Just for fun nr 23

Morning and hello!
Here comes a little card that I made a little time ago. I bought this little stamp set from Magnolia ages ago but never got around to use it. But now it was time to play around with it. Actually, it was probably more time to play with distress inks.

For some reason do I find it most fun to use the distress inks together with my Magnolia stamps. It's more fun to colour them with the distress inks. But as I do it so seldom it gets at the max an ok result. For this card have I also used some golden ink. The roof and some of the shining stars are made with that ink.

Well, this is all from me for today and do take some time and something that makes you happy!

Use a number over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!

It has been a long break for me with the paper Shelter challenges as Shirly and her team takes care of most of the summer but now is acutally the B-teams time to give you a new challenge.

This week's theme is set to "Use a number". So some how do we want to see a number on your creation. Is it a special birthday, a card for the first grader maybe, how  long you best friend has been married? You get the idea.

Now I just hope that I can get my computer going. I have lost about everything when it comes to my TPS-files and some photos and some other important suff and I just can't find it. Hope I can find someone who can help me out and recover them.

Anyway, I had this image colored since early this summer. Maybe not tbe best colouring but at least I think it looks ok. The image is called Cute Bike. It's a fabbt imaga and great fun to work with. Why don't you drop by the shop and buy the smashing image and maybe some more of this stunning image?

I have coloured with my Letraset Markers and used a bunch of designerpapers from Felicity Jane, a digital paper pack. I love the papers and would love to have the real stuff but it gets whay to expensive to send them over here to Kalmar, Sweden. The card is quite simple but with tons of layers and a ribbon and I will find some decroations for the card after writing this up.

Anyway, I hope that You take the time to play with us this fun time!

You can play along with our challenge up to three times, and one of these do you have to use a Paper Shelter image. However, you always have the chance to win over at our challenge. Playing with another brand gives you the chance to win three digis of your choise. Playing with our challenge gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30.

Just for the fun of crafting 22 with a little help from your friends!

 Morning and hello!

Here comes a new creation from me and the chaos that is my lift at the moment. I am feeling really crappy and is quite depressed. A yes, I am on the happy pills so it does't really show if you don't want it to show. Like "kind" co worker told me a while back: You can't have hit the wall, you ar waaay tooo happy! Douuugh! I am eating antidepressivs I can look happy without being it. That was a thought day that's for sure.

Since I have managed to loose all my files with photos that I should publish for the rest of the year I will show You a bunch of photos of my life saver and probably best friend in the future. This is our new kitten from Änga Cat's in Skåne. The breed Maine Coones with white, torties, black, red etc. And we have the sweetest gal around. Here namne is Hildegard but we just call here Hilde. Well sometimes she goes under less nice names and there is Bloody Monster the kindest of them. ;) I love this kitten because even if she is only four months old she feeels it when I need her to comfort me and when I need here sweet loving tenderness. She is amazing. And today we realized that she has gotten a protector as well. Our dear Fritjof who moved in with us last year with a broken bone. It totally devestaded when we try to snip Hildes claws. He sings to her and to us. Way nice to her that's for sure.

Let's see if I can find a few photos of her to see,

Just for fun 21

Moring and hello!
A little card with a winter theme today. It's just for fun and it will be a short post.

The images are from Lawn Fawn and the designerpapers are from a Dove Craft pack I think. It's really old at least. I have only used a die cut frame as a fun detail to the card. Hope you like it and that you will get some inspiration to start your christmas card making.

For a male/boy over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and this week have I set the challenge. I'm going for a male/boys card. So the theme is "for a male/boy".

Our sponsor this week is Dr Digis House of Stamps. One of my favourite brands when it comes to fun and charming images with a bit of humour in them. I love this one for example.

This is a kind of old image and I have used it before but there is plenty of people that it still fits. ;) It's called Keep Fit Kenneth and of course he is coloured with my Promarkers.

The designer papers are from a paper pad called. As usual, I can't remember and I have put the pad away along time ago. It's a colourful paper pad with a boyish theme. - Got it! Wild Child from Pink Paisley, the boy version. The paper designs doesn't keep together that well so I would not buy it again. But some of the papers are wonderful! Like the combo here; I love the green and blue together with a hint of yellow. I have also used some enamle stars from Marianne Design I think and some stars that is die cuts from a die with different star shapes. Use it all the time but do a bunch of cuts at the same time. Perfect for left over card stock. I have also used a border punch from EK Succes I think, it's the paper pad look.

Well then, now it's your turn to create some male/boyish creations for the challenge. Don't forget to use your promarkers to have a chance of the lovely prize from Dr Digis House of Stamps.

Love n hugs
Marie
