Flowers or anything goes over at Creatalicious Challenges

Morning and hello! I am back with a new creation for the fabby Creatalicious challenges. This time do we have the theme of "Flowers or Anything goes". So it's nice and easy to join us as always.

I have made a card with some other old designer papers of mine. They are from Pion design and are really lovely but a bit thin to work with. However they were a perfect match to this image from Power Poppy called Everything's Rosy digital stamp.

I have coloured this image with my Winsor and Newton Markers and had really fun doing it. I have kept the decorations simple with a few roses from Wild Orchid Crafts and some butterflies made with a punch from Martha Stewart. Some pearls and a piece of lace is also added to the card. I hope that you like it.

Our sponsor this two week period is CAS-ual Friday Stamps which is offering a prize of

A really nice and lovely prize for one lucky winner!

Well, I hope that you come and join us for this fun challenge. Nice and easy theme and fun to be able to go with either a fun theme of flowers or add a card that you have done just for fun or for another challenge.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Lots of Layers over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at PFP today and I hope you will join us for this fun challenge. You need to use your markers from Winsor and Newton or their cousins from Letraset to have a chance to win in our challenge.

Our theme is Lots of Layer, probably one of my favourite themes. Loves adding layers to my creations. I have done tons of layouts lately and there I always add lots of layers both with stamps and papers. For some and it has kind of come along on the cards as well. Now however I also have my favourite sketch to use and this is it. I kind of make it with variations. I have to break free from it soon before I get really, really boring.

Oh! We have a brand new sponsor this week, the wonderful Lee Holland Designs and Lee is offering one lucky winner 2 digi images of their choice from his online store.  His designs are super cute so pop over to the store and check them out.

For my card have I used the fabby cute image called Girl holding kitten. It is filled with tiny details and the promarkers are a bit big from time to time but lucky for me do I have a good stash of blending markers that cleen up the image a bit. But it was tons fun to colour an lovely image like this. I recomend you to pop over to the store and check out all the lovely images they have in their store.

The paper pad is from Doodle Bug. The colours are wonderful and has such great colours and fin patterns as well even if I wish there was a few more that reads as neutrals. But I love the fish bone paper. Isn't it smashing cute? I have also used a paper doily and some enamle dots and hearts from Marianne Design I think it is. They are also lovely. The sentiment is from the paper pad as well, a piece of an project life card that is popped up in the right end.

Anyway, I hope that you have fun playing along with us. Two lovely images from Lee Holland is up for grabs!

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs

Sentimental over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello! It's time for a new post over at my little blog. Sadly I never got to publish any card for my last Paper Shelter challenge. This time I have managed to make a card but not gotten a good photo so this I need to fix.

I had a play with some old water colours, or what they could be called they are in tiny bottles and I can't even read the name of them anymore. They are kind of like the shimmers that is all over in the scrapbooking world at the moment but I don't think they are the same but sparkling they are as well and filled with pigments. I kind of made the back ground paper myself and had fun doing it. It was just what I needed, some simple play. Next time I might even gesso some cardstock instead of using the expensive water colour paper. LoL

I have used the fabby image called Fitness Buddy, and it's the pre coloured version as I had fun making the background. I took the colours from the image at least kind of then after it all had dried up did I add some splatters with a vibe spray. I also had fun doing some doodling and used my old fashion dynamo for the sentiment. I also found some lovley smooth dark blue card stock in my stash. Have to find out what the name is for that. It's stunning!

As always, we have a gift voucher up worth $30 when you play with the Paper Shelter brand. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning 3 digis of your choice. Nice and easy to play along, right? You can enter our challenges up to three times, but at least one of your creations needs to have a TPS image on it.

Well my friends, I hope you will take the time and come and join us over at the Paper Shelter this week. I am pretty sure you can figure out a way to fit our theme of "Sentimental".

Love n hugs,
Marie

Patterned papers over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello! Sitting here trying to write with the 8 fingers as I managed to cut myself with my portable cutter the other day and it's like deep paper cuts and just pulls apart the whole time. Tons of aloe vera on my hands at the moment to help it heal but it's a mess to write. Well, none on my now but when I don't use my fingers. Don't know how I managed to cut one finger of both hands at the same time. A mystery to solve some day.

Anyway, the show must go on and here is a new challenge for you over at Passion for Promarkers. This weeks theme is a fabby one: "Patterned papers". It should really be an easy one. Just use the right markers and start colour away, then hit the all the boxes with designer papers you have and you're good to go. You need to use Promarkers or their sibblings.

Ingen fotobeskrivning tillgänglig.

Our lovely sponsor this week is All Dressed Up which is offering one lucky winner 2 digi images of their choice. Thank you for that!

And my card. First of all, sorry about the photo. It got a bit strange again, I really need to get some good lights to work a bit with. I suck at this with camera and editing. I should learn to handle the camera so I don't need the editing. LoL

I used some left over designer paper pieces from a Glitz paper pad in lovely spring colours and used the image called: pretty bonnet. I used a few flowers from my stash and a ribbon. I thought it was a little bare up to the right corner so I added a die cut heart there tone on tone just for a little extra touch. I have also been doing some colour blending on the sweet gals dress which was fun as I always forget to do that. :)

Well, this is all from me for today. I hope you will take the time and come and join us for this fun challenge and then maybe play along once more. ;)

Love n hugs
Marie

Add some stars over at the Paper Shelter

To be edited
The post will be late due to heavy headaches. So sorry the headaches will not give in so I have to pass on this challenge. Hopefully it will settle soon.

Morning and hello! I will be posting my creation for the Paper Shelter here later on today. In the meanwhile can I tell you about our theme which is set to "Add some stars" this week. Another nice and easy theme I hope.

The prize on offer is a $10 coupon to the Digi Store

I have used the fantastic image called Christmas Owl, the pre coloured version as my hands was shaking badly when I made my card. Luckly the image was with a coloured version and it matched a card base that I had made way back in the summer when I tried to finish off one of my old Panduro paper pads. Sometimes you get lucky!

I kept the card fairly simple as I love the CAS look still this have some extra details to it, so I don't really think that I would call it a CAS card. There is some golden web ribbon, some black and white ribbon and some card candy as well for decorations. I love the lovely colours that came together really well on this card. It looks even better IRL as the colours are more crisp there.

I hope you'll take the time to join us over at the Winter Wonderland for the Cute Christmas Challenge. Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Make it cute over at PFP

Morning and hello! I am back again with a new creation for Passion for Promarkers and a new fun theme. It's set to be "Make it Cute". It should be a nice and easy theme for you all. Most images around seems to be cute and adorable now days. I love to have some fun playing with sweet images and from time to time a fun and a bit crazy one too.

For my card have I used the fabby image called Fancy Dress and of course she is coloured with my Promarkers. Sorry about the strange colours, I don't know what I did to make them look this strange on the photo but there is no energy to fix it. Some day I will take the time to learn how my camera works, at least how it reads and fix the white balance. Would be a great start I think. LoL

I have used an old paper pad from Echo Park called Spring day or something nice like that. It's filled with pretty papers in lovely colours and for once have I pretty much the same colours on my image. Doesn't happen too often. LoL I have worked with many layers and very few embellishments again. Just a few enamle dots for some extra splash of colours.

I wish you a fabby day and hope you take the time and come and join us in our fun challenge this week. Looking forward to come and visit your blog!
