Good afternoon everyone and welcome to my last post as a guest designer for the Papertake Weekly Challenges. It has been a great joy to give you all some inspiration with my creations together with this talentet team. Thank you for having me from the bottom of my heart. It has been a blast!
This is the last challenge of the months which means that it's sketchie time, and I do love that. It's so good to get a creation started by using a great sketch and Dawny's sketches are always great fun to play with. I always go back to the gallery and search for my Mojo when it's gone. Always give me a start for a card that I might not be in the mood to make.
This week's card is totally nuts when it comes to colours. I think I have used every single base colour there is to make this birthday card for yet another one of Philips friends. I used an old Magnolia stamp showing of Edwin as a super hero and let Philip decide the look of him and what designer papers we where going to use. If you ask a five year old, you just might end up with something like this. The designer papers are from a Super hero paper pack (digital) by Carina Gardner. Actually the dp's are great, maybe even more if you use them on a bigger page. I love the designer paper showing of the town. It's just stunning! I made my card following sketch #85, I guessing there is a sketch #86 up for you to use as well by now, and then there is the rest of them as well in the sketchie gallery.
Well, time to sign off for this time. I do hope you come and play with your sketchie cards this week. I will be on the commenting rote for this week as well. So I can't wait to see what you all come up with. Now time to take care of my sneezing son that is sick again, and don't I start to feel it coming sneaking up on me as well...?

Anything goes using Letraset products
Morning everyone! Time for a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and Team 1. This week we have an easy one for you set by Nic and it's "Anything goes", well using either any markers from Letraset or the Aqua pens.
This is a card made with one of the many stamps that I own from Magnolia, and that I never get around to use. Yepp! Have been in my really, reaLLLYY big box of unused Magnolia stamps. I see them in the store, buy them because I see some kind of purpose with them and think they are cute. And then straight to the unused box for a year or maybe three. Wouldn't be so bad, if I just didn't keep adding more and more to that box. Not to speak of the second box of stamps of all other brands that is laying around. I think that I like many other crafters could probably make a new card each day of the year and still use new ones every day.
This stamp however, even if it has been laying around I had a plan for, but I thought my niece was to you for a card with that stamp last year, so this year I made her that special card for a three year old birthday. I think the image is called Tilda with Teddy and it's a totally sweet image. Really cute! Like so many others. LoL I have paired her up with a mix of designer papers from a First Edition pad. Of course it's all coloured with Letraset markers and this time I also used som Prisma pens on the little teddy to get a little softer look of it.
I also used quite a lot of dies on this card as I thought it would be nice to use up some left over card stock as well. All flower and swirl dies use is from Doo hickey, Magnolia. Love those dies. A piece of lace, charm and a bow tied with creme satin ribbon. Well, in the photo it looks more light yellow than it really is. The colour of Tildas bow and the "real" one is quite simular in colour for real. The lovely brown heart shaped pearls comes from my dear blogging friend Annelie.
Ok, see you around one more time today when I show my last card for the Papertake Weekly challenges, as my three months of guest designing there is over after today. How sad! :(

Digi image + sentiment
Morning everyone! Back again after my adventure at the hearing clinic. Some of my hearing is doing fine and the rest isn't. LoL It will be a tiny hearing aid in each ear, so I will walk around with small antennas. LoL I am joking but they do look like that, if you manage to see them. In two weeks time they will be mine. Keep your fingers crossed that I can figure this out and learn to handle it. And stand the thought that I need them... that's the hard part.
Ok, back to why I am here. It's time for a new challenge over at the Paper Shelter. This weeks challenge should be an easy one for you. Our theme this week is set to "Digital image and sentiment". Yepp! I keep asking for the sentiments because it completes the card and I need to learn to use sentiment more myself. :)
A few weeks or a month or so back I was cleaning and sorting the kids toys and realized how many cars of different kind my boys have. I sent a suggestion to my dear boss Veronica about that and wished for an image with a racing car. And this is what they came up to. I totally love this smashing wonderful brrrmmm brrrrmmm card. Isn't he magical? The image is called My racing car and you find it over at the Paper Shelter shop.
Now, this is one of those images that has gone straight into my heart and I felt that when I started to colour this sweetie up, it would look good. And do you know what? I am soooo pleased with how it turned out. It got as vibrant as I wanted it to be. The card is a birthday card for one of Philip's friend. I do hope he like it. I was close to keep the card for myself. LoL
I have paired Mr Super sweet up with some designer papers from Maja Design which I really love. These are acutally nautical but it worked with this image too. Maybe I have to ask Vero for an image with some kind of boat image too? The summer is soon here... I punched a few stars of two sizes and used the bigger ones for backdrop to the name on the card. The smaller ones are punched in some glittery card from Papermania that I have not used before. A car charm is also added together with some twine from the Ribbon girls. If I ever dared to make a top 10 or even top 5 list of my cards during a year. This would be on it, no doubt. I am really pleased. I only wish that I had a few more racing related decorations, so that is something I will look for during the year. Because this fantastic image is going to be used over and over again. After all I have two boys that needs birthday cards for their friends. ;)
Ok, almost forgot. Playing with a TPS image gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30. Playing in our TPS challenge with another brand gives you the chance of winning three digis of your choice.

Bow die or bow and die or...
Hi everyone! Hope you're having a good week so far. Spending the day at the hospital today, working out my new, well first hearing aid. Will be an intresting experience that I have no clue what that will lead to. Well, better hearing I hope. LoL Actually really nervous about this and how it will work out. Willl be a bit interesting to hear what people has to say as well. That's the good thing about blogging world, you don't need your ears. ;)
This is my second last week as a guest designer ower at Papertake Weekly. These three months has really passed by quickly. I still have one more to go then it's time for someone else to join this brillant team. But first my two last cards.
Well then, here it comes! For this week the theme of bow and dies are set. And if you are lucky enough you can always use a bow die, two in one how to speak, but I am not one of those lucky persons. So both a ribbon bow and a bunch of die cuts is what I have used for this card.
I have used one of the stunning images from Sugar Nellie and coloured her with my Letraset Markers and some prisma pencils for a little softer look. Then she is mounted on three different die cut circles made with spellbinder dies. The two top layers are mounted with form pads 1 mm. The second layer has a row of pearl string on it as I love the look of it. The designer paper is from Maja Design from about two years back. Love the summer feeling to this paper. Poppies happens to be my favourite flowers next to tulips and Gerbera flowers.
Tons of flowers, glitter glue and more pearls is used to decorate the card. The butterflies is made with a Doo hickey die from Magnolia. A hear and a butterfly charm is also used from my never ending stash of charms. The ribbon bow I placed on top for once with a few rose buds.
Hope you like it and come and play with us over at the Papertake Weekly challenges as well this week. There was some smashing entries last week and I can't wait to see what more you will come up with this week.
Love n hugs

New year, New stash
Good afternoon, am back again for the second time today. Still not having the best of days, but I have spent the day at home doing my studying, and that has really been relaxing. Not having to go on that bus with the permanent delay. LoL I've been taking short breaks just sitting and looking throw the window and all the little birds flying by. And I don't have to worry about the cats hunting them down for dinner either, because they hate being outside in this weather with a few minus degrees. Something to be grateful about. I am also really grateful for all the loving friends I have out here in the blogging world that keeps cheering me on even when I don't have the time or energy to come back to see you. You are all the best!
So this is my second card of the day and it's for my guest designing spot over at Papertake Weekly. This weeks theme is set to "New year, New stash". That means you should use something new or something you never used or even a new technique. My new is the new paper pad and a new stamp from Bildmålarna.se. A whole bunch of lovely looking fairies to work with.
This darling is called Alva Feeling. Kind of appropriate don't you think? With all these strange emotions and energy drains I am going throw at the moment. I feel that it is something relaxing over this image, and I am pretty sure I will be using it soon again. I paired her up with the lovely green dp's that comes in the new paper pack. Also worth to have a look at. :)
To make some kind of card from all of this I used some creme coloured roses from WOC. Went heavy on the glitter glue. Used some of the fabby high quality ribbon that I got the other day from the Ribbongirls. A charm from either Bildmålarna or ROX stamps. A few die cut butterflies of different kind and I finished it all up with the little extra stamp I got from Bildmålarna. "I do believe in fairies". Love that little stamp.
Well this is all from me for today. I am now going back to my book and hope to get throw all the text I need to read at least once today. And then I got some tests to do for those chapters. So not up to it today, just want to sleep and start this week over. Need to hunt down the employment office as well to see where my papers are so I can keep on my fight with the union as well. Can it be that who makes me feel really bad and mean? LoL
Thanks for reading and looking at my second creation of the day! Do come and play with us in the "New year, New stuff" challenge. But before I hit the books again, I will do something for old me, look at a few scrapping videos from CHA...

It's a fairytale
So to the first card of the day. We have a new challenge up over at Passion for Promarkers for you today. The theme set is "Just a fairytale" (princes, princesses, castles etc, anything you can think of when it comes to a fairy tale). To play with us you need to use colouring products from Letraset. Letraset is also the sponsor of this challenge.
I actually had a bit of a problem with this challenge as I wasn't in the mood for either princesses or princes. Then I got a picture in my head and kind of knew what I wanted to do, but that fell apart to as I didn't find any image to match my plan. So plan B it was and I went with a castle to follow the theme and then added a dragon trainer from the Paper Shelter. I love the look of the dragon as it looks something like a snake and bird at the same time. However, I might have made the image a bit too small as it's drowning a bit in the back ground.
I was a good gal anyway and got the card done and I used only left overs. How great isn't that? The dp's are old ones from Magnolia. The text sentiment is also from Magnolia and the flowers are mostly from WOC and I am Roses. The pearl sprays made into circles are from ROX stamps. Some sparkle is added with the help of stickles.
Ok, this is all for now. Time to hit the books again, I am soon to be a financial genius keeping this up. LoL Do come and play with us, it will be fun and I would really love to leave you all some comments to have a reason to break from the studies.

Finally
I made it! LoL I manage to get the card up today even if it is in a nick of time. Another day spent with the sick kid that is finally on the way to recovery. The fever has started to go down and I don't have to do more of the unplanned laundry. Fever makes Willy vomit when it passes a surtain degree and he is finally below that temperature now. So let's hope it stays that way. Fingers crossed! I am so tired and feel so stressed. It will be a day home tomorrow as well, and then I hope we stay healthy, at least for a week or two. LoL
Well, my card that I finally manage to photograph. It's still a card for the new challenge over at the Paper Shelter Winter birthdays with sentiments and cold colours. I have used the lovely image called winter goddess. She is really lovely and it was a joy to colour her in just as it always is with the TPS images.
I have paired her up with some lovely cold dps from Panduro in blue and lilac pink. Added some flowers from wild orchid crafts, a charm that I think comes from ROX stamps. I covered it in gesso and glitter to tone it down a bit. Around the edges did I use some glittery stripes that I have had for ages and used all theh time before. A swirly die that I got from Joanna Sheen. I cut it down to pieces to fit the card better. Also a whole bunch of punched snowflakes cut in with CS and some old gemstones to give them a shine. The lace came from the super market. Nice and broad it it is, love that and wish I had bought some more of it. They only have it for Christmas. Later this year I make a great stock up of that. LoL My sentiment is tiny but it's there and it simply says "Grattis" (congrats in Swedish). The stamp I had planned to use was to big for the space I had left, so major rethinking there.
Anyway, I am really pleased that I managed to finish this off and get it blogged in time. I will reward myself and spend an hour our so colouring before going to bed. I think I deserve it. LoL
Thank you to you who have left the kind comments on my blog even if I have been a really, really bad blogging friend during the last month. I really do hope to do better this year, as soon as I learn to handle the stress I feel right now and the tiredness. I think I have to do something about how and when and what I am eating and more important, learn to relax and breath. Easier said than done, but I need to give it a go.
As always the big gift voucher is up for those of you playing with a TPS image, and three images of your choice playing with another brand.

New challenge over at the Paper Shelter
Good evening everyone! This was supposed to be a post about my latest card for the Paper Shelter. Instead I have spend the half of the day looking after sick kid number two. Headaches and fever and all that comes with that.
He seems to become calmer and might even go to sleep soon. I hope so, he doesn't deal very well with fever. Can someone tell me why this always happen when I am home alone with the kids? Every single time. Mats is out having fun at an ice hockey game in Växjö while I am stuck with this.
One good thing however, I don't have to call in to school tomorrow because of a sick kid. The internet died on us again. It seems to be crashing as soon as more than 15 people uses it. At least I can now do some studying at home hopefully.
What a great start of the New Year! Not! I am feeling a bit angry with it all and so tired of it all as well. 8 days into 2014 and both kids has already been sick or is...sigh...
Well my dear friends. I guess you have to wait a little longer for my my card, I will try to finish the last part of now, so I better get going.
The theme of the week by the way: Winter birthdays with a sentiment and use cold colours like blue, cold grey, lilacs etc. And don't forget that sentiment on the front. If you play with a TPS product you can win a gift voucher worth $30, playing with another brand gives you the chance of getting 3 new digis to your collection. There is so really lovely new ones. I especially love the Racing car image. It's so cute!
Hope to see you soon

Anything goes with an option
Good afternoon everyone! Hope the start of your year was great and that it all will go in that direction this brand new year. I am still feeling the hit of the earinfection that the cold grew into be and are still after two weeks really unstable and go on very low energy. Hope I will be let out of that really soon.
I've been told that my year will be a bit of turbulent, and I can't stay that I look forward to that. How I know that? Well, I am one of those who belives in the spirits and life after this, and a friend of mine told me this. On the other hand, I also believe that you can always affect your own life and the choices you make. There for I have decided that my year won't be such a mess. :) I am choosing not to take the negative turn on this, it can get turbulent, but that can also be a good thing. I am just hoping that it won't be stressful as I am really crappy in that field. I can't handle it. LoL Enought about this crazyness. And on to my first creation of the year that is getting shown here.
This card is made for the new challenge over at the Papertake Weekly challenges. What a treat January will be for all of you when it comes for challenges from them. I have only three more challenges left as a guest designer for then after this and it already feels empty. I try not to think about it and enjoy what it left.
This weeks theme is Anything goes with the option extra is to make something to celebrate something new ie new house, new year, new baby etc. Or do a technique you've never done before. I felt a little lazy at first and did just want to go with the Anything goes option and then realized that woohoo, I have a great image already coloured up for a great card for a new born. There seem to be plenty of babies arriving around my youngest brothers stable of friends, so hopefully I can give the card to J, and he find a friend that it's suiting for. Clever right? I have even made it natural in the colours I went for. Can't be any better. LoL
The image is from Bildmålarn and is coloured with my distress ink. Don't ask about the colours because I have no clue at all which ones is used. But hey! It was fun to use a brush for once. The designer papers are from First Edition, and comes from two different pads that has really gotten mixed up. I am no fan of all the glitter and other strange things that is going on on some of the papers, but you can't get everything can you? At least they where cheep. LoL
I took some left over card stock and made the sentiment saying congratulations in Swedish. The die is from Rox stamps. Great value of that die. Great quality too. I paired som roses from WOC up with a few red flat flowers from a Primapack, added a charm into that and a few piece of swirls made with a new one of Joanna Sheens lovely dies. They are to die for by the way. Great quality and great prizes too. A wooden button picked up on the teddy bear in the picture and balanced everything a bit. Well, and then the pearl heart and I was done. I have not been able to fit any time in for decorationg the inside yet, but I will. Sooner or later.
Ok, I hope to see you soon over at the Papertake Weekly challenges. I for sure could use some new inspiration after beeing of from crafting for almost three weeks. But hey! I have gotten four (!) new desks for my crafting room. I just need to start reorganizing everything.
Love n hugs

Love n hugs

Happy New Year!
I am just dropping by quickly to wish you all a wonderful new year of 2014. It kind of feels like I have dropped out of the blogging world the last weeks. And well, the fact is I have. LoL
I have spent most of the Holidays sick and still hasn't become well. So very little energy and lots of cough. And tomorrow we need to take the youngerst to the doctor to get some meds as he has been sick even longer than I have.
I do hope things get back to normal soon as I am so tired of this and I hope to be back with a new creation to show you all soon.
Love n hugs
