Ribbon and or lace

Morning and hello, or rather good afternoon. I am running a bit late here today as the week has been hard on me with more pain again but it will ease soon I hope. I tripped on our porch that we are rebuilding and hit a foot and a knee quite bad. I also got a "bit" too much weight too fast when that happened. I give it another week and if it doesn't heal during this time, here come I come Mr/Mrs Doctor!

Oh well, had an appointment with a physiotherapist in the morning as well. Not for me this time, my elder has problem with feet and knees, especially during soccer season. So now I am over and out how to speak.

We have a new challenge over at Winter Wonderland today. The theme is ribbon and/or lace. Nice and easy for you all we hope. For this challenge are we very appropriate sponsored by

Who are offering a great prize of a £10 voucher to send in their store

Here's a little about our sponsor
Crafty Ribbons is a ribbon emprium. We are passionate about ribbons and want to share our fantastic ribbons with others. Our range of Christmas ribbons is second to none.

Remember when we only used ribbons to add a bow to our hair, or tie up a birthday parcel? Ribbons are now a must have for all type of craft. Whether your project requires satin, sheer, silk, grossgrain, gingham or polka dot ribbon we have them all! Lots of lots of different colours in a range of widths.

Need a little bit of ribbon inspiration? Then have a look at our projects on our blog or visit our Inspiration blog, or maybe join in with our Ribbon Challenge on Facebook. Go on, have a look, it's worth it!

And then we have my card. I have used one of my favourite Magnolias one of the fabby old snowmen. I don't remember what it's called but it's cute isn't it? I have used a mix of different Maja
design dp's, from their Christmas collections. The ribbon is a rose ribbon/lace stuff. I have also added a pearly ribbon, and a little bow made out of lace. Two metal snowflakes and a few wooden stars together with little glittery flower cluster.

The image is coloured with my letraset markers and some glitter pens i both clear and coloured tones.

I do hope you take the chance and start up your Christmas card stash with this nice and easy theme.

Take care and do what makes you happy!

Love n hugs
Marie
