Christmas Cheers 6-23

Morning and hello!

It is Christmas time here on my blog again. Second time this month. It is so much fun to create for Christmas and now do I have another card for you to share with me.

This image is really old and I love it. It is an image that I have had since 2009 or 2010 and it is kind of my start of stamping more regular than I used to. I am not really sure what brand it is but it could be Sugar Nellie or something like that that. Anyway I am glad that I dug it out from my stash again. I should use the oldies more often. I have a huge stash with images that is never used and it is terrible. What a waist. I have to do something about that shouldn't I?

  Well then, I have coloured with my promarkers and used the fabby paper pad from Crafters companion Northern Winter or something like that. I have used up some of my gemstones and used them in the center of my snow flakes that is cut of different dies. I have also used a glittery lace cut with a die from Magnolia I believe. (I really should write down what I have used on my cards shouldn't I? ) The heart is also a die cut layered up 5 or 6 times so it is like a chip board piece.

Make it square! over at Passion for Markers

It's time again for a new challenge over at PFM. This week's theme is set to "Make it Square".

For my card have I used the image called Be kind. The sweet image is coloured with my promarkers. I have paired the image with papers from Echo Park, two different paper pads. I have used some enamel dots to decorate the card. It's simple card but I am really glad that I managed to make it at all due to all the headaches I have at this point.

Moring and hello!

I am back with yet another card with a hÄnglar and Wing image. This time from the set called Konstflyg. This is one of my favourite angel images ever. The set is so totally cute. Take a look at it over at hÄnglar and Wings. You will find tons of amazing images there. 

I have paired this cutie up with designer paper from Maja Design, but I don't know what paper pad it is from. I have put away the stuff I used for this card. I have been raiding my stash as well for this card. The flowers are really old ones from prima if I am correct. Perfect colour match is it for this paper pad. The enamel hearts is from a Hip Kit Club and the centre of the flowers are made with Nuvo Drops. Coloured have I done with a mix of markers from Promarkers as well as Copics. 

I hope you like what you see and find some inspiration from my creation showed here today. Now is it time to enjoy a little time with my craft stash again so I have something to show you during the coming month. :)

Just 4 fun 13-23

 Morning and hello!

I am back again. It's a busy time here in my blog. I enjoy it as long as I can - feels better to do something while I can rather than wait and not get anything posted at all. 

It was a while since I made this card but it is a favourite of mine. I love the way this card came together. I have used designer papers from either Echo Park or Carta Bella. Can't remember what pad it is that I have used. 

The image is from the set called Bagare. It's an amazing set with wonderful images and sentiments. I just adore this one. I had a lot of fun colouring this image and make it into a card. The paper flowers are from my stash as well as the the pearl strings that I have used on the circle die. I did also add a little bow and some Nuvo drops. That is pretty much my fave embellishment at this time. 

I still have a few posts that will come up here during the month of May and then is it officially summer. I have a Christmas card coming up next week as well as a new challenge for Passion for Markers. Stay tune for that!

Special Anniversary Challenge over at Passion for Markers

Morning and hello!

It's time for our yearly anniversery challenge over at PFM. Our theme is set to "Anything goes" and we have tons of sponsors up for this challenge. Please visit the challenge blog  for all the info you need about all the sponsors. 

I have used an image from hÄnglar and Wings called Brevskrivare, a fabby set for us who still write snail mail! I have used a paper pad from Prima, a really old one which was a great match for this card.

I have coloured with my promarkers and used letter dies from magnolia to use for my sentiment. Some hearts from my stash is also used and I can't remember from where the die is from. 

I have problems with headaches today and have to write this very short today. But do pop on over to Passion for markers challenge blog.

Morning and hello!

Marie here again. Time for a birthday card for you to find inspiration from. This card is a bit different from my normal ones. What is the difference you wonder? Well, I have coloured with pencils instead of markers and that is a huge difference from my normal trusty markers. I do from time to time colour with a combo of them but not only pencils. 

I had fun doing it but it's really hard in my mind. My designer papers are from Coca Vanilla, it is a mix of digital papers that I have used. I don't remember the name of them but at least do I know the brand. I have also used some dark blue cardstock for this card and have mixed that with white card stock as well. The cute image is from High Hope if I remember correctly and the cat is easy to draw out from the pocket. I have written a little message on the cat piece that is hidden under the pocket. A great image that I should use a little more often. Just like all the other million stamps that I have in my craft studio.

Just 4 fun 11b-23 !

Morning and hello!

I am back again! Twice the same week, amazing work by me! :) This time am I showing you a little something that I have made for the community "Äldrekontakt". They make sure that the elderly get a social life which is nice and there is a lot of lonely people around in my country. 

This piece is made with a bunch of stamps which I used to make a patterned paper with. I use the Swedish flag colours of blue and yellow and the card became a colourful one. Well, the whole set of cards became colourful. I use a die cut saying congratulations in Swedish and used a piece of vellum to tune down the blue and yellow a bit for the sentiment. I have finished the cards with a few pearls place in the corners.

The second photo shows the little collection of these cards. I have shown one before and have another one to show later that looks a bit different but still the same how to speak.

Christmas Cheers 5-23

Morning and hello!

It's already mid May and time for me to show my fist Christmas card of the month. This time have I been playing with my beloved snow men set called Snögubbar from hÄnglar and Wings. I love these sweet images. They are adorable! 

 I have used a crafters companion paper pad for this card. It's filled with white, grey, dark blue and silver. It's a fabby paper pad. I have decorated with a few of my enamel dots and some of my metallic snow flakes that I love. My stash is getting low of these and I can't find anymore. So I plan carefully when I use them. Do you have any favourite decorations that it's almost painful to use up?
I have decorated my cards inside this time and even remembered to take a picture of it. It's very simple and I will probably use a sentiment stamp on the inside as well. 

I hope I have managed to send some inspiration over to you and that you take some time to start your Christmas card collection.

Morning and hello!

I am back with a birthday card that I have no plan for yet. Don't know who will get it but I needed to make something colourful and this is the result of that. 

                                                                                             

The image is from Tina Wenke and I have coloured with my promarkers. It was fun to use something else than all the the hÄnglar and Wings images that I normally use. The design papers are from a birthday collection from Echo Park. It is kind of charming. The sentiment is from hÄnglar and wings. I have used up some of all the million enamel dots that I have stashed up during the years. Some pearl stars are also used on this colourful card.

Layer it up! over at Passion for Markers

 Morning and hello!

It's time for a new challenge over at Passion for markers. This week's theme is set to "Layer it up!" I'm hosting this challenge and I would love to see you use more than three layers on your creation. I am always using many layers of cardstock and patterned papers on my cards, it doesn't have to be more fancy than that. Easy peasy!

For my card have I used the lovely image called Wild Flower Blossom. It's a joy to colour and if you head over to the PFM challenge blog you see more fabby examples from my teamies. I have coloured with my promarkers and used a wonderful paper pad from way back in 2010. It's from Bildmålarna which I loved, both their stamps and their paper pads. I thought it is time to use these fantastic papers up now, after all they are 13 years old. It's time for them to work for me. The sentiment is from hÄnglar and Wings. I have also used a paper punch from Martha Stewart, also a blast from the past. 

I have also used a bunch of layers on my card, just as always. This time have I also used a paper doily in one of my layers. I have also used some Nuvo Drops in the corners as well as around the image. A few paper flowers from my stash is also used to give a little extra texture to my card.

Morning and hello!

Hi there, how are you today? I hope that you are doing fine and look forward to a nice weekend, hopefully with some sun and warm weather. 

This is a card that I have made for Äldrekontakt which is helping older people getting a social life. I have used a bunch of flowers that I have stamped. Stamp from a hÄnglar and Wing image. I spent a lot of time fussy cutting the flowers and leaves. Use a die cut from my stash looking like a polaroid image. 

I have also used some die cut butterflies and spread them around the flowers. For a last finish have I also added some really tiny Nuvo drops for a little extra details as well as texture. The final touch is the tiny bow together with a small heart charm.

Morning and hello!

Time for me to pop by again. I have a card that I made just for the fun of creating again. I'm so glad that I have started to feel some joy again. It was a long time ago now. I will try my best to keep this going. 

For my card this time have I used yet another hÄnglar and Wing image. This one is called Korta Meddelare. This is the girl version and there is also a boy in the set together with some sentiments. Perfect for probably everything. I have used the sign to say congrats in Swedish. 

My card have papers from one of all fabby Maja Designs paper pads. Which one do I not remember. I have done some fussy cutting for the flowers and butterflies. They are also from the same paper pad. A little piece of lace is also use to decorate the card together with some metallic nuvo drops. 

And that sums up all for this card. Hope that I have sent you some inspiration and that you will take some time to create something of your own today!
