

OK, off to do some boring but important stuff before I get back here again. During the time I'm away you can always start making your Easter card or project. See you over at the For Fun Challenges!

Love n hugs
Marie
