...and what do I do then? Oohh yes! Another card! This time I used one of the sooo adorable LOTV stamps. I love them all but the ones for the boys are my faves. This one is probably my all time fave and believe me when I say I have many of them. This little guy is coloured with aquamarkers from Letraset and paired up with papers from Dovecraft, tickets from T.H, string from Pagoni and so is the charm, netty thing is from BunnyZoe, dew drops from stash. Now of to the gym and work out, hopefully the knee will be better after that.
I thought I enter this card to the challenge over at LOTV which have the theme of fun and games! Guess what I and my friends used to do when I was a kid and lived on an island? LoL
Stay crafty!

I still have a bunch of unshown cards...
...and while I still remember which ones they are, I love to share one with you today. This one is one of the cards I made for my boy's teachers. Since I plan to enter the card to the challenge over at Just Magnolia, just hänglar Stänglar and they have and open theme with the option shabby chick, I thought this card will do. No shabby chick as I have used far to bright clean colours for that. :)
I have paired up Tilda celebrating Midsummer with an old strawberry image that I adore. There is nothing that says Midsummar as those lovely berries. It's coloured with distress inks. The DP are from Maja Design "Lantliv". Flowers from wild Orchid crafts and pearls from BunnyZon as always. A die-namic border die as also used. I so love that one. Magnolia heart swirl is also on there somewhere. Strawberrie charm from Pagoni.
Well this is it for now. See you around!

New challenge over at The PaperShelter
Hello to you all! We have a new challenge up for you over at the PaperShelter now. This week we're in the mood to
How fun is that? I used this little cutie with her puppies and a bunch of gifts. I'm guessing she's having her birthday. She's colored with copics. The designer papers are from Bearly Mine. The dotty one is from the "love collection", and the striped I'm not really sure. Had it in my scrap box.
All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft and the ribbon as well. The little silver heart is from Pagoni.
Don't forget, if you use a TPS image you can be the lucky winner of $15 voucher, and using any image give you a chance to win one digi of your choice. How great is that? Good luck to you all and I can't wait to see what you create. Hopefully Mr Blogger won't mess so much up this week that it takes forever to comment on all lovely entries.
With love and hugs
Marie
Celebrate!

It's time for another PaperShelter Challenge and then some...
I better warn you right from the start. This will be a long post. Two cards, two challenges with the PaperShelter as the common thing in between.
First of all a big thank you to all of you who joined us this past week for our challenge. Lots of stunning creations from you all. It's so nice to look at them and be inspired by them. This week we are looking for
First of all a big thank you to all of you who joined us this past week for our challenge. Lots of stunning creations from you all. It's so nice to look at them and be inspired by them. This week we are looking for
St Patrick themed cards, and/or cards with charms.
Since I don't have a clue of how a St Patrick day is celebrated, I had to go for the charm part this time. There is so many holidays we don't celebrate here in Sweden. This little tiny country is not much for celebrations. :) So my charms comes from Pagoni here in Sweden. Lovely place to find charms at, to a good price. The image I have used is "Memory Chest", filled with stuff from your childhood maybe? It's coloured with my promarkers. Used one in gold for the corners and the lock. My DP are from Donna's Shabby Vintage if I remember right... Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts just as usual. Half pearls comes from BunnyZoe.
So now it's your turn to pop over and see what my fellow DT friends has come up with. I'm am sure you will get inspired of what they have done.
Then we have another card. This card is made for the challenge over at Operation Write Home where the challenge is do make something "Polka Dot". The PaperShelter is sponsoring this challenge and we in the team was asked if we could make up a couple of cards to inpire you all. This is what I did.
I used the head of the "in the 20's" gal and coloured her up in sepia/brown colours. Put her together with some golden and brown cardstock and some more of the wonderful papers from Bearly Mine. This time from the collections "Dotty" and "Shabby Vintage". So with this I leave you to make a card both for The PaperShelter and for the Operation Write Home as well. Can't wait to see what you creat with this fun theme. What is wrong with me I only tend to make brown cards at the moment. Fourth time in a very short period. Have to find another lovely colour I believe. :)
And til next time, love n hugs for you all

Just Magnolia meets Let's ink it up
For the first time in months I finally found the time to take part in the Just Magnolia Challenge were Dawny has drawn a lovely sketch for us all to follow. I turned my card into an easle card this time as it is kind of fun to make them. At Let's ink it up the theme is favorite stamp with the twist of a charm. Let's ink it up does also have a DT call if anyone is intrested in giving it a try. And charms are added. I won some wonderful sweet fabric butterflies in a christmas challenge. A goodie bag filled with different decorations and I totally fell in love with this butterflies.
It was really hard to photograph this card today. One minute cloudy, the next sunny and the wind is awful. The card was about to take off during the photo shoot. :) DP are from Papermania, flowers from WOC, butterflies from Altheas Mix and the metall one is from Pagoni, web ribbon Bunny Zoe and the half pearls from Joanna Sheen.
Have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
Marie

Passion for Promarkers "Strawberry and cream"
At Passion for Promarkers this week the theme is "Strawberries and cream" and this is what I did with it...
So here we go. Home from Gothenburg and finally finished a card. Tired today and not totally motivated, still didn't want to miss out on the fun! :) At the moment it's more fun to colour in images than to make cards from them. Still, had to do something to be in the challenge. So this is what I came up with.
I used Tilda in the strawberry land and the so sweet text stamp from last summer. Put it together with some DP from Magnolia as well. Strawberries and a check pattern together. Picknick maybe? A charm from Pagoní as well as the material for the "hat pins". Rose from WOC and a prima flower. Quick Kuts leaf and I am done. Almost, some pearls from BunnyZoe and a ribbon from WOC finish off this little creation of mine.
Take care and hugs,
Marie

Lili of the Valley challenge No 51 and PFP
G'day!
After a cold and snowy night! Yep, you read right it snowed again last night, all covered in with , but now it has started to rain. Thank you for that! I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw all that white stuff again. Never thought I would be pleased with some rain coming down. :) A first for everything I guess.
Todays card is made for two challenges Lili of the Valley and Passion for Promarkers entry no 2. (Theme in the garden) I've used a real cutie from LOTV stamps. "Me and my cat" I think it's called. A little girl and her cat sitting on a stair with a BIG flower pot behind them. Really sweet. The card is based on Bev's wonderful sketch of corse, looking like this.
My little card
Papers are from the ever so popular Papermania "Rose Garden". Most cards I've seen has used the pinky stuff, I thought that I go with the green and blue. Goes well with my lilac and blue colours for this card. I've used some cherry blossoms and pin from Wild Orchid Craft, some leafs made with QC, olive coloured ribbon. Silver charm from Pagoni, half pearls from Inkido and some bronze coloured stickles from Rangers. Of course the little darlings are coloured with promarkers.
Have really good day!

Just Magnolia Monthly special
Hi on this post again! :)
Some new photos of the card. Have spent way too much time on it not to show it off. :)
Hi there everyone!
Sitting by my mum's computer today and try to get a few photos burned down to CD's. The burner at home has taken a long vacation as it seems.
Since I spent last night, well the night before that making a card for this challenge at Just Magnolia, which is "Fold it". I better show it of as well. It has taken some time to make this one, but I had tons of fun. Maybe I went a little too far with the flowers this time, but since I placed a flower bed infront of the fence, it needed to be alot of them. :)
I've used an old fence stamp, one of the winter kit Tildas and an old church stamp from Magnolia as well. It gave this result.

As you can see I made a stair step card with a few folds. The card is for a young lady who will have her "konfirmation" in a month or two. Made the card for her grandmother to give to her. I do hope they all like it. I sure did have a lot of fun making it.
Time to get back to business and burn some photos again. I wish you a good day and evening. I hope I will be allowed to sleep the whole night tonight. Neither Philip nor Willy slept tonight. It's in other words a new foggy day. Lucky for us mum and dad cooked for us today. Thanks for that!
Hugs to all,
Marie

Another one for passion for Promarkers and Papertake weekly
Hi there!
Tomorrow is my last day out of three weeks working out and learning good stuff about my body and illness. In this totally busy period I've managed to create something for PFP and PTW. Not my usually card, but a little spring basket. It was so much fun to make and the result is way over my own expectation so I think I have to try this one again.
I've used the sketch provided by PTW and the theme from PFP. The sketch is this lovely one, and the theme is Springtheme with animal. Any colours do. I do hope that my little Tilda bunny counts as an animal. :)

My images are from Magnolia. Lots of tulips that are cut out and raised from the panel to give some dept. The text is rubb ons from Letraset. Cherry blossoms from Wild Orchid craft and so is the ribbon. DP are once again from my supermarket pack, the spring part of it. Really wonderful colours but my photo is pretty bad and it doesn't show the colours properly. A little heart charm from Pagoni.se is added to the little card.
The little gift card/tag.
One side of the basked filled with easter eggs, almond and chocolate, mmmm
The other side of the basked, with the same candy. :)
And one "small" side, the other one looks the same. :)
I found the model for the basket in the magazine "scrapbooks etc". Loved to stitch it all together. Totally fun the whole project. I'm so glad that I managed to use Dawny's sketch in it as well. Well off for some crimestories. Have been up since really early this morning. My youngerst turned two, and was up way too early for me. But he has had a really great day!
A good evening to you all.
Hugs,
Marie
