Christmas Cheers 8-23

 Morning and hello!

I keep working on my Christmas creations. This one is made with a bunch of left overs that I have had in my stash for a really long time. I have used left overs from a December Daily project that I did some years ago.

I don't do them anymore as I am very traditional when it comes to this. So they are pretty much the same all my Decembers. It makes it less fun to do that project. So I dug out some of the leftovers and made this card that will be perfect for one of my pen friends. I have many X.mas cards to make as I want to send them together with my letters. Very little extra weight is the way to go. This will be one of them for the coming year.

Just 4 fun 21-23

Morning and hello!

Hi again! Hope you have a good day and week. We are already in the middle of summer. WoW! The time have really passed by very quickly this year. After being on another patch for a few cards am I now back with by beloved hÄnglar and Wing images again.

This image is from the set called Håll mitt hjärta. (Hold my heart). It is a very sweet set of stamps with two main images, a boy and a girl. Two sentiments and a row of heart flowers is also in this set. Check it out over at the hÄnglar and Wings store. They ship international. So even if you are in another country can you enjoy their fabby stamps. 

This image is coloured with promarkers and a white gelly roll pen. The paper pad used here is from a paper pad that is only having pink, grey and red papers. I just can't remember what it is called at this point. Hmm. maybe it come back to me.

I have used some flowers from my stash together with some Nuvo dots and die cut leaves from my stash.

Happy Midsummer!

Morning and hello!

It's summer again and time for us here in Sweden to celebrate Midsummer Eve. We are always hoping for sun and warm weather. Most time do we get rain, thunder, sun and wind in a big mix. We'll see how this year's celebration will turn out. :)

My card is made with a stamp from hÄnglar and Wings and it is a really long time since I made this card. Well, at least a year. The stamp is from last year and it's about time to show my creation now. 

I believe that my designer papers are from Carta Bella or maybe Echo park. But probably the first one. I have been in my stash of paper flowers and die cut some leafs to add some details. A few enamel dots in bright pink is also used for this. Some Nuvo drops is also used. I had fun making this card and the image shows a "midsommarstång" that you should dance around to celebrate the summer.

Morning and hello!

Hi I am back again with a second version of my collection to Äldrekontakt. This time is the theme more of roses for the decoration on the designer papers. 

The pink theme is still going on. I also made a few cards in blue and yellow. I believe that I have shown them before. 

I have used different placements on my cards, for the sentiments to make them look a bit different from each other. This time a little broader border of vellum to the sentiment and some pink pearls as decorations for the very clean design.

Morning and hello!

Hi! I am back again. This time with a card where I have stamped the pattern paper on my own with some stamps from my stash. I had lots of fun doing it and this card was a part of my little package to Äldrekontakt. A place that make older people get some social life. To meet people and have someone to talk to and with.

I did a bunch of cards look the same but still different. I played with Vellum to give the sentiment to a place to rest how to speak. The sentiment is a die from either PY Hobby or Gummiapan. In a little while will I show another card from this "collection" of mine.

Just 4 fun 18-23

Morning and hello!

Hi I am back again.! This time with a card without any colouring or real toppers. I have been playing with die cut stars in different colours of cardstock. A simple but effective card design!

The dies are from Spellbinders and the sentiment die is from Gummiapan. I have layered the die four or five times so that is really raised from the card base. I have also used a glitter pen from my stash to give both the sentiment and the black parts of the stars some little details. 

A great way to use up left overs and have some fun without having any colouring or lots of details on the card and still have them just in the layers.

Christmas Cheers 7-23

Morning and hello!

It's time for a new Christmas card here in my blog. Number 7 for this year. I have once again been playing with an image from hÄnglar and Wings. It is so miuch fun and these Snowmen are so adorable! Mega cute, don't you think?

I have coloured with copics this time and paired the little cutie up with a paper pad from Maja Design. At this point can I not remember which one it is from. I have used some dies from Crealies and PY Hobby if I am not totally off in my mind. The pretty snow flake in metal is also from PY Hobby. A great decoration that I wish that I had millions off. But I don't so I save them for special creations. A little ribbon tied to a bow and some dots from my stash is also used to decorate the card. You see that I have made a little snow ball light? Next to the snow sign. There is some glitter on the little balls. A perfect match to this card.

Clean and simple over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!

It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for markers again and now is it team ones turn to inspire you. Our theme for this week is set to "Clean and Simple". Maybe a bit of a challenge to stick to but do your best and you will be fine. Just remember to have eveything in one layer and very few decorations, or none.

This week are we sponsored by Sheepski Designs and they offer one lucky winner three images of your own choise. That is really nice and there is a bunch to chose from. 

For my card have I used the lovely image called Fresia Vase and you find it in their store. I am writing this on a different computer and don't have all my links available. I have coloured with copic markers today and have done an A6 card for a change. Few details and a lovely image to work with. I have finished of with a few enamel dots to make the card pop just a little.

Just 4 Fun 17-23

Morning and hello!

Time for me to check in again. This time have I been playing with a very old stamp from my stash. I love the artist behind this image Margreth Sherry I think her name was. I have done a few of her cross stitch patterns over the years. They are all of cat images and with long, fun and charming poems to the the pictures. I am no fan of back stitches and still have I made the pictures because of the charm they have. 

This one is coloured with my promarkers and I have used an old paper pad to match the image in a nice way. I have used a bit of Nuvo Drops in a morning mist colour if I am correct. It's lots of layers on this one and very few decorations. Sometimes is that enough to only use very few decorations. 

Anyway, I hope that you have gotten some inspiration for your own crafting. Maybe take some time to dig around in your stash for those older stamps and products.

Just 4 fun 16-23

Morning and hello!

I am back again with a little creation that I want to share with you. I have used the lovely Korta meddelare again but this time coloured with distress inks. From time to time do I bring them out and play with them. 

My designer papers this time is from a very old paper pad from Prima. I am not sure what pad they are from. I am not a big fan of purple and lilac but this one turned out lovely in my mind. Kind of sweet and I know to who I will send the card to. I have been in my flower stash as well and mixed them with rolled roses. Some leaves that are die cut is also used and a fabby ribbon. Some dark lilac Nuvo drops is also use to finish this card off.

Just 4 Fun 15-23

Morning and hello!

Here comes yet another one of my cards that I made just for the joy of creating. It is so much fun at this point to make the cards. Hope it will last for a very long time. I am starting to run out of coloured images, so I hope that my fingers will allow me to do some colouring soon. The image is from the stamp set called Korta meddelare.

This one is a tiny bit different from my other creations as I have coloured with distress inks. Once or twice per year do I dig out all my distress ink refills and use them. They are going to last to the day I die that's for sure. They are lasting forever. The fun part of this card is that I have mixed in some die cut flowers from Alternew in my flower cluster with rolled paper flowers and fabric made ones as well. I really love how the dimension came out with this mix of flowers. I need to do that again!

I have used designer papers from my stash. They are from Bildmålarna from around 2010 or 2011 maybe. I have some of them left and try to use them up even if it kills me. I loved their images and paper pads. As always have I finished off with some Nuvo Drops in a few metallic colours.
