Christmas Cheer 4 - 2021

 Morning and hello!
Hi how are you all doing? Hope you're having a fabby day and weekend a head of you. Spring is kind of here, at least if you check in the calendar. We are already at the end of April, how fast the time flies!

This month is my card made with a sweet Magnolia image. It's fairly new but I don't have a name for it. I have coloured with my Promarkers and have used a paper pad from Maja Design. I bought the lace die cut around December-20 and I totally love it. Here have I used two pieces of it and covered the seam with some jute trim. I have quite fun playing a bit with my mixed media inks and this card got a splash of gold on it. It went well with the other metal decorations on the card. Snowflakes from PY Hobby, some rhine stones and some golden pearls on top of that.

Hope you like my creation and it's never to early to start with your Christmas creations!

Just for fun 16-2021

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new creation just because it's fun and relaxing to craft! This is a stamp from Crafters Companion. I love the brilliant sentiments that comes in this set, and it's a good way to practise my stamping skills that is a bit rusty at this moment. Almost always using my digi stamps now days.

Here have I created a slim line card which this stamp set is perfect for. Two layers of card stock, one to stamp on and a layer behind before adding it to the card base. Then a few pearls made with a unknown brand as I have thrown them out because they don't hold their shape as good as the Nuvo Drops does. I just need some more colours of the magic drops. :) The image is stamped with ink pads from Altenew.

Well then, I hope you take the time to do some crafting today. You deserve some me-time you know!

Take care, stay safe!

Sentimental over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and this week have I chosen the theme and set it to "Sentimental". That simply means we want you to add a message on your creations. Shouldn't be that hard.

We are sponsored by Dis Digi stamps which offers one lucky winner a gift voucher worth $6. You can get a lovely image for that prize or maybe two...

For my card have I used an image from hÄnglar and Wings. They have a bunch of sweet images and some new ones are added to the store as well. The image is from the set called Harry och Hedvig. For this card have I used Hedvig, and paired her up with some lovely papers from Heidi Swapp called Color Fresh. I have coloured with a mixture of markers from Copics and from Promarkers. Oh, the sentiment is also from hÄnglar and Wings.

As I was in mood for it did I use quite a lot of layers on the card. Dies from Gummiapan, Lawn Fawn, Marianne Design... Think that was all of them. I have also put some old stash to use like the butterflies and the silver stars or what I should call them. Some Nuvo Drops are also taking up some space on the card.

Well then, time for you to jump on over to the Passion for Markers challenge blog and see what my teamies has been up to. Do play with us as you can use any alco markers or water based markers as well.

Take care and do something you enjoy!

Just for fun 15-2021

Morning and hello!
I have been playing with markers and paper again, just because I never grow too old to enjoy colouring and crafting.

This time have I played with an image from Honeypie series. They are from Polka Doodles and are really cute. To be there is a bit too big parts to colour without details but I guess I will learn to master that if I keep practising. The hair is one of the hard places to colour for me. Still all the images are super cute and I have to give them a try.

She is paired up with a paper pad from First Edition. I don't have the front of the pad anymore so I can't help you with the name of it. However it is really old. I thought I would try to use up some of the papers before I decide if I should keep them or not. I am not to impressed by glitter and sparkle on the papers and half of the pad has that. Anyway, creating is fun and I have had a good time creating this card. I have also used up some old prima flowers and some brads as well. A few Nuvo Drops finish this card off together with the ribbon.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

Dies and/or punches over at the Paper Shelter

 Morning and hello!
A quick note to let you know that we have a new fun challenge over at the Paper Shelter. The theme is set to "Dies and/or punches", a classic theme when it comes to card making. :)

I am not able to take part this week as my health is really down below zero at the moment. Way too much health issues that needs to be fixed. On the good side got a month early doctors appointment for my rheumatism. Too bad that it's a non like doctor but we might get a long better this time. Keeping my fingers crossed for that.

Any brand is welcome and playing with our brand gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning three digis of your choice.

Do take some time to drop by the Paper Shelter challenge blog as our first of four new designers begins with this challenge. You are in for a treat. And don't forget that you can play up to three times in our challenges but one of them need to have some TPS-product on it.

Take care everyone and do something you enjoy!

Love n hugs
