Blue or anything goes over at Creatalicious Challenges

Morning and hello!
End of the month time again and that means a new challenge over at Creatalicious Challenges. This month we have the normal Anything goes challenge or the option of Blue.

This time are we sponsored by the lovely people of Dr Digis house of stamps. They are offering a prize of two digis to one lucky winner. A real treat for someone!

For my card have I used the fun image called Aubery Bumblethope.

I had a blast colouring this fun and charming image. It's fun isn't it? A perfect image for a guys card both the ones who knows how to handle their tools and they who doesn't. You just need the right sentiment to go with the image. For the moment don't I have one and when I have it will be added to the inside of the card. I have made the image really big this time and it's because I enjoy the fun colouring of this image.

For the glasses have I used some glossy accent so they are shining a bit when you see it in real life. That is actually the only decoration I have used for this card. I have used three different designer papers that I have cut in long strips and covered most of it up. The paper pad is called something that has something to do with denim.

So here we go. Do come and join us over at Creatalicious Challenges and play along with us. Either you use our fabby anything goes theme or use the even more fun challenge of Blue.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

A card just for the fun of it

Morning and hello!
Here comes a new card made by MI just for the fun of it. I have used a fabby image from Polkadoodles. Sorry I don't have the name of the image in my head at the moment, but I bought a full set of images and cut files and tons of other fun thing in the same set with a beach theme. Now I just need a cutting mashine.

Anyway, the image is really cute and I love it to bits even if I had some trouble colouring the hair as it has tons of little details and I have really limitied light where I do most of my crafting at the moment. I have used some glossy accecents for the swimming glasses and now it as also cracked so they look smashing for this card. LoL The gloss is put around the whole card to make some water effects both here and there.

The image is paired up with what I think is a old paper pade from maybe Echo Park. It's almost finished by now and only small pieces left of the paper pad. Always good to use up some old stuff because the papers are really, really old.

My cards these days are pretty clean and simple because I have a bunch of stash beside my bed that I use to create. And I am too lazy to go and get more stuff, besides that I don't have the room for more of it. It's a tiny space. I have a whole room with colour mediums, paper and decorations still I prefere to create in my bed when I can't sleep. Oh well, it probably changes but for now it's how I do it. On the good side is that I use up stuff that I probably shouldn't have used up in a million years this way.

Well then, enjoy the rest of the day and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs
Marie

Birthday girl over at TPS

Morning and hello!
I am back with a second post for the week and this time I am showing off a card made for the Paper Shelter Challenges. This weeks theme is set to " Birthday Girl" and should be a really easy one. So come on and join us. You can enter up to three times and one of your creations needs to showcase some TPS products.

For my card have I used the new fabby image called Groovy Girl. She totally rocks! A stunning image with lots of happiness to it. Just love it. I have used the pre coloured version for my card and one day soon will I colour it up on my own as well. It's so charming. I wish I had the currage to walk around dressed like that. And had that much red hair! :)

I have used an old paper pad from Echo Park once again. Yes, I have plenty of them laying around and they are still a favourite to use for card making. They make me smile. I have made a few retro flowers with a Joy die in three sizes and used an old paper punch from Martha Stewart to add some details to my card. I went from white card stock to black this week love how it brings out different details. I also managed to use up some old brads for the flower centers and some black and white ribbon for a little more details. The sentiment is made with a old writer that I had for quite some time now.

As always, we have a gift voucher up worth $30 when you play with the Paper Shelter brand. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning 3 digis of your choice. Nice and easy to play along, right? You can enter our challenges up to three times, but at least one of your creations needs to have a TPS image on it.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Morning and hello!

We have gone for the theme of Anything goes so that means that all creations that has some promarkers on them are able to play along and maybe even win a prize. So come on and play along with us for this fun challenge!

I have used an old image I found in my stash and coloured it up. I thought it is fitting with a celebration image for this weeks card. It's I am not really sure who has made but it is cute. LoL

I have used a paper pad that only has tons of celebration papers on it and the ice cream and cookies on the side is fussy cut from one of the papers and added with some pop dots on the top of each ice cream and cookie to add some dimension. A few lovely sequines are also added to the mix to give some more popping colours. Hope you like the happy card!

A card just for the fun of it

Morning and hello!
I decided to pop back again and show off a card of mine. I make so many more cards than show up here, just because I am too lazy to blog them. At least I have taken some photographs of some of them to be able to share when I don't have so much going on here.

This is an image from Lili of the Valley that I have had for a very long time and from time to time I dig it out and colour it up again. It's a good image for everyone to make a happy birthday or celebration card with.

I have actually managed to use the same paper pad for this card as I did for the card I posted earlier this week. From Echo Park and the Spring time pad. I have coloured the image with distress inks and made a few pin wheels for decorations. In the middle have I used the same type of enamel dots as the last card but from another pack. This one has some glitter on the dots and stars.

Anyway, thanks for dropping by. It was good to see you around and pay me a visit. Do leave a little foot print and I be sure to pop by to visit you as well.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs

Summer is on it's way over at Passion for Promarkers

Morning and hello!
Yay! I am back again with pain in a shoulder but feeling really happy today for some reason. And I am tired but my head is spinning of energy. Weard feeling but for most the week is good, at least for a day or two.

Today it's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and this weeks theme is set to Summer is on it's way! That means we want to see summer inspired creations for this challenge. Hope that will be nice and easy for everyone. The only thing you have to remember is to use your promarkers and to follow our theme. That's the way to go to have a chance for our prize of this week.

Ingen fotobeskrivning tillgänglig.
Our sponsor is
A day for daisies which is offering one lucky winner a gift code worth $8.- Such great prize for a lucky crafter!

And now to my card. I have used the fabby image called Favorite Flower Pots as I love to find fun and charming flower pots for my plants outdoor. With that said that I have not planted one single plant yet this season. LoL It was great fun to colour this image and I am really pleased with the colours I picked out for this one. Actually the card makes me smile. I love really love how it all came together this time.

The designer papers are from Echo Park and is called spring time I think but works perfect for summer too with all the fun images on the papers. You find wellies, flowers, kites etc all in the happy colours that Echo park uses for their products. Happy paper pad! ;)

I have used lots and lots of layers of paper and just a few enamel dots as decoration. I think they are from Marianne Design or something like that. I bought a ton of them when I found them really cheep. Wonder how something as small as these little dots can cost so much money? 🤔

So with this I hope that you come and play with us and join in our fun challenges that starts one new each week. Always a prize to be won for one lucky winner who plays along and uses promarkers.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Love n hugs

Colour it! over at The Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
I am here with my new Paper Shelter creation and this week are we going to follow the theme of COLOUR IT! That means you have to have done the colouring yourself. No pre made toppers or only sentiments this time around. You have to use your colouring medium this time around.

I have used an old image called Mad about comics! I have had it coloured for years and never found a perfect time to use it, but now it was time for it. I have used very bright, basic colours when I coloured the image. So I dug out my big collection of Echo park pads with dots, spots, lines and whatever they are called.

I have also used a punch that looks like the edge of the paper has been torned from a note pad. A few die cut stars, a premade from Simple Stories and a black and white ribbon is also used. As a final touch have I used a few of my card candy in mini format. They are perfect for adding a little details to any creations.

Well, I hope to see you over at our challenge this week and be sure to make something fun during the week to keep YOU happy!

Love n hugs

Anything but a square card over at the Winter Wonderland

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Winter Wonderland. This month are we going for the theme of "Anything but a square card". Take a look over at the challenge blog to find tons of inspiration from the team.

And here comes some info about our fabby sponsor this week.

Winner receives a $12.00 gift code

Everything That You Ever Wanted to Know About Bugaboo Stamps: A Short Essay
As if raising five children in the frozen land of the North was not enough of a challenge, Jodie Mackrell decided to dip her cold little Canadian toes into the world of papercrafting by opening an online store full of her illustrations. That was seven years ago. Today Bugaboo Stamps is one of the leading companies in digital images, and we're still growing!  From seriously snarky to sugary sweet to sublimely soulful all the way over to the other side of the super sexy spectrum, you're bound to find all that you need and more to create your paper projects.  Jodie works very hard to provide New Releases and Freebies every week!

And then over to my card. :) I have used the fabby image called Snowmen Block but I have only used three out of four parts of it as I cut it apart. Well, the sentiment part is inside the card as a greeting when you open the card. The best part about the images from Bugaboo is the extra thick lines that gives the images their funky look and it makes them fun and easy to colour. I just love to use them.

I have coloured with my Letraset Markers and some stickle glitter glue. Some layers of designer papers from two different Dovecraft paper packs works as back drop to the image. I did also dig out an old punch from Martha Stewart and punched out some snowflakes for decorations for the card. I used some spellbinder dies in oval shapes to get a different look for my card. I have also used a bunch of pearls shaped like stars. Thought it fit the winter theme. :)

So now I only hope that you take the time to join our challenge and build up your stash of Christmas Cards. Hope to have you join us during this challenge!

Love n hugs
Marie
