More than one fold

Hello there and so sorry to be late with this post. We have a new challenge up over at Winter Wonderland and the theme is "More than one fold". Our sponsor for this challenge is

Di's Digi Stamps,
who are offering a $12 voucher to our lucky winner.

For once I didn't have any trouble with cutting and scoring more than one fold, but it took forever to get the image coloured as I'm still having trouble with my hands. It's like as soon as I hold on to a marker I start shaking. But at least my fingers are more stiff now and painful. Always something. LoL

I have used a BildmÃ¥larna image and the designer paper is also from BildmÃ¥larna. Gosh! I miss that stamp brand. The images is really super sweet. The fold is called something like book pop up card, well something like that. I found the tutorial over at splitcoast stampers. Thank you for that! It was very helpful and the design was really fun to work with. I might just do this folding and scoring again. For decorations have I used some lace and some die cuts. The Christmas tree stamp used inside the card is from LOTV. The empty panel is for the greeting that will be added later on when I have decided who will get the card. I also used some ball trimming and hope that gives a feeling of snowballs.

Well, that is all for now. Hope to be back soon again.

Summertime sentiment

Morning and hello! Time for a new challenge over at AUD sentiment, well not new but team B is showing of their inspiration for the last week of the challenge Summertime sentiment.

This time we're sponsored by Make it Crafty which have some of my favourite images when it comes to male images. And since my family is filled with bikers; well a few at least like my dad who owns a big green mashine. I have never enjoyed biking at all. My partner have a sporting bike a la oldie but in great shape. We have been together for more than 20 years and I have been on that bike five times. Never again, and hopefully my partner will only do what the image does as well in the future. LoL

I printed biker dad fairly big this time as it is filled with details and I am still sore in my fingers and hands. I am lucky when I manage to use them for anything more than the job training. But I feel that I miss my crafting so this was great fun even if the boss ladies had to wait for my card again. Sorry about that. I'm doing my best and really wanted to use the image I got from MIC.

Big image require very little embellishments on the card. I punched out a few red stars and added some gemstones to give a little sparkle. Who dare say you can't use sparkle on male cards? I was also good enough to use up some leftover designer papers from Magnolia. A ribbon with big dots on it that I used with the wrong side up to get a plain black ribbon. A few metallic star brads and my sentiment made with organge letter stickers from Panduro. The image is coloured with my Letraset Markers. The sentiment says "Sommarskoj med hoj" (summer fun with bike). It doesn't really make out that great in English for once. LoL I have used some glossy accent on the light and on the cleaning bottle for a little more interest as well.

Ok, this is a really fun and simple challenge so come on and join us in the fun over at AUD sentiments.

Rainbows - either actual ones or the colours

Morning and hello! Long time no seen. My finger joints keeps messing with me and make it hard for me to creat at the moment. The card I am showing here is actually the one I started for the Paper Shelters challenge last week. Recycling is a good thing right? I am really tired of the pain right now and since the weather is playing games it doesn't get any better. Hope it will be more stable soon.

Ok then, trying to keep this short to ease the pain in my joints. The image is from the Paper Shelter and is called The hippie van. Of course coloured with my Letraset Markers. You do need to use them to take part in the challenge over at Passion for Promarkers which this week have the theme of rainbows - either an image of one or the colours.

Designer papers I have used are from an Echo Park pad. The flower ribbon is a left over from a magazine or something like that I think. Black pearls in the corners and in the bottom of the rainbow, no gold here. ;) The center of the flowers has gotten a dash of black glitter glue from Rangers. The lights on the van have some glossy accent to them just for a little fun and interest.

Sponsoring the challenge over at Passion for Promarkers is Polkadoodles with two images to one lucky winner. Lucky you!

Well then! What are you waiting for? Come on and do some Letraset colouring and come and join us over at PFP this week!

Santa is coming to town

Morning and hello weekend! Made it in the nick of time again. Still hot like boiling water here in Kalmar and while everyone is enjoying it, I get more and more pain. Still shouldn't complain. The school is over and out for the kids for the summer. Three  weeks with the youth center by the sea four days per week and then long lazy days for 6 weeks for them.

As it's still really painful in my joints I used a pre coloured image for my card today. It's from The Paper Shelter and is called Yes, I have my methods. I went for a green theme this time, don't ask me why, but it might have to do with me finding some green mirriboard. It's a simple card. but it's there. Some card candy and a punched border is the decorations for this. Also some net ribbon to break the text paper up a bit. Letter stickers from Panduro spells out Merry Christmas in Swedish.

This week we are sponsored by Crafty Sentiments who are offering the winner three digis.
Anyway, it's time for a bit of rest. And then there is time to do a few more cards that is needed for the weekend. Two for a name ceremony and one birthday card. Busy busy! I wonder how this will work out with my poor hands. I might even give in when it comes to this...

Bingo + sentiment

Hello you all! Finally here with my new AUD sentiment project. We're having a heatwave here in Sweden as I belong to the 20% of the people with RA that feel really much worse when it's hot outside this is a real pain in ... Still I enjoy sitting in the sun but my bigger joints are not very happy about this weather.

This times challenge over at AUD sentiment is all about Bingo + a sentiment of course. So this is the bingo board and the sponsor this week is The Stamping Boutique.  Klick the link to visit their store.

My card then for which I have used Prince Lonnie Latte. I have coloured with my Letraset Markers as almost all the time. I have also used a paper pad from Dove craft I think, some manly collection. And I have used the diagonal row starting in the left lower corner and ending in the upper right corner. The sentiment says "Have a wonderful day" in Swedish. A few pearls, some die cut clouds and border die is used as decorations on this card.

Anyway, this bingo board is really easy to use and I am sure you can get something going with it. Do come and join us in this fun and easy challenge. And don't forget the sentiment! :)

Masculine

Morning and hello everyone! Yet another painful week and I am so lucky to have a card fitting this weeks theme that I have not shown before. Feeling lucky! I will keep this short and sweet as it's even painful to write this.

The image is one from Make it crafty, Brian something I think. Sold both in set and separate as digis. Great male images for fun cards. Once again I left it without sentiment for the sender of the card to add to it. I made three different ones a few months ago and this was on the hold. :)

This is the card in it's simple design. This one is keept in a post card size, Just for the fun of it and because I wanted to try out the stichy rectangle dies, however this brand isn't that sharp in it's "cut" our how I should put it.

Sponsoring our challenge this week is Sassy Studio with four images from their digital collection.

As always you have to use Letraset products to colour your images when you play with us. Do dig those lovely markers out and come and join us.

Make it colourful

Morning and hello! We have a new challenge up and running over at the Paper Shelter today. Unfortunatly I am still having trouble with my hands so I have not been able to make anything for this challenge. I am doing a bit better but it's slow changes at the moment. My body isn't that good when it comes to dealing with the weather changes that goes on. Hopefully it will be a bit more stable the coming weeks with a little sun and some warmth.

Our theme is Make it colourful and that means we want to see bright fun primary colours on your creations this week. So only fun happy colours, no pastels this week.

http://www.thepapershelter.com/

As always we have a gift voucher worth $30 up for grabs if you play with any TPS product. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning three (3) digis of your choice. There is tons of fabby images to choose between and you are sure to find something that will suit you.
