Anything goes with option pastels

Morning and hello! It's a dubble post day today so I better get started early. Well not me but my blog posts. This morning am I offering you some inspiration for the Creatalicious Challenges and this time do we have the theme of Anything goes with an opition of using pastel colours on our creations.

We are sponsored by Sasayaki Glitter which is offering a lucky winner one digi of your choice. It has to be one of the non-coloured ones

Started in her spare time as a hobby, the Sasayaki Glitter store has rapidly grown from a handful of images to a specially curated shop full of images perfect for all crafting needs.  Inspiration is drawn from the life of artist and owner Naz Smith including her travels and her number one love, her son. Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps hopes to excite and inspire crafters to create beautiful handmade cards and gifts, and Naz looks forward to many more years of creative endeavours.

I have used my lovely and well loved promarkers / triamarkers from Letraset / Winsor and Newton to colour this little one. I did also use some of the glossy accent stuff as I normally use it for glas and wet stuff. Adds a little extra to the creation.
The designer papers are once again from LOTV / NitWit collection from years ago. I still have some of it left. It's actually from two different pads that goes quite well together: Up and away and Pastel dreams. Some of my favourite dies has also been used. They are from Lawn Fawn and some flower punches has also been put to work here as well as a scallop border punch. A text stamp from Bildmålarna is use to say congratulations. I used some pearls for the center of the flower and some distress inks around all edges of the dps and image. Kind of cute I think. LoL

So now I hope that you will come and play along with us over at Creatalicious Challenges this time and it couldn't be easier to play along. Either pastels or anything goes.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

A card just for fun...

Morning and hello! I am back again and that is without any reason, well more than I had a great time crafting without any musts a while ago. Well I actually did a bunch of cards on my way to and from Poland, on the ferry. It is a few hours between Poland and Sweden by ferry, around 11 or so and you can get a lot of crafting done during this time. LoL

I had packed a 12 x 12 box with stuff that I could make a bunch of cards from and a paper pack for some scrapbooking lo's but I forgot my photos so a bunch of cards got done at least. Cards that I have been trying to get done for a long time.

Here comes the first of my cards. I have a huge (for me) order of male cards to get done and I never seems to get them done. This trip I got 5 or 6 of them done! Yeah for me! This is the first of them. I have have used Maja Design Denim something something for these cards so they are fairly much the same but not the same how to speak.
I have used toppers from the same paper collection and they are really smashing to work with even if I sometimes find the toppers a bit small for my cards. Many layers of paper and cardstock helps to enlarge them a bit. I love the colours in this paper pack and I love that great look with a mixture of softer patterns like the flowers and then adding the dots, stars or stripes as match to that. Lovely! On this card did I actually use some lace together with a skull charm as I know that the guy who ordered the cards from me will love the different textures that this gives the card.

Anyway, I had tons of fun creating this card when I knew that I had no musts around me and really could focus on sitting on the bed relaxing, cutting my papers and "gluing" away. So relaxing!

Take care and do something that you enjoy!

Digital image over at The Paper Shelter

Morning and hello! Yepp! I know! I am back again for the second day in a row. All breaks from everything is over now and school is back and running for the kids and we start to get back to normal routines again and so will my blogging!

Today I am here to inspire you all to join our challenge over at the Paper Shelter. This week we have our theme set to "Digital image" and that is simply as it sounds. You use a digital image and you are good to go. You can colour yourself or use a pre coloured one but it has to be an image. Nice and easy once again.

I have used a new image called A nice tan. I have used the pre coloured version once again as I find it lovely to show case Veronicas lovely digital colouring and it saves me some time as well and that is what I need at this point. I have used some lovely old Basic Grey papers from the pad called "Marjolaine". Tons of blue, teal and green colours, totally smashing. Wonder why I have not used it before. I can only be 7 or 8 years old. LoL

The design is simple once again as we have a big trade show on at work this week and I have spent tons of time working on our home page adding new stuff. So I am a bit sour in my fingers and back. But the truth to be told I am liking the clean designs. I have many layers of paper and card stock and only decorated with some pearls and a sentiment stamp which I have no clue where it's from.

I do hope that you want to come and join us for our challenge. You don't even have to use a TPS image even if we love it when you do. If you are smart enough and use a TPS image and get picked by Mr Random you will win a gift voucher worth $30. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning three digis of your choice.

So do something fun today and come and join our challenge! You have a week to enter it!

Happy Birthday over at PFP

Morning and hello! Time for a new fun challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This weeks theme is nice and easy for you all to take part in. We are doing "Happy Birthday" cards this week. The only thing you have to do to take part in our challenge is to use your Promarkers from Letraset or Winsor & Newton.

I have dug out an old stamp from my stash and colour it with my markers. It matched perfect with my new paper pad from Doodle Bug called "Kitten Smitten". There is really happy colours in this pad, maybe a little too bright but it was fun to use some really bright and happy colours for a while. I have used tons of blending pen on my image to get a softer look on the fur.

As I am working tons this week I had to keep my card really simple and have used my scalloped punch, a heart die from Dovecraft and just a few black pearls. The sentiment stamp is from Gummiapan I think. I have a big box filled with sentiment stamps but it's a total mess and I never really know where stuff are from or what I have. A big surprise each time I take out that box.

UnikoLogo

Our generous sponsor this week is Uniko Stamps and they are offering one lucky winner 1 stamp set (which must be in stock) from their online store.  Their stamps are gorgeous so why not pop over to the store and check them out.

Well, take care everyone and do something that makes you happy!

Make it feminine over at PFP

Morning and hello! I am back again, with a dizzy feeling of is it really over already? That is my vacation. It's only this week left and then has four weeks passed by just like that. Tons has happened during this time. I have gotten my meds to work fairly well. There is still some hickups but not as often as before and I feel quite good. I can use my body more than I have in a long time and that is smashing. At the same time am I more tired in the evenings but my head is still right awake.

We have spent five days in Vimmerby seeing the kids play Bullerby Cup with 166 teams in for classes. They did both well. Willy managed to keep the goal safe and only let 4 goals in during 6 games. Philip scored 3 or 4 times and assissted in many more of them. Great games from three teams! The best part was to use a "few" bottles of "champange" over the teams. You forget you have lost the last game then.

The day after the soccer tournament did we go to Nybro and picked up our new cat. It's a new rescue cat that has lived outside for five or 6 years only having access to some old houses with no heat in it. An old lady has fed him and the rest of the gang of about 20 cats. He is probably the father of all the cats in the gang but now is he neutered. He is just like Bullen was; red and white and looks like he has been in a war but still he loves humans and have already spent a night in my bed. They have called him Goldfinger but we have renamed him to Lukas Viking. He looks like a warrior.

And by the time this goes live are we, me and my family on the way home from Poland. We have had a few days at a spa hotel relaxing and looking around in Sopot and nearby towns. Have been to a museum learning more about the WW II and the zoo close by.

Well then now to my card.We have a new fun challenge up for you over at Passion for Promarkers. Our theme is Make it feminine. A nice and fun challenge for the lovely ladies in your life. I have used a sponsor image from our lovely sponsor A day for daisies. Which is also sponsoring our challenge with a prize of a voucher worth $12. It's a great prize for one lucky winner providing the card makers has used promarkers from Winsor & Newton or Letraset.

I have used a paper pad from story line or something like that. Basic black or something like that is it called. I have used a bunch of stuff from my stash to make this card. There is some lace, a few metal black swirls from Prima, a punch that I can't remember where it's from but the Art Deco style suited the image really well. I have also added a few gemstones both on her belt and hair decoration as well as in two corners. I have also used a swirly stamp from stash. And that is it. Ready and done. Now I just need to remember to add the card to a few challenges. The image is called Classic Fashion and you find it here.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!
