Just for fun 5-24

 Morning and hello!

It's time for a new card from me, one that I have made just because for the fun of creating. Can't be any better than that can it? I have tons of pain in my hips and need to keep my mind away from it. 

The image is from the Paper Shelter but I don't remember the name of it. What I know is that I love this fun and charming image. It's fun to colour and she looks like she is full of mischief. It must be her sneakers that makes she look like that...

This image is coloured with my promarkers and the designer papers is from Maja Design and the tropical days paper pad. I added a die cut boarder and decorated it with a lilac lace. Nuvo drops in white and some fabric flowers make the the card pop. I really love how this card turned out.

Just for fun 1-2021

Morning and hello!

Back for the first time this year with a card just because of my love for card making. I still have the feeling for Christmas cards as I love making them but I thought that I should start my just for fun 2021 with something else. So today I have a flower card to share with you!

This is one of my favourite images when it comes to flowers and I have coloured it in many different colours. Favourite has to be pink and yellow but this is also nice. 

I believe the image is from Power Poppy, sadly I lost most of my files during early fall last years. Some are recovered some are not. But I look at it the bright side: I got a good clean out on my pc. And all important stuff like family photos are back again. A thumb up for that!

Ok, back to the card. I have coloured with Promarkers and some pens to that. I have just as always not managed to get a good photo. I really need to start dealing with that during this year. But still, I am happy getting out of bed some days. It will get better as soon as I have figured out both my camera and Photoshop. There is so much stuff to learn and by the time I have learned it's out of fashion how to speak.

The paper pad is from Pink Paisley I think, let's see... Whimsical Collection. A lovely paper pad with some gold foil added here and there. Some blue Nuvo drops and a blue ribbon with a bow is what gives the card some extra details.

A forgotten card

Happy Swedish National day! To the rest of you happy Friday. Taking a few minutes to write a few words and post a card before a long day at the soccer fields starts. For now the sun is shining, just hope it will do it for the rest of the day as it's the final day of soccer school tonight as well. Would be nice if it wasn't so wet then. :) It started with rain the other day, ok yesterday and for Willy's game starting in an hour and a half there is some sunshine. Please stay that way!

I found a card laying around in the computer and I don't think I have shown this one before, if I have I appologize. This card was once again made for a friend of my kids. I have used one of my favourite boy images from the Paper Shelter for this card and it's called Extreme.

He is coloured with my normal Letraset markers and paired up with some designer papers from Echo Park which is perfect for boy's cards. I'm sorry that the photo is such strange one, but the card is long gone. I will see if we can fix it later on.

The only decorations is a few Card Candies in brown. Some foam letters to spell the name of the kid and his age. Nice and easy, just as a card for a boy should be in my opinion.

Ok my friends, it's time to leave for the first hours at the soccer fields and then we get home for a while to rest before we start over again. LoL

An old one but never shown...

Hello everyone and thanks for all wonderful and lovely comments on my cards this last weeks. These really makes my day. It has been wonderful to read them and feel the inspiration coming back to me again. Besides it has been a good break between looking into all wonderful applicants to our design team call over at the Paper Shelter.  Talking about that, it's still a few days left to enter and I would love it if you took part in it. There is quite a few spots to fill again and our team are very delightful to work with and all the gals are wonderful. So don't miss the chance of being in one of the best teams out there. You will not regret it.

Saying all this good stuff about the paper Shelter should involve me showing a card using a TPS image, but I don't have any ready for you to see. For that you have to wait until next week when there is a new challenge both on the TPS challenge blog and Passion for Promarkers as well. :)

This card of mine was actually made last year. I never got a chance to show it and as the BIG holiday is coming up in about 100 + days, it might give someone, some inspiration to make a Christmas card. LoL I know I need the inspiration myself, I have about 37 more of them to make. That means I have managed to make the overwhelming amount of 3 Christmas cards for this year so far. LoL

The image from Magnolia is colored with distress inks and paired up with some lovely designer papers from Dove craft or PaperMania I think. Flowers from WOC and so is the lace. It was a box card made for one of Philip's teachers as their Christmas gift. I really should get those stamps out again and start coloring shouldn't I? Could anyone please finish of the cards for me when I have the colouring done? LoL I have actually put all the Christmas stamps that never have been used in one big bag and plan to use at least a few of them this year. Some things you just feel you need to have right here right now and then never uses them anyway. I have tons of that stuff, that I reeeaalllllly need right here right now and then it just get piled up in boxes waiting to be used. LoL It's time for a treasure hunt in those boxes let me tell you.

Now however, I have an evening filled with soccer ahead of me. The "big" team is playing against Irland late tonight, and in just a little while it's time for the U21 national team to take on Poland. Go Sweden!

Finally

With the flu going around the house again, second time in two weeks there has been a real lack of both crafting and energy here the last couple of weeks. This week has been mine and the youngest one together taking it quite calm. P. had it worst this time and my dear mum took care of him while I had to go to the hospital and to meet my physiotherapist. These was must do appointments, sick or not. Had an appointment with the dentist as well, and another meeting but that has to wait. Now I really hope that it will be calm here when it comes to illnesses as I am so fed up by them all!

So a little card I have made in between how to speak. The last one of my cards for W.'s teachers. Third time with miss Snow flake and I just love the image more and more. I went through my old stamps the other day when I couldn't sleep. And found a whole bunch of lovely stamps that is just forgotten there in the boxes. It's time to start using them again, and maybe one or two of the new ones that never has seen ink. LoL They are many, way too many and I don't think I have to buy any stamps next year and still be able to use new ones all the time. That's how many they are. LoL

Sorry back to my card. This is my grey and pink version of the same card and this time I used designer papers from Bearly Mine design. They come from the digiset called Christmas light. As always (nearly) the image is coloured with my Letraset family. Flowers from WOC and I am Roses. She is also popped up from the oval as she got a lovely paw print next to her from my dear helper Tage, one of my cats. Nothing a good pair of scissors could help me out with this time. LoL Tons of pearls in different sizes and a doily from Nellie Snellen. Ribbon from Joanna Sheen. by the way.
