Christmas cheer 7-2021

Morning and hello!
Time has come to say good bye to July and say hi to August which will be here tomorrow. The kids have three weeks left of their Summer break and then we will go back to normal again.
I am hoping that my meds starts to  work and that I can start to feel better and have less pain which is totally draining for me.

This image is from hÄnglar and Wings as well as the sentiment. I am so in love with these lovely images. They are fun to colour and are very cute, don't you think?

I have used some die cut snow flakes, a green ribbon and some lovely pearls in matching colours. The designer papers are from Maja Design once again.

Take care and do something that you enjoy!

Just for Fun 28-2021

Morning and hello!
Time for a new little card just for the fun of it. This is an image from Polka Doodles and their Honey Pie series. Is't she cute?

I have coloured with my Promarkers and a glitter pen from Spectrum Noir. It's mega sparkle when you use these markers. My designer papers are from Echo Park and some left overs from other cards. I think that they are from Echo Park as well. The pearls are Nuvo Drops in a golden colour. Ribbon and flowers are from my stash.

I wish you a great day and don't forget to do something that makes you happy!

Make it bloom! over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
I have finally managed to make a card for our challenge over at Passion for Markers. It has been a long way with my meds and I am still not "home" with them yet. I have added another one to the mix and we'll see how that will work out.

It's my challenge this week and I have set the theme to "Let it bloom", so lots of flowers would be nice to see.

Our sponsor this week is LeeAnn's World which is offering one lucky winner 2 images from the store. Thank you for that!

For my card have I used my favourite stamp and die set from Altenew called Poppy garden or something like that. I paired the images up with some Honeybee Stamp paper pad called Back to basic. It's a paper pad with only black and white prints. It's fantastic!

I am sorry about the bad photo. It had already gotten a bit dark due to rain, which is really needed after many weeks with hot, dry weather.

I have coloured with my promarkers and it was a really long time since I coloured. It was a bit hard and it was even harder to make the card. Some Blue ribbon oxide ink and a cloud stencil from Lawn Fawn made the final touch for my card. Love that blue colour.

Anyway, I have to keep it short as I have problems working with my computer. Way more pain in my shoulders, arms and neck. Anyway, put some flowers on your creation and join our challenge this week. I want many creations to watch when I shall pick my top 5!

X-mas in July 3

Morning and hello!
I am back with my final card for my Christmas in July series. This is also a card made with one of my beloved hÄnglar and Wings' images. I don't have the name of it at the moment.

The designer papers used are from Maja design. And after that did I add some flowers, gem stones and a lovely red ribbon to give the card some interest. The fancy frame is from Spellbinders from way back in the days, but it's still lovely.

Now is it time for me to finish for today. Writing on the computer makes my joints hurt even more than other times. Still I need to do something that I enjoy once in a while.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

X-mas in July 2

Morning and hello!
Welcome back to my Christmas in July mini-series. I have had tons of fun making these cards. One more will be shown off in two days or so.

This image is from hÄnglar and Wings. At the moment do I not have the name of the image. I have used a paper pad from Pink Fresh Studio for this card. A bunch of die cuts is also used to bring interest to this card. I have also used a punch for the piece in the middle of the card.

For decorations on the card is some Nuvo Drops used as well as the fantastic gem stones. The small hearts are enamel shapes. Ribbon on flowers comes from my stash!

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

X-mas in July 1

Morning and hello!
It's already Mid July and time to start getting the Christmas cards going for real now. At least if you have a bunch to make like I have. :)

The Paper pad I have used for my card is from Maja Design. The image is from Magnolia, Sweden. Some of the snow flake dies are also from Magnolia. The ribbon is from my stash but I think I have bought it from either Kristinas Scrapbooking or PY Hobby. The smaller dies are from Magnolia Designs like the scarf and the small leaf. This was a fun card to create.

Time to go to bed! I hope you enjoy a little Christmas inspiration from me in the middle of the summer heat!

Just for Fun 27-2021

Morning and hello!
A little card I made a while ago. A simple card with some fabby images from Lawn Fawn.

I have made the card a small square and added some golden splatters all over the card. A simple card filled with joy when I made it!

It will still be a bit short posts here until my health starts to be a bit more stable. Anyway, take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Dies and or Punches over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
There is a new challenge up over at Passion for Markers. Due to my health have I no creation for it, but my fabby teamies has worked their magic. Pop on over and have a look!

This is some of the info over at the challenge blog!

Onto the new challenge, which has been set by Lorraine C. from Team 1, and she has given us the theme of ‘dies and/or punches’.  Lorraine C. doesn’t mind what you make this week, as long as you include some die cutting or punched pieces on your creations.  This is always a very popular challenge – I know I can’t make a card anymore without reaching for the dies – so hopefully this week’s challenge will have lots of entries.  Don’t forget you can enter any type of creation it doesn’t have to be a card.  The only rule we have is use your markers and have fun!

Our generous sponsor this week is Dies to Die For and they are offering one lucky winner a £15 voucher to spend in their on line store.  Tracy carries lots of lovely American brands in her store and regularly has offers and special deals on her website so pop over and take a peek!

Take care and take some time to play along!

Love n hugs
