Christmas Cheer 3-2021

Morning and hello!
It's that time of the month again. It's the end of March already and spring is on it's way. I keep going with my Christmas cards. This is one of my favourite images all time when it comes to winter and Christmas cards. It's by Sassy Sherryl who had an amazing collection of wonderful images and illustrations. I am totally in love with them all.

I have printed my image really large and coloured with my Promarkers. I have used an old paper pad from Carta Bella or may be Echo park. It was a great paper pad that is now all used up. A bit sad but I will go and hunt it down on One Buch Wednesday when I have the chance. Maybe I'll find it there. I have used a bunch of left overs for this card. A few simple panels and some use of some old paper punches a fiskars one. A ribbon and some wooden stars finish this card of.

Take some time, sit down, relax, do some colouring and make a card, may be even a Christmas card.

Something beginning with a "B" over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
It's Tuesday today and that means we have a new challenge up for you over at Passion for Markers. This week's theme is set to "Something beginning with a B". So we need to see something on the card beginning with the letter "B".

Our sponsor this week is BugaBoo stamps. They offer one lucky winner a giftvoucher worth $12. Thank you so much for that and for our lovely digis.

For my card have I used the lovely and very cute image called Bee flower. It's great fun to colour and I love the broad lines in the image. I have coloured with mixture of copics and promarkers. I enjoyed making the card. I realize that I have run out of spring designer papers, which is good as I can buy new ones but for now will this have to wait. The papers are from Echo Park but I don't remember what it's called. I have also used a piece from one of the stripes and dots paper pads from Echo Park as well.

To have something more than the Bee starting with a "B" have I added some butterflies and the bug is there as well. The dies use are from different brands. I have also used a few pearls and Nuvo Drops for some final touches. I love the bottles with the drops in wonderful colours. I wish I had more of them. I have also used some glossy accent on the lady bug, the flower and the wings of the bee. Some lovely texture on the card.

Well this is all from me for today. I hope you come and joy us in this fun challenge. Remember that we are now open to all markers out there.

Take care and do something that makes you happy!

Just for fun 12-21

Morning and hello!
The last of my flower cards for my Just for Fun cards. The whole month have I been showing flower cards as I love to colour flowers. This is once again a Poppy image, I think this one is from Power Poppy, but not totally sure. I have lost a bunch of files due to well, brain wash out or what I should call it. Some is restored others are not. It would have been good if my brain could be restored as well. :)

I have printed my image big and let it be the center piece on my card, just like it should. And to make the red flower really pop have I used some fabby black and white designer papers from my stash. For extra details have I used a metal corner in silver and some black ribbon. I just love how this card turned out.

Take care everyone and do something that makes you happy!

Add some flowers over at the Paper Shelter

 Morning and hello!
It's Wednesday and we have a new fun challenge for you over at The Paper Shelter. This week are we working from the theme set to: "Add some flowers". A nice and very fitting theme now when spring is on it's way.

The image I have used for my card is called Little Butterfly. A very cute image and easy to colour as well. As we have flowers in our theme have I used the fabby designer papers called botanical garden or something like that. At least tons of flowers for my card.

I have used a bunch of my paper flowers and added some stickles to them. I have also added a few butterflies to the card and a tide bow as well. A few pearls make the card complete. I hope you like it and that you come and play with us over at the Paper Shelter this week.

Any brand is welcome and playing with our brand gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning three digis of your choice.

Take care and do something you enjoy!

Just for fun 11-21

Morning and hello!
Happy weekend to you all and I hope that your week has been a good one.

Here comes a happy card from me. I have used my favourite stamps from Altenew called Poppy Garden, My favourite flowers. For this card did I decide to go with yellow. Not all can be red, right? As it is close to spring and I feel the need for sun shine I thought that yellow was a good colour to go with.

The card has tons of flower and some are popped up on foam dots others are just flat on the back ground. I have used some splatters to fill some of the empty white space and I have also got some enamel dops from Panduro for some more dimension. The back strips are a washi tape from my stash.

I hope you like my card and that you take some time to create something during the weekend.

Love n hugs

Happy! over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!
It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers again and this week is our theme set to "Happy". I went with happy colours and a really happy image for this challenge.

Our sponsor this week is The Paper Shelter and they offer one lucky winner Three images of winners choice.

For my card have I used an old time favourite of mine called My Racing Car. It is coloured with my Promarkers and I have only used cardstock for this card. Not a single designer paper at all! What I have used is a bunch of dies from Lawn Fawn and a (bad) white gel pen. I have added some glossy accent on the window of the card, on the glasses and on the lights. In the lights have I mixed it with some glitter to make the lights really shine.

I hope that you come and join us for this lovely challenge. You can use any markers you feel like as per our change from the beginning of the new year.

Take good care and do something that makes you happy!

DT-Call over at the Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
It’s finally time for our DT-call. It was many years since we had one, so we thought it would be a good time to let a few more designers join us.

This is what we ask from our designers:

· Be able to stay on the team for at least 6 months.

· Be able to comment on your numbers during the week your team host the challenge. (This is important to us).

· Take good pictures of your work.

· Good colouring skills (We wish that you as a designer colour your images and not only use the pre coloured ones).

· Be on time with your creations (Monday at the latest before the challenge goes live. We are always way ahead with our themes).

· Promote our challenges on your blog. (We are old fashion and are still using our DT-blog for uploading and promoting our cards/projects, but you are more than welcome to promote the challenges on other social media as well).

· We never demand you to use a certain image, but your project has to follow our theme.

This is what you get from us:
· All the images that are added to the Paper Shelter store during the time you are on the team.

· Promotion of your blog at our challenge blog.

· Be on the same team as a happy bunch of crafty ladies. We are not the chattiest team around, but we are nice and friendly.

· A gift voucher worth $30 to start your collection of our wonderful digi stamps.

To enter our DT-call, just add a link to your blog below. Make sure to link to a post that represent your style. We will be looking around on every blog that want to join us, to see what you can offer us. If we don’t find as many designers as we are looking for (five at the moment), we will leave the dt-spot open for the future. You don’t have to have DT-experience before.

Welcome with your application!

Just for fun 10-21

Morning and hello!
Happy Friday everyone! Hope your week has been good and that the weekend will be even better.

I have been playing around again with some of my stash and this is a fabby image from Bugaboo that I adore. It's fun to colour and you really get different feels to it depending on which colours you are using.

This is a fairly bright image but my designer papers from Pink Paisley (Indigo and blue I think) makes the card  kind of classy. I totally adore dark blue colour but it's hard to find designer papers that are as lovely as this. For some dimension have I used a bunch of pearls in different colours and a golden ribbon.

Hope you like what you are seeing and that I have given you some inspiration to create something just because it's fun!

Have a happy weekend everyone!

Digital image over at The Paper Shelter

Morning and hello!
I am back with a new DT-project for the Paper Shelter which have a new challenge up for you all today. A really simple theme set to "Use a digital Image" and there is an ocean of images out there to use, both form the Paper Shelter and other brands as well.

For my card today have I used a lovely spring image called Tulips. A lovely image to colour and create with. I have used my Promarkers for this one, and I have coloured her in happy bright colours.

I have been digging around in my stack of paper pads again and this time did I found a really old My Minds Eye paper pad called Everyday Flair. The blue colours in this pad is wonderful. So that became my base for the card. After that did I keep it simple as I have printed the image kind of large. A blue ribbon and bow, some flowers and a butterfly charm brings the card together. For a final touch have I used a few  enamel dots that I really need to use up before I have to glue them down to make them stick.

Any brand is welcome and but playing with our brand gives you the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning three digis of your choice.

I hope you take the time and come play with us over at the Paper Shelter this week. A nice and easy challenge which should be perfect to find inspiration for.

Take care and do something that makes your soul sing!

Love n hugs

Just for fun 9-21

Morning and hello!
Hi! Hope you are having a good week. Here it's starts to be a bit better when it comes to my pain, without saying too much have we after a really long time probably found a medicin that works. Will just see how it does on it's own. It's soon time to stop taking Plaquenil as I can't take it when the sun is shining. Keep your fingers crossed for me! I am so tired of my pain at this point.

My card then. I can't remember from which company this image is, it might be Alternew and I have coloured away with my pencils this time. It was quite fun but I am not sure that I like what I have done. But it is a happy one and that counts for something, right? The black strips are a washi tape.

Anyway, I wish you a great day and take some time and do something that you enjoy. You deserve it!

Love n hugs

Use a circle over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!
Hope you are doing fine and have a good week ahead of you. It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and this week's theme is set to "Use a circle".

We are sponsored by the lovely people over at Dr Digis house of stamps. They offer one lucky winner two digis of winners choice.

For my card have I used the fabby image called Caffinated Craig. It's a fun and cool image for everyone who enjoys a cup of Java.I kind of think that my step dad will get this one.

I have coloured with my Promarkers and paired the image up with designer papers from Simply Creative's paper pad called My Guy. A fabby pad with papers in lovely colours. As circle(s) have I used some dies of different brands; Crealies, PY Hobby and Lawn Fawn. Nuvo Drops in black and white finishes the card off.

Ok, it's your turn to create and don't forget to enter our challenge. Take good care and do something you enjoy!

Love n hugs
